Very friendly and very clean,take great precautions due to Covid

Very pleased with Lin. She followed all guidelines from the minute I walked in the door for appointment. The salon is very clean and organized. Each customer gets their own brand new tools being used that are in sealed in a plastic bag. After I had a manicure Lin cleaned everything really good. There was only 1 other customer in when I was there which is good during the pandemic re open. I appreciate Royal Nails and Lin.

I went here on Sunday but they were closed but I have gotten my spa pedicure here before and I have no complaints there a good clean place. They made there salon a little smaller but I still like it.

I’ve always had really good service and treatment in the past 15 +, I’ve going to them 💗

Great nails lots of nail polish, styles to choose from. Its honestly been hard to find some to know what they are doing when it comes to acrylic nails. Let me honestly say Im done looking for a nail tech because I finally found one, her name is JANE thank YOU !!!!

So much to say for this Nail salon. Every time I come in I am well attended and have the best service. All the staff is very welcoming and always gives me my best treatment. I go there to come out looking and feeling beautiful and of course that is always accomplished there .I have been going there for over 12 years and I will still continue to be a loyal customer because of all the amazing service, patients and best of all amazing art work. 💗👍🏼 All of them are amazing.

Always a great experience. They get really busy so make sure to go early or make an appointment. During the week they have more down time, which is when I like to visit. I usually try to request Kelly she is amazing. Shes very detailed and always does a great job on my gel manicure and is the best at pedicures!

I have been going to Royal Nails for many years and always get wonderful service. My nails still look perfect after two weeks. In addition to doing a wonderful job they are fast and work on time. If i have to travel out of town and need to have my nails done, I do so with reservation. The girls ay Royal Nails treat their customers royally.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They don’t know how to do nothing! I wanted Christmas nails and I showed them exactly what I wanted and they said they didn’t know how to do it. Then I come back a month later and told them I wanted flower designs and again, they said they couldn’t do that. They didn’t know how 🙃

They are super nice! Ellen does a great pedicure! And May is so nice but my gel manicure started peeling before i had even had it on for a week 😕 I’ve gotten it done at other salons and it stays for 2-3 weeks before chipping or peeling. A bit disappointed. I’ll still go for my pedis but maybe I’ll think twice before sowing. So much for it to last barely a week

Bad Experience!! I tried this place because it got decent reviews. I went a totalOf two times and both times I had Jane do my nails. The first time was okay so I decided to go there again. The second time Jane did my nails again and OMG!! She messed up not one, not two, but FOUR of my nails. When I pointed out the mistakes she had an excuse for each mistake. She fixed three of the mistakes but left one nail all lumpy. She never once apologized instead she had an attitude. She was rushing the entire time and was busy answering the phone and booking appointments instead of focusing on me, the customer. Bad service and one messed up nail later, I knew I’d never go back.There’s a whole lot of nail salons that’s are cleaner and more professional. This place needs some serious cleaning and Jane needs an attitude adjustment.

DO NOT go here. I went here a about 4 times in the last few months and I noticed that the lady named Jane that was doing nails always wears a work coat that’s very dirty and I observed her not sanitizing the instruments she had used. She would use the bottom of her dirty work coat to wipe off the brushes she had used. Ugh!! Not sanitary. I won’t return to this establishment.

Ive been coming to this Salon since it first opened. I will never go anywhere else. All the manicurists are exceptional and they are very very clean. If you want the best full set youve ever had then you need an appointment with Jane. Your nails will be beautiful and last forever.

Vivan is the best on pedicures she really takes her time. My got to girl for my names is Lin she shapes them perfectly every time.

I absolutely LOVE this place and all the lovely technicians, they recognized me every time I went in and always knew how to help me and offered everything from massages, foot rubs, best callous remover and clean work with great, kind customer service. I wish it was still convenient for me to go to Royal Nails! I live a little further out now but if I’m in the area and have time I would never pass this place up!Try it!

Ive been coming here since they opened. They have the cleanest nail shop around. Their prices are reasonable and they have good quality products. For people who dont want like to wait it would be best if you make an appointment. Since theyre great they have a bit of a wait time. Also if youre picky go somewhere else where youll also be disappointed because youre obviously never happy.

Terrible service. Had a 6:00 appointment and at 6:30 they still hadnt started on my nails. They finally started my moms and then proceeded to take three other people before me who had 6:30 appointments. Polish selection is very small. The last few times I have gotten gel nails and they were over baked, polish on my finger or cracking after a day.

Good work but I only speak English and I cant communicate with one person there its very difficult there is a blond manager that is Asian and Ive actually seen her treat her employees very rough and appeared to slap a male employee
