Mike helped when nobody else would. Mike is honest, hard working, cares about quality workmanship, and an all around good guy. You can tell by the way he treats his guys with respect.I had an issue with a recently installed AC unit. Mike came out diagnosed it and got it up and running in about an hour.I feel like the other companies only want to do the no brainer installs. As soon as something goes wrong and they need to do actual diagnostics and repair they are not interested.

Blue Ice is a remarkable team. Mike reengineered our condensation lines for our air conditioner allowing for better flow and used sheet metal to seal an air intake space that was drawing stale air from under the house through small spaces in our sub floor.Blue Ice work was exceptional. Mike is very knowledgable. Also he and his team were meticulous in covering our hardwood floor so it wouldnt get scratched.Weve used other HVAC companies over the years but in all honesty Mike is the best.
