I have been getting dip manicures and pedicures by Nancy for quite a while and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Extremely clean and sanitary, staff is great. My nails ALWAYS come out beautiful! I highly recommend Luxury Nails, you won’t be disappointed!!!

The BEST nail salon in RI! The owners/employees are so very welcoming, professional and nice. The entire place is extremely sanitary, which is the first thing I notice in any nail salon. I’ve never had a bad experience. My nails always come out perfect and exactly the way I asked for them to be done. I’ll never forget how everyone in the salon treated me like a queen in preparation of my wedding day during COVID. My nails came out better than I’ve ever expected!! Thank you so much VIP Nails❤️

Not a happy customer. Its unfortunate because they do great service but horrible work. Just got my nails done 4 days ago and the gel is already falling off their suppose to last about two weeks. For me they have always lasted a month and my feet two months. But not this round didnt even make a week dont go there it wont last.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I Suggested this place to my fiancé since they almost have 5 starts. This place is not sanitary and staff are unprofessional. In the process of removing her nails he used unorthodox methods of removal and in the process tore half of my fiancé’s real nail off. She was bleeding when the “nail artist” blankly stares at her. I’m am absolutely appalled by the service here. If she wouldn’t have left he would have attempted to put a fake nail on a bloody finger. Thanks for the pain and suffering and humiliation she may feel when she shows up to dinner tonight and the event we are showing up for tomorrow with a bandaid on her finger.

Staff is super friendly, and I just started going to this nail salon and all ladies know its difficult to find a good nail place. They do nails really well (especially Valerie). She knows exactly what shes doing and shes fast too. I love this place.

Highly recommend!! I am new to the area. My 6 year old daughter and I were out and about having a girls day. It was about 6 PM and all other nail salons in the area were closed. We took a chance and stopped in Luxury Nails and Spa. They were busy, only open for another hour and a half. They made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in and they were extremely friendly. The salon is immaculate! I asked for a pink and white set and my daughter wanted her nails painted. The ladies were all so kind to my daughter and even kept her entertained a bit while I was having my nails done. My nails came out GORGEOUS! Hands down, the best experience Ive had. This is my new salon, without a doubt.

Ive been going to Luxury Nails since they opened 3 years ago. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Tracy and her family do a great job. They remember you, your family and make you feel part of theirs.

Using my husband’s google account for this review. I never get on here to do reviews but had to try to save someone from making the mistake I did. I got a dip manicure today and an older gentleman did my nail and they looks so bad I have to find another nail salon that can redo them today. None of them are the same shape some fingers clearly have more dip on them then other fingers. I’m so upset wasting $45 and over an hr of my time so is not how I wanted to start my weekend.

Ive been coming to this place for just about a year now and I will not go anywhere else. It is the best nail salon I have ever been to their incredibly clean their meticulous and super friendly. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

Went there the other day for the first time after reading positive reviews. I waited months to get my nails done and was excited. Unfortunately, they turned out looking horrible! The man who did them away nice but shouldnt be doing nails. I asked for gel dip powder with tips, ended up with acrylic with needful polish. They are uneven, and VERY sloppy! Definitely wont be going back and neither will my friend who also had a bad experience the same day.

Nancy did a wonderful job on my dip gel manicure. Theyre nice and thin so they look natural and she clearly took her time to make sure she was meticulous. Nice salon, very clean, sweet staff, fair prices. Ill definitely be back again!

Im trying to grow out my nails from years of acrylic and dip processing. Nick gave me a very nice manicure and polish. This salon is neat and clean. Amazing experience with Tracey. It was late on a Sunday and I was desperate and with my mom. Tracey took our appointments and although our nail treatments went much past closing time, I never felt rushed or that the quality of work was compromised. They had clearly had a very busy day and Tracey kept apologizing for the wait and I kept thanking her for the amazing service. We are customers for life.

This is now my favorite nail salon and now going to be the only place I go to!!! I showed them the design I wanted and they did just that! They listened to what I wanted and took their time with it!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Terrific service, friendly staff, reasonable prices and are very accommodating! My daughter and I go every 3 weeks. The only drawback is dip colors are somewhat limited.

My nails were cut without permission, all nails are now also a different shape, nail tech was overly aggressive and squeezed my fingers too hard and then filed my finger missed the nail) until it broke the skin. Sore and throbbing for three days now. I asked for a specific design before he started, and he said he couldnt do it, with no other info or discussion. Salon was clean, but really cold. I also dont like my colors. Tech said you chose them and did not offer to help or change the situation. I would give zero stars if I could. I will definitely not be back.

Very thorough - I have been here twice. The first time I got tips and powder dip. I didn’t go back for a month, and they still looked great when I went back (except for the nail growth at the bottom).The second time, I had a pedicure, powder dip manicure, and under arm wax- Valerie did a very thorough job on each of the services, and the pedicure was one of the best I have ever received.

Made an appointment and arrived 8 minutes early to ensure I wouldnt be holding anyone up. Nearly 30 minutes after my appointment, they had taken everyone but me, including those who arrived later. Very disappointed! They had provided good service in past visits, but they dont seem to respect my time. Doubt Ill return.

Very disappointed. My nail tech did not push my cuticles back at all so im one week into a $50 manicure and it already looks like i need a fill in, which i definitely was not intending this soon for a dip set and i CERTAINLY will not be getting it done here. The technician (who appeared to be the owner) did not care when i mentioned that all of my nails were different shapes and lengths than my other hand, and instead spent most of my visit watching television while working. Very unprofessional, I can not believe this place is so well reviewed. All of my nails have bubbles and divots and about a million other imperfections. Refund worthy nails.

Love this place. John is the best! But Todays visit was not great. I decided to let another person do my nails since John is away on Vacation. I thought it was going to be an easy Fill but the guy cut me doing my nails. Still bleeding since Noon when I got my nails done specially when I wash my hands. Not happy at all.
