Atmo’s gas is replacing all the main gas lines in my area. They put in new main lines and had a third party plumbing company out to attach move my gas meter and connect new lines to my gas system. Well I had a gas leak and Atmo’s contracted plumbing company said I needed to hire my plumbing company to fix the leak. Well I did some research on line and with the BBB and found Cody and Sons Plumbing. Great reviews so I called them. I was quoted an estimate to conduct a leak test on the piping system and felt it a reasonable price. They sent 2 of their plumbers to my home the same day Matthew Allen and Jonathan Everett. I want to say these gentlemen were very professional wore mask and shoe coverings. And proceeded to find and repair the leak. The price was as quoted and I could not be more pleased with Cody and Sons and Matthew and Jonathan. I never really had to use a plumbing service before and I will Use Cody and Sons as my plumbing company in the future for any needed work. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Ill be sweating for days, inside my home! Nope. Cody & Sons had a technician at my house 40 minutes after I rang them up, as a first time customer. The person who answered the call was very friendly and professional even telling me it was okay to go ahead and get in their queue and if my usual guy beat them to it, I could just cancel, no problem - better safe than sorry. THEN I received a text with my technicians name and photo, plus an email with his photo and bio, and a call from him that he was on his way. WHAT! He wore a mask (because, covid) was so nice and didnt try to push for any unnecessary work or repair. This company is a perfect model for ease of use and exceptional customer service. Today Evan came out to address a major issue I was having with my kitchen sink. Not only did he find the problem and fix it but he made me aware of other pressing issues my plumbing was facing. A great experience! Jeff showed up on time, was considerate, knowledgeable and explained what the issues were and how he would fix them in terms a non-expert could understand. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner and made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving. I really appreciate Cody & Sons with shoutout to Big Mike. They came out same day, got a quote to me in less than an hour and then were able to start the job the next day. Big Mike walked me thru all my options and answered my millions of questions. I had a lot of ducts that went everywhere so the AC was uneven throughout the house. They cleaned it up, stretched them and hung them. They took pictures at every step and sent them to me when I requested. It was a very professional service and a clean job. I will definitely use again.

James was awesome. Appointment was made at 7:30am and they were at our house within 2 hours. Had a water leak under our sub-floors underneath our master bathroom. He diagnosed and replaced the pipe within a couple of hours before major damage could occur. All at a reasonable rate. James has been to our house a few times for ongoing maintenance and has always been great to work with. Couldn’t be happier with this company’s service (again)

Cody & Sons changed a faucet at my house recently, but they have also repaired many water pipe leaks from the winter storm and cleaned ducts and vents. They are always polite and professional. They explain their work they will be doing clearly and do a good job. I recommend them highly.

Evan and Josh did a great job with our leak and even though they had to go through the wall they minimized the cut into Sheetrock and did it in such a way that we can repair the wall after it dries out and is treated.Selso came out the very next week for another busted pipe. He did a great job at an even better price.****Tip for those needing emergency repairs. Cody and Sons answering service after hours is terrible. They told us it would be 10 days before we could get scheduled for an emergency repair. They do not know what they are talking about. You are better off waiting for them to open up the next day and they will fit you in same day if at all possible.

Mike came to figure out why our blower was so loud. Showed us where it was broken. Couldn’t get the actual part same day so replaced it with a smaller motor until correct part arrived. He came back today and installed correct blower and did the check up that we signed up for on the whole system. He is very honest, showed us a few possible problems and made suggestions. Will definitely continue to do business with this company.

They are professional and kind. Unfortunately there are a few communication issues sometimes. Like when one group who came out to fix the freeze damage then the next came out to fix the sink damage that the freeze group found, but never said anything in the notes for the home. I was also under the impression that they did a temporary fix on it, but no. I was ultimately flooding under my home because of that damage. I just need you guys to be on-top of making notes in the systems for addresses so different employees know what to expect of the home on what others have noticed and conversations on what the customers may want to do in the home in the future. I really do appreciate everything. One more issue is that if a renters needs to have someone come out to the home for a plugged pipe issue, we shouldnt be told that only the homeowner can give permission, especially if the owner isnt the one paying the bill.

Fantastic service. The person I spoke with on the phone was delightful and very professional. She managed to get someone out to the house within 30 minutes of our phone call. Cody & Sons did an excellent job. The technician, Juan Mora, was on time and gave his recommendations for replacing all the cast iron pipes with PVC for a home with a crawl space. Cody has done plumbing repairs for us before, and theyve done a great job. This is definitely not the main thrust of their business any longer. The work done was substandard. For a bathtub with a frozen valve, not only was the work I requested not done, in fact I was told I didnt need it done, and could have a less expensive fix. This fix did not work. They left me with two leaking pipes which had not been leaking previously. They had to dismantle my sink because, they said, a quarter was wedged in it. It was put back together badly, and the bowl is now unstable and wobbles. Im so disappointed.

Seemed pretty expensive to me, but what do I know. The serviceman was very nice and tried to explain everything to me with photos. He suggested a couple of other things to be done based on the photos. The office was responsive every time I needed to talk to them.

I called Cody & Sons, and they patiently explained potential issues and solutions. The plumbers they sent were courteous and thoroughly tested all of my gas lines. They ended up repairing everything for less than one-fifth of the other companys estimate without doing any damage to my property.Needless to say, I was extremely relieved when all was said and done. We had an emergency with water leaking through our ceiling the day before a holiday weekend. Katie answered and got a crew out by 2pm the same day. The professionals arrived, diagnosed the issue and resolved everything within 2 hours. C&S technician, Librion, was able to arrive early, which I appreciated very much. He explained what C&S check as part of both heater/AC maintenance. So happy w/ service, I signed up for twice yearly service plan for HVAC systems .

Jeff arrived during the expected time frame after calling to let me know exactly when he would be here. He checked out both air conditioning systems that weren’t cooling and needed to add coolant to both. He was pleasant, professional and willing to explain what the current problem was and a potential future problem. I was extremely pleased to see that he wore a mask, gloves and booties.
