Was having issues with my AC not blowing cold and after calling several other companies Precision was quick to getting a tech out to me while others couldn’t get anyone out to me until the following day. Patrick was very professional and very quick and proficient at his job. He diagnosed the problem being my starter has went out and not only had the part in the truck but was very quick at putting it in and getting my home feeling cool again. Not to mention the lady who answered my call was so nice and very helpful in getting my questions answered.

We had gone about two weeks with no air conditioning on our third floor in this Georgia summer heat. So we called Precision H&A and the next morning they were out to fix it. Bobby and Josh worked all day, 11 hours to help fix and put in a new AC unit. They did not stop for one minute all day, it was incredible. Hard working individuals, incredibly nice and showed us what was wrong and how to use the new AC system once they fixed it. I highly recommend using not only this company, but Bobby and Josh are hands down, incredible at what they do. Highly recommend these two employees to anyone out there.

Our AC hasn’t been working, so Precision came out and told us that we needed a new unit & quoted us. The unit was less than 6 years old, so I didn’t think it had been bad. I told them that you can’t feel any air coming from the vents at all & to check the duct work just in case. They swore up and down that a new unit would fix all of our problems, even after another technician came out and said the unit was fine. Against my better judgement, I paid them $8k cash out of pocket to replace the unit....nothing changed. It’s still hotter in the house than it is outside, & miserable. We called for them to come back out and it was a hassle just to get someone to check. The guy that came out stated that the house needed new duct work, & that was the initial problem anyways. He said they would discount a quote to get the AC working again for their mistake. Now we can’t even hear back from them. They don’t wanna fix the duct work Honestly, I feel like they swindled us. They knew what they were doing.they just wanted to make a quick $8k cash and replace an easy unit and let us deal with the actual problem. They haven’t been honest or honored anything they said they would. I definitely would not recommend precision heating & air.

Our A/C died on a 95 degree day a few days after bringing a newborn home from the hospital. Precision didn’t have any appointments available that day to fix the A/C, so the dispatcher called around and found one of their technicians who wasn’t even working that day who was willing to drive 40 minutes to repair our A/C on his day off. Once he arrived, it took him about 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem (busted compressor). He was so gracious, helpful, and professional, as was the dispatcher who helped us get someone over to the house. I cannot rave enough about this company and the people who work there. They really do the best they can to help each and every time.

Turns out problems with this neighborhoods AC isn’t precision but the electrician….“ I just bought a new home and twice in 1 month the AC has broken. It is July in Georgia. What kind of company installs a broken unit?”

We found our new HVAC service company! I called this morning and spoke with the nicest lady who stated a service technician (Josh) could work me into his schedule today. He worked me in @ 11AM! Talk about responsive! We had gone without A/C for three days and other service would’nt have been able to get here for a couple more days. Josh was amazing - humble, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the problem - bad capacitor and cleaned the coils. He even looked at the filters, examined our system inside and made recommendations for a new duct opportunity for one of our rooms. We discussed the option of the Precision Protection Plan which we will be purchasing. All in all, fantastic experience! Josh is to be truly commended on his service and interaction with me, the customer. Our whole family thanks him and Precision!

After having my previous HVAC company come out on 2 different days, they were unable to give me a proper diagnosis to fix my A/C issue. I called Precision on a Sunday (yes, they take service calls on Sunday), to get a second opinion and they had a technician to my door the next day! The technician, Daniel, was polite, courteous and skilled. He immediately knew what was wrong with my HVAC system, order the parts, and came back to install and fix my unit. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Heating and Air! They have definitely gained a new customer in me!

Called on a Friday morning and they had an opening for our maintenance service and Scottie was here within an hour. He was professional and extremely courteous. Scottie found a repair that needed to be addressed and took care of it immediately. Highly recommend!!

I had another local provider before that neglected for a whole year to schedule an appointment- unfortunately my AC unit failed in the middle of summer. I called Precision Heating and Air and they schedule an appointment immediately! That was last summer they fixed my unit. Today they returned 6 months later - they reached out for an appointment and came to service the unit. Scottie is amazing and is always professional kind and courteous. He explains things in an easy to understand manner.

I liked how this company customized a maintenance plan for me and followed up to make sure it was a good fit. I even appreciated the appointment reminders. My technician, Scottie, was detailed in explaining the maintenance he was conducting and any resulting discoveries. Additionally, he reassured me that if potential concerns or issues arise after my service call,, to feel free to contact him. He also gave me future tips for lowering the cost of my utility bill. My air conditioning stopped working. First they told me that it was the capacitor and they charged me $200 to replace it. That didnt work so they said it was the blower motor and it was going to take a week to get the part and it would cost another $900. Ragsdale Heating and Air came the next day with the part and within 1 hour got my air working for $500!!! On top of that I told Precision to cancel my maintenance plan, which they are charging $360 a year for, and they said I had to pay the full year before they would cancel it. Ragsdales plan is $189 a year!!!!This place is a scam, be careful!!!

They always answer the calls even emergency and get back with you quickly. The service person that comes out is always polite and through. One time when the service guy came out for maintenance, he informed me that our water heater was leaking. We were able to get a quote from them as he continued to work and they were able to get us taken care of within 2days. Thank God. Will definitly continue to use them.

This all started in May of 2019. I was very impressed at first. Very nice people for this $9000 job. I was finishing basement and needed a new A/C and furnace that could handle 2 floors, move it about 5 feet to the right, and install the duct work needed. Also wanted to replace water heater while we were at it. Install was a disaster. They were at my house from 8 a.m. until after 11 PM, possibly later. The techs kept apologizing saying they should have had 3-4 more people for a job that big. Part of the holdup was me noticing they were trying to install a 40 gallon hot water heater instead of the agreed 50 in the quote. Got an immediate apology saying it was an honest mistake and they weren’t trying to pull anything over on me. Thought hadn’t even crossed my mind until I heard that. Within a short period after install we had an AC issue. They came to resolve it. One of the dampers was not opening and closing properly. Then about 13 months after, the compressor blew due to an issue with the installation. Resolved quickly and no charge, but still frustrating. So 3 issues so far.At about 20 months there is a pond forming in my backyard. Thought we were having drainage issues due to all the rain and May need gutter cleaning. Went on for over a month before I realized it’s coming from the hot water heater overflow drain outside. Called them out. Paid the $79 diagnostic fee, they told my wife the issue was the water pressure reducing valve that controls water going into house. They showed her where it was. I asked if they said anything about the valve on the hot water heater. She said no. No big deal, simple fix so I did it myself vs. their expensive quote. Did not fix the issue. I reached out for a refund of the diagnostic since the is the T&P valve which is under warranty for the hot water heater and I diagnosed it, not them. I was told if I look at my invoice it says that it states the issue could have caused another issue with the T&P valve. If it is on the invoice, I wouldn’t know since I never received one despite my wife giving and verifying my email address. I looked at the old T&P valve and it appears to have been adjusted for a higher pressure. Not saying it was them and I doubt it was as our water pressure always seemed high. I will say I do not believe the water pressure was checked at install to ensure it did not effect the T&P valve. I was told the $20 part is under warranty but I have to pay for the labor and the cost will be $500. Again, this should be a simple fix, but due to how the tech did the pipes instead of unscrewing the T&P valve from the pipe and hot water heater and then reconnecting, the whole set of pipes had to be redone. They did use copper to attach which was nice, except they did not leave enough room to unscrew the valve from the pipes. Good people, shoddy work. Just to recap: wrong hot water heater would’ve been installed had I not checked, dampers not opening, compressor failure due to install, hot water heater failing causing lawn issue, and no invoice to communicate the issue.

Precision Heating & Air saved me from having to deal with cold water during the winter. My heating system malfunctioned and between the office staff (Jeanna) and Patrick the technician, I have hot water. Patrick was able to come out, assess the issue, and tell me the issue all in a short time, a day. Precision does an excellent job! The actually replaced our AC in our 2.5 year old house and made some changes to the ductwork and returns that FINALLY allowed our house to stay below 85 on the hottest days. Two other companies tried in previous yet, but didn’t fix the problem. We love Precision!

Precision has earned my business AND my trust for life over the last month. The staff is unbelievably helpful and will bend over backwards until the problem is solved. Really great service Josh Hobbs was the maintenance guy who came out and worked on my system I originally called for a leak in my ceiling that i thought was coming from the ac unit turned to be a PVC repair was all that was needed. he explained every little detail to me with patience and as a first time home owner i appreciated that more then anything else. i also want to add that that they have an excellent response time as well.

23 year old system died on us. They came out quickly and gave a fair estimate with a quick turnaround time on the installation. Crew arrived on time and got to work installing our new system. We had our AC leaking on a holiday weekend, which of course is when those things tend to happen. We called on a Sunday and although they had no appointments available that evening, they said someone would be out between 10-12 the next day and would call when they were en route. Monday morning we got a call at 9:30 and Patrick was on his way. Patrick arrived on time and took a look at the issue. He got it taken care of, cleaned up, and fixed within an hour and a half. Great service, very professional, and cleaned everything up. We paid for the annual service because Patrick was so great and the office staff was very responsive. Patrick gave us recommendations for potential future improvements to the AC (we just bought our house a few months ago) as well. So glad we called Precision and so happy they were able to help at the last minute on a holiday.

Very Clean install, crew is professional and works fast. They are not going to be the lowest price option but you get what you pay for. They installed a high quality furnace and ac at my house and did an extremely clean job with a high quality REEM system. Would highly recommend.

Due to previous work on my dryer duct not being ran correctly in my crawl space from a different company it got clogged and my dryer wasn’t running effectively. My husband and I tried to clean it ourselves and busted right through it. I called precision and got a response from Cody in minutes! Bobby and Cody came to my house and gave me a free estimate on the work and made me feel great about the resolution they had and at a fair price! Today, the two technicians that arrived at my residence were Scottie and Josh. Scottie was the lead man while Josh assisted Scottie in every way. The two work very good in completing diagnosing the job and doing the needed repairs. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with how Scottie explained what the problems were and also the current status of the system.

They call ahead of time to confirm and even maneuver times around if needed. When you schedule six months in advance that call really helps even as a reminder. Their techs are prompt and call within an hour of coming. With the current pandemic they also adhere to the safe practices.

Quick to respond, very professional, but quote on repair was 3 times the price of another company. I appreciate the company and the diagnosis, but I think you need to lower your labor cost, because apparently the only part needed was about 3 ft copper pipe. Thank you for your quick response and I wouldve used you guys if couldve been under 300.00.

Our affair started about 14 years ago when we couldnt get anyone else to fix our unit that went down and we had 18 people in our house for a week in the middle of June. This has been a tough summer with our units which are starting to age. We know Precision has a full plate, but they came the day of the call with a smile and like were the only call on their agenda for the day! I have used Precision Heating and Air for the last 5 years and have my new systems maintenance plan with them and have only received exceptional service. Two days ago my moms air conditioning went out in her home and it was almost 98 degrees outside. Gary sent Patrick to look at moms system and the decision was made to replace it as the current system was 16 years old. The response time was amazing and my mom had a new system installed the next day by Bobby and his crew. Bobby even met me after work at my moms to check on the system and to show me everything they had done so that my mom could be comfortable. The office staff is exceptional and they always go above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. They make you feel like you are a part of their family because they treat you like family. I would never even begin to look anywhere else for service. They are truly the real deal!!
