I most recently used this company for an oven install. Perfect experience. Professional, quick and very informative. Will always call them first!

Do not ever use this company, they are absolutely unprofessional. It took 5 days to get a contractor out to our house to fix the AC. The contractor himself was great, they told me what the problem was and were very quick. But then 3 days later their report was never filed to our warranty company. We called several times and no one would answer and they lied to me telling us they had filed our report and within 24 hours the warranty company would have it. Over 48 hours later and the warranty company never received. The warranty company called them personally and then they claimed we dont do package AC units after they had already sent a contractor to work on our package unit...9 days without AC now and they never fixed the problem or communicated properly to us or the warranty company. DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it.

This company was FANTASTIC!!!! I had been without a washer for 5 weeks & finally gave up on my home warranty company & called this company. They were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, had great communication, and had a very reasonable rate. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Lack of communication They came out to my house on July 7 2021 for an HVAC issue and they said I needed a new HVAC system but I have Not heard back from them. I called a few times and left messages for an update. I still have Not heard back My Home warranty company told Me every thing has been approved. and are shock I have not heard from them

R&S Are very prompt, honest, professional with great service!! Fridge started leaking on Wednesday and Randall was out the same day!Wife is very sweet over the phone. We are happy customers!! Love the text messages and communication and also a text to let you know ETA.

Our tech was very friendly, professional, and punctual. He performed the required work in no time (so it seems). We are satisfied with the quality of work performed and definitely recommend R&S services to our friends and family. Thank you Randall, we are now able to use our dishwasher!

Randall came to our home and diagnosed our Washer (that we had had 1 other repair company come out) and Dryer (4 different repair companies) He took care of the problems and followed up with us. I have recommend him to several others looking for a quality repair company that is honest and actually knows what they are doing.
