Riding lawn mower repair service to your home. Confirmed service at 7:11 AM this morning. Sent notification that THEY had rescheduled the appointment to July 1, 2021 at 8:35 AM. We have already waited a month, now out of the clear blue just rescheduled. I called and was told the truck broke down that was scheduled and I could check their web site daily to see if another appointment opens up before July 1. The individual on the phone said she has no one else I could talk to by phone and she would send an email to ( the person I’m guessing I wanted to talk to). Whose to tell if they won’t cancel again on 7/1. And when you make the appt you have to prepay the service call, so they already have your money. Come on Sears this is not good service.

Sears appliance service technicians have been very friendly, knowledgeable and quick in being able to diagnose and fix appliance problems. They are often booed a week or more out. That is why I cant give them 5 stars.

Definitely the place to go to get your main appliances repaired and it doesnt have to come from sears but it helps with warranties if you did. On other hands great customer service. The reason for 4 stars is because they dont really sell appliance just repairs which in my book would be also helpful if they did.

$189 for a 5 minute call to tell us we need a $600 new ice maker. They knew it didnt work at all before they came. They could have told us over the phone it would be $600 to replace it and we would have told them no thanks.

The customer service on the phone is really hard to hear; and every time I wanted to call to set up a repair, they attempted to sell me a warranty in which I stated I was not interested in multiple times.When I tried to call back to express I didnt want this warranty, I was transferred to multiple departments that had nothing to do with my warranty, in an attempt to get me to sign up for more services.I work the night shift; so we scheduled a 1-5 pm appointment. They called my girlfriend the day before and said they were overbooked, and can only come between 10-1, which is usually my sleeping hours; but I already scheduled a car maintenance during this time.My girlfriend said that they made it seem like it was her fault on the phone, even though we confirmed for both technicians at 1-5. Their automated voice system is so low and mumbles, you cant make out anything they say and end up being on hold for almost an hour.I dont understand, if a customer repeatedly says no to a warranty sale why would you try to push it on us? It literally costed me an extra 90 mins of time, that I would usually be sleeping, on top of staying up waiting for them to open.The customer service people seemed nice; but the aggressive sales approach is archaic and I thought died off in the 50s but you would think it wouldnt be this hard to refuse, or cancel a warranty service.Then their truck broke down so they had to reschedule...I would have given a 3 star; because when I finally did get a hold of the warranty people they were friendly, quick and accommodating.The broken down truck brought it down to a 2 star.

Completely trash! Don’t use them. Just to come out they wanted $199 plus they want more for part and labor. Then they only have appointment available during working hours, So no matter what I need to miss work. Then on the day of the appointment they never came after waiting 4 hour!!! So I call them back and they moved the day to two week out without asking me first! Then would not even try to fix their mistake.Trash!!!
