Diane is one of the BEST nail techs Ive came across. Thanks to my fiance my claws r flawless!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. During my pedicure I asked the tech not to use lotion or oil because it irritates my skin. The tech completely ignored what I requested, but I did not make a big deal out of it. The next thing I know he is finished. My cuticles weren’t cut. Nails weren’t trimmed or filed. And the old polish wasn’t even removed. I was completely confused. The woman in charge tells me that I’m finished and I can pay without my nails nails being done as requested and all because the guy used lotion and oil on my skin after I asked him not to. I will not be going back

They were ridiculously busy which I can understand, but we (2 people) had an appointment at 11:30 for a basic manicure and pedicure, which ended up taking 2 hours, one of us not even able to get the manicure. Overbooked and taking in walkins, telling everyone “15 minutes”. Five people were sat while they still had customers unattended to in their seats. I was given the wrong color and it seems they got more on our skin than nails. So unorganized and overpriced for what we got. Wont be going back.

I took my little sister to get her toe painted and they said I HAD to wear a mask and we’re not liberals. I’m not wearing a mask so I walked out!

Horrible service!! I was immediately rushed. They were in such a hurry and so rude. They were not closing any time soon so I dont know why I was rushed so badly. I was embarrassed to have brought my friend there. I had this work done 3 days ago and the scabs are so bad, I have circled them. The man doing my nails dug so deep in to my skin that I was bleeding and I am still healing with scabs. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy.

They have protective barriers at each and every work station, including the pedicure chairs. I had a mani pedi. Pedicure was fine, the guy the did my manicure was either new or didnt know what he was doing. My nails have no shape he used too much filler, its not flush with my nailbed. He had glue and polish all over my hands, some nails are not even straight. My nails feel heavy and sore.

This place is horrible. Do not go. I gave my mother a gift card for Christmas last year for her to use before her cruise in July(which was canceled because of corona) so we wanted to go ahead and use the gift card today. The card expired 5 days ago. Call to see if it could still be used and was told only for 50%. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused then hung up on when I asked again. Terrible customer service. Will never visit this place again or purchase anymore gift cards from them again. I suggest you do the same

Honest and professional but seemed hurried and my personal experience was rough. They were affordable but Ive literally done my own nails better. The price was reasonable but I have cuts on my toes, had to buy acetone to remove the polish that left so much space uncovered.. the guest I had with me enjoyed the massage and her nails are better polished (smaller toenails).. for honesty and price 3 stars lacking 2 stars for a hurried job and requiring to do the work myself i paid them to do.

I went there and got a spa pedicure $45 which was a great experience except they didnt use the color I requested and the next day 2 of my toes lost the polish. I also got a full set of acrylic nails and im just not fully satisfied with them. If you want a relaxing pedicure i recommend them however Id skip the polish.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the work Ive had done has always come out looking wonderful. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced manicure or pedicure.

I called and asked ahead how much a full set would cost with gel and they said $35. i usually get the same lengths and same shape which i get coffin so it’s $10 extra. i should’ve all together paid $45 but they charged me $60 and said they charge $5 more bc of corona.... then my sister got the same thing just way shorter. same shape and hers was $55. so i got charged $30 extra dollars for nothing. i’m not from here but i come down every year to visit family and i’ve never paid over $45 to get them done here. so if you wanna get ripped off go ahead....

I am close to giving two stars. The first time I came to Envy, the tech had nicked me on each and every finger while filing my nails. I paid full price and was a good sport about it. I continue to come back because she did do a good job other than create razor blade pain throughout my hand. Today as I sit here and write this, I have waited for more than an hour to sit in a seat and no one has said one word to me since I had walked in. People walk in before me and go right into a seat. I just wonder why we write our names down if they don’t even pay attention to it? I will NOT be coming back here. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that will definitely care about the customer. I’ve never had this issue before, but this was ridiculous and rude.

Every time i have been there they have been fabulous‼️ but the last time i went there to get my nails done they were good but i went to the beach and they started peeling off :( not sure if it was something in the water

They do ok with your nails except many of the workers dont understand what you are asking for. Also, they will agree that they can do designs they are not equipped to do, instead of just being honest. Which results in much wasted time. So, if you want a simple polish job, its great, otherwise, Id find another place to go.

I liked coming to this place, and I never wrote reviews but they OVER CHARGEEEE!! I got gel on my REAL nails with a French tip and was charged $40 when their sign clearly said $15 for a manicure.. but continued to tell me it was now $20 for a manicure and $20 for gel. If I would have known that price before hand I wouldnt have gotten my nails done. Also I was informed that they dont really care about tips. Wont be going back.

We will not be coming back. The nail techs agree they know what you want. When they start doing what they want and you try to explain, they argue with you, they even got in my friends face and was yelling at her. Very unprofessional !!

The guy that did my nails was horrible. He was disrespectful and didn’t even clean my nails up when he was done. I had glue all over my fingers and my nails were uneven. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Incredibly rude female manager at LaVale Envy Nails. I have had two mediocre and one horrible experience here. I will never return or recommend this business. Yes, there is a language barrier, but the pushy, unkind way in which I was spoken to prompted me to consider walking out. It continued, and I did just that.

They should never assume you dont understand there language!! Tried to say I need a new full set, after only 1 fill in. I told them no..then they charged me $30 for a fill in, acrylics, and no designs. After they knew I wasnt happy about that price, EVERY, and I mean EVERY worker came to my tech, looked at my nails, and continued to talk..in their language. I knew they were talking about me. Again..very very unprofessional. Ill take my business, and about 10 other people that go there, will also not return. Best advice..dont overcharge, and dont assume we dont understand what youre saying in your language. Some of us do 😉😉😉

Great place to get your eyebrows done, but not my favorite place to get my nails done...every time I get acrylic nails they snap and break off and my polish constantly chips. I got a full set on and within 3 days my nail snapped off and the polish already began to chip off on most of my nails. When I went to get them fixed 4 days after I got them done they made me pay for a polish change and rushed me out, and all of my nails are messed up. My mom also went in and asked for a full set and they painted her fingernails rather than doing what she asked. Very disappointed

Literally the worst service! They said it was going to be a 15 minute wait yet an hour and a half later I had 2 young girls sad and wanting to leave because it was too long of a wait. Do not go there.

If you ever come to this nail salon dont ever go to Nick, he does a crappy job. I went in for a fill in and theres nail polish on the sides and he didnt even put a clear coat on my nails. Very disappointed never coming again. They charge 5 dollars extra for long nails, my nails werent even long. This nail salon is horrible.

I called ahead of time to ask the price they told me 40 for acrylic French tip with a design. They were very polite from the get go good personality clean shop,but as the work progressed they put the nails on crooked, the length of the nails were uneven, the French tip was poorly done you can see bubbles underneath the white tip. I got a design that was auctually very well done. When everything was done there is glue all around my finger, the tips were filed very thinly underneath that I can see theought them, the sides of the acrylics were filed to much and you can see my real nail and was charged 55 not 40.....the end product was dissapointing the quality of the design is not enough to bring g me back k for the poor result I recieved..

I am in town visiting family. Myself and two other family members went to the salon excited. The two with me had a great mani pedi experience and were all taken care of and ready to go. Meanwhile I still was left sitting there with only my pedi halfway done and still no mani. The man that helped me just walked away. I asked two other employees when they were doing my finger nails. A man took me to the nail station, painted my toes and rushed thru a mani.I paid and left but I was upset and I wanted the manager to know I had a bad experience and she could not care less. She saw my cuticles and said oh you dont like this skin? Of course not. Oh well the guy said he did your cuticles... I said but look. She said what do you want? While I was getting my nails done I learned the man who did my pedi has only been in the country for 1 month and does not have a license to practice. He should not have been doing the pedi at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were very rude and offered no resolution.

Customer service is horrible...... purchased a gift certificate in December for $90 its now February and they wont honor it or refund my money..... because they say my certificate is fake even though it has their stamped numbers on it. When I asked to speak to a manager on various occasions over a 2 week period they are always conviently out and Im told to call back again another day.

These people took 14 dollar out my bank and was supposed to be 10 dollar.
