5/14 My sister and I made an appointment to get a dip manicure together. They started with my sister while I sat next to her for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to start mine. All I can say is that this was the worst manicure we have ever gotten. We originally came here because the places we normally go to were booked up so we decided to give this place a try. Not only is our nails overfiled on the sides giving it a wonky shape but the dip in itself and the products used appears to be cheap/poor quality. My sisters French is uneven and they even used gel on top of the dip when they were having issues with the dip drying (which has never happened before). Her nails are bumpy and uneven. My dip broke the very next day as they over filed my nails and applied the thinnest layer of dip I had ever gotten. Expensive and completely unworth it. Never going back.. 5/19 update: another nail has completely split in half and is ready to fall off.

The place is clean. the staff super friendly and attentive. but the result of my nails was not 100% the best. I didnt like the finish, I paid $ 60 and my nails look horrible, not pretty. nails with uneven surface. result, unsatisfactory.

First 2 times went just for eyebrow waxing they did a good job 1st time,second time not so much. Felt like the girl there was rushing.I went today and I was really upset what happened! I called at around 12:00 pm or earlier and made an appointment for 2:30,told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was nice but don’t care for the polish job the gentleman did on my toes. Then I go and sit down for them to give me a gel manicure with acrylic nails. And Sam I think his name is came over to tell me that they couldn’t do my manicure because they was short a technician and didn’t have time to do what I asked??!!!🥺😡not fair at all to me as a customer!! Especially because I was sitting there waiting fir my toes to dry from the pedicure and what really got me mad is he took another girl before me,even though I got to the salon first and he was already done with my pedicure, but took another girl before me and I see him sitting down with her!! to do her nails??!!!Very unfair to the customer!!! I feel hurt and upset. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL, I should not have to ask if the polish is dry yet on my toes,they should come to me and check!!! It was a total nightmare and also the electricity went off in the whole salon!!??!!

Lets start with the positives...The pedicure I got today was one of the best Fantastic! He deserved a 5 but have a 3 based on my manicure experience.I have uv gel nails and today was not a good day. I got a burn sensation on my fingers a few times and a cut that is little but it hurts. I asked a few times not to file the sides too much but they did. During the manicure began to take off my gel nail no explanation or asking me She started taking off another I questioned it and a very nice lady came over and explained some lifting so had to remove them. I dont understand as not cracked or lifting/falling off but I believe them. I was told be an extra charge for the nails.I asked for the same color on my toes and hands that did not happen. My toes are what I wanted the blue shade I picked out and my hands are a green shade not what I wanted. I know gel and non gel can differ slightly but this is not the case. I honestly did not notice until I left and at that point I was done so I just left.Also not sure if this is a thing but my nails were not completely painted on the sides of a few nails?So in the grand scheme of things not end of the world. Disappointed enough not to return.

Bella is Awesome, and I forget the lady that’s a bit older name at pedicures but She is so sweet. Most everyone there is very nice & Sam is great with massages! I get crazy nail art every month and they ALWAYS such beautiful work, I get many compliments ! I also get stones on my manicure and they are kept on all month ! My daughter also gets her eyebrows done when we go in and they come out nice every time ! Our pedicures are with tea, hot rocks, massage, honey .. and if you want to relax you can or if you want to talk with your professional they are all very interesting, I like to learn their cultures and non~American names and get to know them because We go every month and they remember us ❤️

Pedicure was awesome. Had the dip manicure, had 2 nails chip 2 days later and had 2 others on the 4 th day. I went back both times and they did fix the nails without any issues. When ever I have had the dip it generally last 2 -3 weeks. They do the process a little different than other places I have been too . It’s been a week now and more chips. Just disappointed. The staff was very nice and professional on a positive note.

Love this place ! Its clean and modern and staff friendly. This is the first nail salon and Sam who I LOVE knows my name each and everytime I go in. He is the best for chair massage too! A definite indulgent to do !

Not even a week and my nail are coming off 😒 not to mention they charge me a manicure fee without performing an actual manicure, the lady only filed my nails and my nails are not long.

So I previously posted about loving it and I have come here so many times but my last 2 were bad so sad to say I will be having to find a new nail place. I went in today to remove nails and just have gel polish on my natural nail and needless to say I should’ve let my 9 year old do it. It was only polish and my hand looks a mess, after they were painted tony started filing them again and repainted and they were left sticky and clumpy looking. I sat there for almost 2 hours and paid 50 to remove and just paint

The worst pedicure I have ever got in my life! I was rushed through my service if you wanna call what Leo did was a service.

I want to say the people are nice and it’s clean but I seriously won’t be going back there. They charged $70 for a sub-par manicure, at best. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Best pedicure ever!! Callous remover was awesome I couldnt believe how fast it worked and how much dead skin it removed. Definitely recommend!!

VIP Nails has never let me down! I went today for the first time since before the pandemic and they have taken every possible measure to ensure the safety of both clients and staff! I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing it was as safe as possible! As always they did a fabulous job on my manicure/ pedicure! An added bonus for anyone who hasnt gone, they have a very generous loyalty program! I have tried other salons but keep coming back to this place and now Im a forever customer!

Nails looked really good than less than 2 weeks later 3 broke off and others had cracking Marks

The ladies did an excellent job with my pedicure. It wasnt easy in her and she did such a thorough job yet wasnt too rough in my feet either. They are so soft now and look great.I will definitely come back here where the wait time is less and the staff very friendly and customer oriented!

$45 wasted on pedicure. Go somewhere else and get what you ask for. I was in and out in 20 minutes. No other customers. I wonder why...

My first visit and an amazing treat!!! The staff kind, friendly and personable. They did an amazing pedicure!! Ten minutes of leg massage during pedicure and shoulder massage when nails drying. I have found my new nail salon.

After convincing me to upgrade to gel she did a great job nail polish are totally ruined are you serious I just paid 50 bucks for her to upgrade me to gel for ilI told her, short as I can because they were card and she still she did cut them short I’m sorry but I mean if you know don’t make them like that or make me drive them longer I don’t know I’m not the technician

I came in with my friend today and I. Was. In. Love.I’m never going to another nail salon again. I got a pedicure while my friend got her nails done and they were so kind! I have an ankle injury and they made sure I got a full experience while avoiding my ankle and it was amazing. I don’t think any other salon would have made a point to do their best like this but I’m coming back without a doubt

It is a delight going there. I get leah all the time. They check temperature before you go in and sanitize your hands.

Hands down my place to go when I want to get pampered! They’re all so kind and the women I had for my nails worked with me to get EXACTLY what I wanted! Definitely coming back! I even brought a friend and told her to write a review because she loved it so much too!!!!

Wow! Is really all I can think to say. They were so GREAT!! I got a quick pedicure and they gave me these cute socks to wear out haha they really have a nice environment and style inside which adds to the relaxation. 12/10 coming back without a doubt

I just moved in from out of state and I usually get a full set and I was nervous to find a place that could it just to my needs. I tried out a few salons in the surrounding area until I heard about this place! I made an appointment and I had been 20/25 minutes early and they just took me right in! The women who did my set was beyond gentle with me, this is my forever spot. Hands down.

Had to run to the salon to get a fill and everywhere I went was SLAMMED. I came to cumberland and i was able to be booked without an issue! Let me tell you the holiday season makes everyone so crazy but they’re so patient and kind with the customers it amazed me. I give them props because I’ve seen some crazy nail women but they got it handled

This is the best place to get your nails done! The massages are incredible and I messed up my toe nails and the guy fixed them right away.

The experience was really nice but Im not even sure why i pd 128$. Especially when my 45$ pedicure 2nd one on the list without gel polish btw wanted to charge me 75$ with gel. My paint on my toes lasted 3days and I know doing it myself it last 2weeks! I also received a full set with gel and eyebrows.

Came in to get a gift card and decided to pamper myself before I left! Got the vip spa pedicure and IT.WAS.AMAZING!!The staff is so kind and I love that they made me feel at home, a lot of salons don’t do that

Love this place. Not sure about the other commenter who must get extras for free but anywhere I go the more you ask for the more you pay. I am also fine without the talking. I personally want it quiet and to enjoy myself but if I want to talk and talk to them they talk back so again something that goes both ways. I dont think its their job to entertain you. I have had some who do better than others but if I notice them not doing what I expect or what Im paying for I speak up and say can you scrub a little more or add extra coats of paint and they are fine and do it. Love the extra massage while my toes dry 😍😍

I went in to get a full set and I asked for coffin tip 3 times and I ended up getting a square tip and not the length I wanted plus they sat crooked on my fingers. Also the price seemed very off. I paid almost 80$ for basic gel nail set even though the sign said 50$

I had a pedicure which was done nicely they have a few different kinds to choose from. This was a great experience from the honey they wrapped my legs in, to the hot stone massage they did to my legs & feet during out was pure heaven! Great paint job too! Betty nice service. My daughters got her nails done as they did a great job! I give 4 stars because I paid to have her eyebrows done and until I spoke up and most people had left for the day they forgot to do them. However they did do them last minute and they came out pretty good! We will be back!

Love my experience everytime I go! I get nothing but great customer service! They care about what you want and they always check with you after filing your nails to make sure you like the length which I really appreciate! Awesome work! ❤️

People are nice yes but the first time I went my nails started to lift from the bottom only after 3 days. Which is a bit much. So I didn’t go back; then my mother in law offered to pay my nails and go out with me and it’s her fav spot so I thought I’d try again and once again only 3 days and my nails are already looking like they’re about to lift. Honestly just not even going to come back to expensive just for it to be a waste! Now I have to pay for someone to else to fix them

Ion eva complain, but i paid $40 fa a acrylic fill w/ gel and not even a day later...the nail polish came off 3 fingers. on top of that... the nails were filed so much tha one broke from picking up a quarter. i was treated with respect and pampered, but what happened was unexpected.

Really enjoyed my time there with my best friend and was quick service. Didnt have to wait at all. I went to get my nails done for prom and it was amazing. They were kind and helped me pick colors to match my dress. It was lovely and when i need my nails done i would definitely go again and have it become my usual spot.

I get my nails done by Twiny who is amazing! She is very busy but I make an appointment and she is so much fun. I am always satisfied with my nails. Happy they finally changed the music. 😜, I recommend making an appointment with Twiny or Angela. I don’t let anyone else do my nails.

I just got a pedicure today with gel polish. Not even 5 hours later it’s already chipped and peeling off! I’m so mad that I paid $65 for not even a full day of polish!!!

I have never seen anyone do nails like this before. What a terrible job! Polish all around my nails, I look like I did it myself. The lady on the side of me said the same thing. She stood up and said looks like I did my own nails. We were both not happy and I believe I had the owner. The only one with no name tag. I wont be recommending you nor coming back..

Never again. I’ve been coming here for years, made an appointment as usual and at 30min past it I’m still waiting. Just asked to get brow wax only and leaving. I’ve sent countless people in and given gift cards, now I will tell everyone to stay away. Staff was horrible, not sure what happened in just a few weeks but this was horrible.

Worst service Ive had with VIP. I usually go to the one in North Providence and I should have just went to that one. Feet were barely in the water, massage on legs? There was none and the French Pedi was terrible! $35 Ill never get back.

I went to this nail salon for my first time, the place was clean and relaxing I was seated right away. I asked if the had the UV gel in pink, the UV gel is used instead of an acrylic full set it’s a little more expensive but the the pink color is so pretty you don’t need any polish. Anyways I asked them if they had pink and they said yes so when he finished prepping my nails he pulls it out and it’s clear so he started to put it on and I said I thought you said you had pink then he said we can put polish so I was reluctant and said ok his response “I like expensive”. It cost me $75 not including tip (which is a bit excessive) so not even two weeks in a nail pops off and then I purchased nail glue and it didn’t last to long then another nail popped off and then I started to take the other nails off and they came off so easy with no pain. I’ve had to pay to have nail techs take off my nails, my nails are very weak so ripping nails off is to painful and I have to pay to get them off. In my experience with nails they shouldn’t pop off during the first set, and it just kept ringing in my head “I like expensive”. I felt ripped off and I wouldnt recommend getting the service I had. Also it took him like 2hrs which is also excessive. They looked amazing but it too much money and bad quality.

Staff are so caring and nice, everythings so clean! Never had an issue with my nails. You even get a free complimentary massage while you’re getting your nails done! 100% recommended!!!!!!!!

Used to come here all the time. Keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying them again for my birthday pedi. Sadly mistaken. I was taken by the same young guy who was falling asleep while doing my massage on previous pedicure. He was wiping his nose and forehead sweat during my entire $60 organic pedicure. There were other nail techs with their heads down taking naps on the desks. They had no hot towels, the streamers were empty. So he brought over some dried out stiff towels that had stains on them, probably been in the bottom of the towel warmer for weeks. He also tried to talk me out of the back massage portion of the pedicure. Which was the main reason I even come here. I dont mind spending $80 for good service, and cleanliness. But this place is going down hill fast. Old toe nail clippings all over the tile floor. Dingy towels and chairs. Id pass next time and find a new cleaner place.

Asked for a french pedi and received a regular pedi .steamer for pedi was non functioning . Was charged 5 dollars extra because they had to take off gel polish vs regular polish before my pedicure. Also had eyebrows waxed and asked not to go thin so they left most of the hair there and they were not shaped at all . No one was available for eyelashes or eyebrow tinting either.last time here....... i paid for the honeymoon spa pedicure which includes steam

Very deceptive. Came in for gel mani pedi, was told after we sat down that it was $50 and regular pedi was $30. Wendy had already taken the gel off my toes before informing me of this, then very directly told me that it was now $5 extra for taking the gel off. She did a rushed job and I have one toenail that is completely slanted. I had my toes done at 2pm yesterday, by noon today they chipped. I dont even want to go back to get it fixed because they might charge extra without telling me like they do for every little thing. Also, a guy came up and started touching me and asked how I was doing, but didnt ask to touch me, and didnt tell me you had to pay for a massage, another deceptive technique. I didnt want a massage and didnt get one, just thought it was a disgusting way to get extra money from unsuspecting customers. I had one of the worst experiences of getting my nails done ever here and paid twice as much as I usually do at Red Nails on Mineral Springs, I should have never switched.

Expensive, poor customer service. There are gaps between my real nail and the fake nail, all of the staff are grouchy. I asked for round nails and they talked me out of my decision. They also did nothing to my actual nail before applying the dip. He didn’t cut them and barely filed them. The staff just does not care. My friend broke her nail THE NEXT DAY and if it was done correctly that shouldn’t have happened. She went back to get it fixed they charged her and she waited for a half hour for then to stop being busy just to pay. Absolutely disgusted with the experience would NEVER recommend

Paid $30 for a regular pedicure. I don’t mind paying for good work but this was far from it. First I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 mins for a 10 minute pedicure. They didn’t even clean my feet properly and my nail polish looks like I got a French pedicure instead of a full polished toe nail. My brother asked for his toe nails to be cut down and his toe nails looked longer than when he went in. He looked like they added acrylics to his toes. Not again! Very disappointed.

Had an awesome pedicure by Dean. He was phenomenal. Worth the money.Update: the pedicures are still phenomenal, HOWEVER my nails started cracking and breaking 8 days after having them done. They are all ragged and sloppy at the base. I came here as my regular dip nail salon was being renovated. Wish I could have my money back for my nails.

I would not recommend this place. Not only is it pricey, but I got a full set and within a week three of the nails fell off.

I called to see if there was time for a fill. The young girl at the front desk (although very sweet) said to come right in but I waited 15 minutes. I finally get to my fill and the boy doing my nails was miserable. When I didnt understand what he was saying through his mask he gave me an attitude. He used the same unsanitised nippers on me as the women before me. Then he gave me dip gel instead of a fill with acrylic. This was my second time here and it will be my last.

Honestly, the place is nice looking. The good things i have to say stop there. The nail techs dont have any clue what theyre doing. I went here to get an old set of acrylics removed..... the tech could not even manage this. She was attempting to remove them with a flimsy piece of cardboard... Once she realized this wasnt going to work, she decided she was going to try to file them off with an EMERY BOARD. (wasnt even intelligent enough to use the drill) I walked out and went home and removed them myself and honestly that process was less painful than watching her struggle to figure out what to do. Would not recommend, and if i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Pedicure I had the water sprayed all over me and my stuff. Water was cold. The wax was not taken off my feet so I slipped then I went to get my gel manicure and felt pressured to pick a color and got a color I don’t like. Then I asked if my toes were dry and she said yes and I put my socks on and now my polish is ruined. Never ever going back

Terrible place. Very unorganized. Made me wait for 30 min to get my manicure. After my pedicure I was seated for manicure and I had to wait for another person while the guy who did my pedicure did someones elses manicure. While waiting I noticed that others who came after me were getting served.Basically felt invisible until I spoke up. Then when I paid my bill the two guys one for pedi and one for manicure were asking for there tip.So much nerve. I will never return nor will I recommend this place.

Horrible service!! I asked for gel and i basically paid $30 to only get my nails painted. My nails werent cut, they were barely filed and still uneven. When i asked to get them fixed he gave me a dumb answer. He said, nails grow at different rates thats why they were uneven, so i had to tell him like 3 times to fix it because he clearly didnt want to. I feel like it was a total waste of my money and i will never go again! ... oh and i waited like 10 minutes for him to get off his phone in the middle of doing my nails..

Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Beautiful interior. Lots of colors to choose from..But.. The place is cold like thier personalitys! More expensive than other places and not as good. Everything has an upcharge! Constant chatter in thier language. No intetaction unless about the menu. Not very friendly..unless of course you upgrade or have your wallet out!
