We had a huge emergency,  my friend and tenant was pregnant and we were in the middle of a heatwave!I needed same day service.  I must had called over 6-7 places and I got alot of maybes, well let you know, it will cost triple and FINALLY, I reached Dave!He set up same day service in two hours, the tech Steve showed up on time and he was very professional and took care of the AC quickly at competitive pricing, totally worth it.They saved me and I appreciate them!Sorry for any typos, my phone is awful

Had another Plumber come out a few days ago. Miss diagnosed. His claims didnt sound right so I decided to get a second opinion. From the start was impressed with the professional scheduling process. A-1 Plumbing came out and listened to my situation. Did a thorough exam and concluded it was my dishwasher and not actually plumbing. Gave good advice and was on his way. I really appreciate the knowledgeability, honesty, and professionalism, and would definitely recommend this company.

John was very professional explained everything to us and made sure we understood. Went over all of our options and made some suggestions as to how to maintain our AC unit to keep it up and running. We are selling our house and needed a Plumber for inspection, Johnny came out for the inspection. He was wonderful. He was able to take his time and walk through all we needed and did not need. Right when it starts to get really cold in Orange County our heater wont turn on. We are new home owners and upon reading lots of reviews we decided to call A-1 Heating & Air. We definitely made a good decision. I was surprised that they were able to give us a time window for the same day, since it was the first really cold morning and I guessed that they would be really busy. They came right on time. Our technician John was a great listener and fixed the problem right away. Our fancy dancy programmable thermostat was messing up and he replaced it with a nice simple one like we wanted. The next night the heater decided that it was still not going to work. We called and they came out in a very timely manner again. Marlon found the problem right away and took care of it. Overall we are happy with the service and price.

Plumber Costa Mesa, Plumbing in Costa Mesa Ca, that’s what i googled today and lucky for me a found A-1 Plumbing Heating & Air conditioning, fantastic service for my initial service call request Dave was fantastic on walking me through a few steps then setting up a service call on the Plumber rived he was just as great put on booties I had a facemask and was hands-on on the repair which was a leak in the garage was able to locate it behind the water heater Plumber Shawn, he was able to make the proper repairs needed the cost was upfront and very fair Plumber Shawn was fantastic I would highly recommend this company to future Google users and family and friends

Our AC units started blowing hot air out right as an extreme heat warning was sent out. We originally called another company but with their lack of communication and not making the window time frame they gave us didnt make us happy, so we called A-1. Their customer service was great and she got us in for the same day. Communication via text message was on point, and their service tech, tech came at 3:15pm (window was 3-6).tech was very efficient with time and clearly very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He explained everything to my husband. He got the air working correctly and advised us of what we will need to get fixed when the weather cools down (he was able to replace capacitor of one of our units & fill the coolant in another so that it can make it through the summer, til we can find the leak. Their prices were fair and we are extremely happy!

Wanted to post a review to express how happy I am with the AC replacement that was done today by these guys! . Extremely professional. All friendly to me and my dogs.I have 2 units in this house, and I am posting a couple comparisons of the work that was done 2 summers ago by another company The new unit and lines were all replaced and sealed! (Ill show in pics!). I wish I had pictures of the attic, to show those differences. This company fully replaced EVERYTHING in my attic with the furnace, they rehung some ducts to properly lower them from the roof (which I can imagine in the SUMMER in CA, ducts that run close to roof will absolutely lower energy efficiency!) Replaced thermostats with WiFi thermostats and made sure I was connected! Replaced air intake vents! Laid tarp clothes before ANY work was started!

Just left them stunning review, A1 plumbing has now serviced me twice at 2 different locations. Both time service was perfect. High praise for great service

Johnny just showed up for a quick repair on my garbage disposal. he was able to un-jam it, Johnny was so nice he did not even charge me anything. Who does that now days, Great clean honest service
