The service man was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions honestly and explained in laymans terms what he did to fix the problem with my dryer - a loose wire on the heating element.I will definitely use this company for all services and repairs on my appliances.

When my moms washing machine broke down these were the first guys who had an opening for the next day so I asked them to come over to give me an estimate. Since it sounded reasonable I asked them to fix the washer. It has been a month since then and the washing machine is working fine.
