Weve had this company at our home few times 2020 and let me tell you, they are HONEST..punctual, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. We wont use anyone else and weve referred them to everyone we know. Just referred to my sister last week! Great job!

This was my 2nd full system install by Kirkland and I couldnt be more pleased. First install was on a previous house. Both installations done by different technicians and both were done quickly, efficiently, and - most importantly - professionally. I highly recommend this company if you need service work done or a complete system install. Best price around on both installations by a long shot and the company goes to great lengths to make sure the customer is happy.

This place rocks! theyre super responsive and came out and fixed my stuff quick. I dont know anything about HVAC, but when it goes out its a huge deal. Its nice being able to call, talk to somebody and have somebody to come out the same day to trouble shoot my service. It ended up being something small and a quick fix, the cost to have them come out and get me back up and running was well worth it (not expensive at all considering).

Awesome job from beginning to end. I had a problem with the furnace other companies advised of whole system replacement. Chris and team assessed and addressed changing out computer board and installing a new motor. Been running like a champ ever since. I highly recommend from customer service to job being done quickly, honestly and affordable. Kirkland Heating and Air is a company no matter the challenge they come through ....when others say it can’t be done.

Drew and Brian came by to check on our new unit that we had installed last fall of 2020. They are very professional and answered all our questions and responded to any adjustments that were needed. We recommend them if you need a new a/c unit or new gas unit; weve had them replace both our original A/C units and Furnace Units with cost effective replacements.

They installed our upstairs units a couple years ago and their prices were unbelievably lower than the quotes we got from some of the big names. When our downstairs furnace went out last week, they were our first and only call. Chris came out and told us what was wrong with the furnace and said it could be fixed, but we opted to replace both the furnace and AC because they were 22+ years old. Drew and Bryan came a couple days later to replace everything. They did a great job! I highly recommend Kirkland Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs.

I just wanted to start off by saying these guys are true life savers! Matt and I can’t think of the other guys name were both BEYOND amazing!! My AC unit stopped working over night and my house got well over 80 this afternoon. I rent from a company named Progress and they typically take care of any Maintenance that comes up. So I called my rental company as soon as they opened this morning telling them that it was extremely hot in my house and how I have 4 little kids and just stressed to them that I really needed them to come out ASAP..needless to say I still haven’t heard back from my rental company. So I finally just said screw it I’ll call a AC company myself and come out of pocket to fix it. (My rental company told me if I called someone else out that they wouldn’t reimburse me, but it was terribly hot in my house so I really didn’t care at that point😬). That’s when I found Kirkland heating and Air and saw all the good reviews they had and figured I’d give them a call and hoped that they could get me fit in today. I’m NOT kidding when I say that they got here in like an hour from calling them! Now that is how it’s done!! 👏 They were very quick on finding and fixing the problem and gave me some really important information as far as AC maintenance goes . They are also VERY VERY reasonably priced!!👍 I’m beyond thrilled with my experience with Kirkland Heating and Air and will definitely recommend them to anyone who has any AC problems! Our lease is up in a year so we will be owning our own house soon, and I can honestly say that any needs that come up at all in the future Kirkland will be the ones I call!! AWESOME!! TOTALLY AWESOME!! Chris and his crew were great!!! I was anticipating a very painful financial decision but after receiving three quotes from nationally known companies, I decided I wanted to spend money closer to home and I called Kirkland. Kirklands quote was the best because not just because it was the lowest of the three it was because Chris listened to what we needed for the space and he was not just trying to sell us the most expensive unit they could. I knew I wanted a ductless mini-split for the basement because I was not going to finish the ceiling. We are painting the ceiling joists for an industrial look and feel since the ceilings are low and all the ductwork would look terrible and lower the ceiling even more. We received exactly what we needed and we are totally happy! Kay was great even though I know she got tired of me calling with question after question...even while Chris was on vacation. OH DID I MENTION....Chris was on vacation the week before my install and he still made himself available for questions. I am moving all my HVAC maintenance over to Kirkland for both units. You cannot go wrong with Kirkland!!

We needed to replace our HVAC systems and contacted several companies for estimates. One of the companies we contacted was Kirkland Heating and Air located in Dallas, Ga. Chris Nabors came to our house to provide an estimate (he had replaced system at our sons house and was highly recommended). He checked the Attic and Crawl space and the outside units. He asked questions and listened to our answers. He found several items that were not up to current code and also made recommendations for improving both of our systems. He answered all our questions and helped guide our decision with the equipment that met our needs. He was professional, patient and customer focused. Over the next week or so we went over several different options and he was extremely patient with our many questions. After reviewing all estimates it was an easy decision to go with Kirkland HVAC due to the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by Chris. We talked with Chris and set the schedule start date. The Team arrived on time the day we had scheduled. The entire Team (Chris Nabors, Bryan Austin, Andrew Nabors and Dennis DeVore) took pride in their work and kept the entire project area clean. They made sure we had our heat working before they left at night. Several unforeseen issues were encountered but they tackled the issue and corrected these items. They never took any shortcuts (Went above and beyond the scope of the Estimate) and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. With installation completed today thus far All the representatives of the company have been very professional and seemed very customer friendly!! The install was scheduled for 8:30 am, and they showed up at 8:27 am. They quoted us a completion time of 5- hours, done in 5:05 minutes!! They had their MASK and shoe coverings on when required. The post clean up was awesome, spotlessly clean.All in All, so far, Kirkland is a company you can rely on!A 5- ***** rating

Our previous HVAC company, who installed our new system, made us contact them for preventative service every time - even though it was paid for in advance. During my last call, they said they could work me in...in three months! Kirkland had time for us right away. Josh called beforehand, arrived on time, and serviced the unit. He even did a carbon monoxide check throughout the house. Ive found a great company!

UPDATE:: They did reach out to rectify the situation and apologize. By this point I had already reached out to another company, but felt I was being overcharged. So I asked them to come give me a second opinion and they came the very same day & drastically undercut the other companies estimate. Therefore, I am bumping up their rating to a three. If everything continues to work out I’ll go higher. They were very helpful & knowledge today. I do understand that sometimes mistakes are made & was happy they were eager to fix the problem.I called on a Saturday and made an appointment for someone to just come and check my air conditioning unit. I was quoted $59 for a basic maintenance check, I suppose. It was scheduled for the following Tuesday- 7/21/20 @ 4:00. The were a no show, no call, no nothing. I would have thought I imagined it if not for my call log.

Understood my concerns about maintaining social distancing and came prepared with attire. And they SAVED me $$ - be careful of some of those home warranty companies, they arent always what they seem!Look forward to working with you in the near future.

The Kirkland crew are always top of the line professionals. They’ve gone out of their way to ensure my elderly mom has safe, fully functioning heat sources (HVAC & fireplace) for the colder temperatures coming with winter even if they didn’t install it originally (fireplace).We’ve used them for all our HVAC services & maintenance for a few years now and have never regretted switching from the previous business we used. Kirkland’s customer service and staff are are so much better than the other companies in Paulding County.

Honest, professional, patient.Another company installed my zoned unit and it never really switched between heat and cool properly. When I had a solenoid fail I replaced it myself, and decided to try to figure out the control wiring. When I failed, I called Kirkland. Chris came out and was very patient and sorted all of the odd cabling and showed me how my thermostats weren’t really meant for a heat pump system. He said they’d work and gave me the very reasonable bill. I myself asked if they could swap out my thermostats, he never tried to up sell. He could, he did, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.Update: Chris was so good that I did call and sign up for a service plan. Dennis and Brian came out and I received the same excellent service.

I’ve used Kirkland Heating and Air for general repairs because of their customer service, knowledge, and rates. When it was time to replace my AC unit, I didn’t hesitate to contact them to perform the install. As always, they were on time, explained the process, and gave me a 101 on how my new unit works.

Matt was great. He got exactly what I needed and got the heater working properly for us. We are very happy with the professionalism and speed these guys took with our needs. Would definitely recommend Kirkland as a great resource and company to service your families needs.

Chris was at my house when I got home. Thank goodness he found the problem very quickly. A battery somehow had got loose on the thermostat. I got him some more batteries and he stayed to make sure I had cool air coming out.

I called Kirkland because they did a superior job at my neighbors house installing a new Heating and AC system and moved the two outdoor unit. Chris Kirkland came out to advise for repairs of my old AC which had lost all its R-22. The repair estimate was the most reasonable of 4 companies that I called but since my system was 26 years old I figured that I would replace the HVAC system. I also felt that if he gave a good price on repair that i would get a similar good price on the entire system. My theory was correct. I got an excellent price for a new Rheem 3 Ton HVAC system. Actually significantly less than other local guy I called. The install went perfect. They all arrived promptly at 8:30 AM. Chris, Brian and Dennis put the system in and it went amazingly quick. Brian and Dennis really know their business and are awesome guys and very hard workers and they cleaned up perfect. I am very impressed and I am a precise person. I am 1000 percent pleased with Kirkland Heating and Air and they are now my Heating and Air people for life. I also want to mention Chris Kirkland is a mild manner guy and is honest and knew the answers to all my questions. Call this wonderful company and meet Chris and get a quote. Called at 9:40pm and was able to talk to a live person I assume it was the owner. We talked for a minute about the issue my furnace was having and set a time the next morning at 9am. Kirkland Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new system in our home. Sales representative Matt showed up on time, sent me the estimate the same day, very reasonable price and scheduled installation within the same week. On installation day technicians showed up on time, fully prepared, and had our entire Air Conditioning System and Furnace replaced and running the same day. Even the owner came by to check the installation process. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Kirkland always does a wonderful job. I have used Kirkland for more than 15 years. I recommend them with no reservations regarding quality, cost, and honesty.

We first hired Kirkland when the compressor on our outdoor unit failed. Other companies insisted that we need a whole new system, or quoted an outrageous price for the compressor replacement, probably to drive us towards a new system. But Kirkland quoted a fair price, and even gave us a loaner window AC to use until they could do the job (waiting for parts to come in). Since then we have had them relocate both of our outdoor unit, and various other jobs. They have always been very responsive and professional, and I highly recommend them.

Kirkland Heating and Air Conditioning has serviced the Central HVAC Systems of my 48 rental units for the last 15 years. They have been responsive and professional. The system in my personal residence was sized and installed by a one of the largest and most reputable service contractors in the Atlanta Area. From the beginning we had humidity problems that remained after 5 service calls by the installer. It turns our the system was installed improperly. Kirkland worked with the manufacturer of the equipment and properly programmed the systems air handler and the system had work fine ever since.

Had an issue with our upstairs bedrooms being too hot. Kirklands was prompt and listened to what our problems were and what we have tried to do to make the rooms cooler by installing new windows, darkening shades and blinds etc. Mike listened to us and then told us what he thought would help us with our issue. Gave us a quote and within a few days we called and had Mike come out to put return vents in the bedrooms. He was very careful and cleaned up after himself and the vents look like they have been there for the 17 years we have been in the house. We are really pleased with the work and now can have all the rooms at one temperature instead of 10 degrees hotter in the bedrooms. We will recommend them and use Kirkland in the future. Grear customer service go out of the way to help best ac service around dallas area

After making the mistake of contacting a larger HVAC company in the area, waiting several hours just for this Big Name contractor to schedule my service call & burning a precious vacation day from work, I was furious! I called Kirkland Heating & A.C., left a message & someone returned my call to set up a visit within minutes. Kirkland penciled me in to their technicians already full agenda, even though I put in the service request after noon. The technician, Chris, was excellent about keeping me current on his schedule and called me when he was on his way so that I could go about my day and not be stuck at home waiting on someone to show up. Chris arrived at my home a few minutes before me &, with my permission, began working on the initial troubleshooting right upon his arrival. Though the issue with my cooling system was minimal (its cause was a dumb mistake by yours truly) Chris had completed his assessment, found & fixed the problem & was finishing up by the time I arrived!!! My service call & repair cost me less than $100. Because of the nature of the problem, it would have been so simple for the technician to falsify what was needed to make the repair but Kirkland was more than honest and made the fix in the most honest manner. Chris was very professional, cordial & knowlegeable; plus, he even made a few low-cost recommendations on things I could do to lower my electric bill! I am definitely a Kirkland customer for life.Thank you for being honest in these tough times!JT
