I had to replace my roller on my vaccume and I called ordered over the phone and they had what I needed in 2 days, I highly recommend.

Total scam. First of all, at least one of the 5 star reviews is a family member. Now for my experience. They were 1.5 hrs late. The repairman did absolutely no troubleshooting. I mean none. Then told me he was pretty sure what it was. Looked up the price on his phone and told it was going to cost around $350 to fix. I declined his service and after he left, decided to do a little troubleshooting. After all, what did I have to lose? Found out that there was a bad switch, which cost me $12 to order from Amazon, and about 15 minutes of my time to replace. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I recently moved to Cincinnati from Maryville, Tn. About two weeks after getting settled in our new home my washer began to leak and with 5 kids ages 17-6 my washer is important to me. I called one company that said they couldnt get anyone out to me until like a week later and I couldnt afford to wait that long so I continued to call other companies. I called All Day and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when the two men arrived I explained what was happening with the washer and they were confident they knew the exact problem but checked other parts to make sure there was no issues with them, they explained to me why my washer was leaking, told me the cost of the part and labor and had it fixed within the hour. I was so happy to have my washer back in running order. I will use their services in the future. One very happy family!!!

I scheduled someone to come and look at my washer. Earl gave me a call and I explained the issue. He confidently diagnosed the issue over the phone instead of coming out and charging me $60 for a fix that I would have declined because it was so expensive. Thank you for being upfront and saving me the money!!! I will be calling All Day Appliance Repari for any other issue I might have due to their high integrity.

Out of all the places I called, they were the only ones that returned my call, and in the same day. The repairman and his son were good, hardworking people. They troubleshooted the possible underlying causes, found the problem(incorrect wiring during manufacturing/production), and rewired everything. Had my washer up and running within 1.5 hrs-all for a very reasonable price. They were honest, and told me up front that they waive the service call(which was much cheaper than other websites quoted) if they are able to fix the problem. Would highly recommend to anyone, would tell my friends, and would definitely use again. Putting their number into my contacts on my phone!

BEWARE!!! This company is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!! Charged me a whole bunch of money to fix my refrigerator and it still DOES NOT even work, it stopped working a few weeks after the repairman fixed it. It is still doing the same thing it was doing before. I have a one year warranty but they wont honor it. Called them so many times cant even tell you how many times it was that many, and every time they said they would get someone out to fix it. I also emailed them and heard nothing so now I am reporting them to the BBB, and I will be contacting ALL the local news stations to get the word out, That way people will know about these liars and crooks and no one will be scammed out of their hard earned money and still be left with broken appliances.

Got recommended called they came that day. When the two guys showed in the first 10 minutes they had my washer up and running no parts low labor charge and they waive the $39.95 service fee. All Appliances will always be my first call.

Great experience and same day service . I called many companies to fix my oven but all were over priced and couldnt come out till days later. I called All Day and they came out within 3 hours and my oven is working great . I will be contacting if I have any other appliance I need fixed. Thanks!

Came out super last minute and Fixed my dryer for a great price. Even have a 90 day warranty if something goes wrong. Would use again!

All of these positive reviews are totally fake. This company is unacceptable. The employees are liars who dont know what the heck they are doing. They take your money and your still stuck with broken appliances. My dryer was not repaired at all. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Gave the repairman $200 up front to order icemaker - they were supposed to call within 2 business days to install it - never called - called the company and a man said he would have the repairman call when he was done with a service call - never called - called next day - they said they called 2 numbers and got voice mail - they never left a message - when I got ahold of them again, demanded refund - they were taking service call charge out of my refund - unacceptable - they never called to schedule the install of ice maker and took my money so I shouldnt have to pay a service call - Guess Im taking them to small claims/civil court. DONT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO INTENTION ON COMPLETING THE WORK.In response to the owners reply to my complaint, check was never received (big surprise there). Called the company and told Larry the check never arrived - he got belligerent and said he mailed it and if it wasnt there it wasnt his problem then he threatened me with harassment for calling his company for my refund. And as for him stating he called several times, not true - my cell phone log proves no calls were received from his company. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY.

They came to fix my dryer. 295$Wasnt fixed. It has been a week now. They keep saying someone will come fix it, and they dont show up. If I could get ahold of any of them, Id ask for a refund. Save your money and aggravating. Very unprofessional. Extremely dissapointed. If it would let me, Id give 0 stars.

They took my money and will not come back out to fix my ice maker that still doesnt work! Paid $130 for a part on top of the service call fee! DO NOT USE This company!

Dont use these people theyre a bunch of crooks theyll tell you they need money upfront and then you dont hear from them they you call and call and call the call you back say theyll be there between two and four never show up you keep calling finally after two weeks I got somebody out here they try to put a used part and I told him I want my money back he gave me $100 then Siri Ill get the rest of my money I said no I said either give me my money right call Boone County Sheriff so they went to an ATM and give me my money back do not use these people I cannot stress it

Dishonest people. Took money and didnt honor word. Did not repair refrigerator after promises to follow up.
