DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came here for a pedicure and the guy literally made me bleed from picking at my toe with his tool. He also left polish all over my toes. *WARNING!! Dry blood* it also does not look like much blood but I had just cleaned it up or else it would’ve dripped all over my car

I have been coming here for years pedicures, I stopped getting nails done when the nail tech I would go to left so Ive continued to go for just pedicures but the experience I had today was very unprofessional. I am aware there is a new owner but expected good customer service to remain. First, the lady doing my pedicure rushed the service but I let that go. Second, I asked for my nails to be done with certain products but they instead used alternatives and then again I had a picture of what I wanted but they did it way different then the salons I go to but didnt think anything of it especially because in past times, Ive seen their services and prices brochure and figured the prices were the same and also every time something was not included in original price it is made known verbally, for instance, long nail $5, shape $5, design $$ but that was not done, it wasnt until I was done and at register in which left me taken aback. They dont have prices listed anywhere or the brochure from previous owner with prices was done away with and thats fine but I was speaking to owner and she was throwing insults as if I was trying to get over. I didnt expect French tip nails to cost $70 plus and it took 2 hours if not longer. My nails didnt have a design but was charged $20 to paint French. I asked for a better breakdown on receipt but Lynn, the owner did not want to speak with me. Supposedly they charged me $10 on each hand to paint white tip plus an additional $5 for French? Either way, I was very displeased and just thought others should be made aware.

Best pedicure I have ever had. I got the 55 minute one. Forgot what it’s called. I’ve never had them so much to my toes and feet. Massage. Wax. Exfoliate. It was amazing. Will come again 😊

Definitely will be returning soon. The nail tech, Alma did such an amazing job on my nails and she was super sweet when having a conversation! She understood what I wanted so well and quickly and she would ask for my opinion or if I liked what she was doing. 10/10

I come down from San Antonio for the experience. Unbelievably luxurious and relaxing, the only thing that tops the services are the staff. Friendly, attentive, and experts, they are the true stars of this place. Do yourself a favor and get here as soon as possible. Bonus: never had to wait for a seat ever!

*Update I was asked to come back in and they fixed my nails completely, no charge, they are so much better now. I stand by some of the nail trchs being better than others but the customer service is greatservice is hit or miss, had good and bad days, today was the worst pedicure was great. when they started my full set And asked what shape I wanted I said ballerina which is typically known as a thin coffin shape the lady said she knew what I was talking about but then shaped my nails like a point when I said that that is not what I wanted and showed her a picture she upset and instead of removing the plastic tips that she had glued on and not put acrylic over yet And putting on new ones she tried to build acrylic over the edges where the tip had already been cut she ended up getting frustrated and switching out with a different lady. Even worse after that the new lady shamed me for saying pointy and although I cant speak the language, new people kept gathering and based on body language and the sideways looks I received I cannot assume they were talking about my situation. $110 for the express pedicure with shellac and a mediocre acrylic set with designs.

Visited my family in Corpus Christi, Texas headed to vacation in Florida. Needed to get the finger nails and feet done. Well, Lenas did a awesome job on all four of us. The price was reasonable, and the service emacalate. The customer service is awesome. Will definitely return to this nail shop. A must visit if you gotta look and feel pretty.....

I came in first to get my nails done with my best friend because she was getting married. I just wanted a fill and when they were done my nails were bumpy and uneven. A couple days later, I went there because one of my nails broke. I asked them to fix the one nail and the guy did a really bad job. The length was uneven and not even the same shape as the rest of my nails. Then after he was done, he actually shooed me out the door.

I have been here a few times now and I love it. The pedicure was relaxing and the manicure was good quality. I really like the guy who has done my pedicure every time. He is very nice, I think his name was bao but I may be wrong. This last time I came in my toes were pretty messed up, so he did a great job considering how messed up my toes were! Lao did my nails. It was the first time I got SNS and I was skeptical but it was a good experience. It took 2 hours to complete a full set, but he took a lot of attention to detail. My pinkey nail is on a little crooked, but that is my only complaint and overall it was great. I will definitely be coming back!

I used to LOVE Lena’s but over the past year, the service has gone in the dumps. I got my nails done here for my wedding and they nicked me so my ring finger had a scab on it. And my nails didn’t even make it to the wedding day, they started chipping. I’ve gotten my nails don’t multiple times since, and they don’t even give the full manicure or pedicure service. I would keep going back because I know the service I used to get but enough is enough.

I feel good and bad about this place .There are several nail techs that do so good .Two weeks ago my daughter in law and had a bad experience. The nail tech cut her feet and hands with the nail filer. Every time she jumped and said ow he would laugh. She literally left bleeding in several places of her hands and feet.Today I got the same nail tech and he was very difficult. And he was very frustrated and unprofessional. I knew he was saying bad stuff .We never even mentioned what he had done to her . Suddenly a new guy got swapped out with him. This is name was Ban . He was so so nice .And super easy to communicate with . Without him being frustrated. And he did such a good job . My experience changed very quickly from uncomfortable and upset . To calm and happy with the work that Ban did .Thank you thank you thank Ban for making my experience better and for the woman who did my daughter in laws nails they were beautiful!

I finally talked my husband into a mani/ pedi. It started off great but within half hr they got very busy. I paid for gel on my nails. Within 1 day they started chipping, within 4 days they peeled off (no gel). My husbands manicure was done while he was getting pedicure and she was standing up next to him doing his nails, and didnt even cut the cuticles. Ill never go back

They recently cleaned up the place so it didn’t look so dirty and messy. And all the technicians were wearing clean vests which was nice (I remember when they used to all wear matching Lena’s tshirts for a polished looked but they had stopped that). The problem was the technician rushed through the mani/pedi. This happened last month so I have them a second chance. I actually timed it. The pedi was 24 minutes. She spend 7/8seconds very lightly scrubbing my calluses. A quick hot towel thrown across 2 legs. Massage was 9/12 seconds on legs (much less on arms) with no lotion applied after so my skin was screaming for moisture. No cuticle oil or gel. For the price I was disappointed. I guess I will have to find a new nail salon after so many years at Lena’s.

Im always happy to get my nails done here. I always get a shellac Pedi and dip nails. The last three times Ive asked for Teddy and waited to have him provide my services. Im very happy with how he shapes my nails and the care I receive during my Pedi.

I’ve lived in Corpus for a little over 3 years and Lena’s is hands down the best nail salon you’ll come across! And believe me...I’ve tried a lot of it places. They offer very high quality service for a justified price. Expect it to be busy on the weekends! I usually go midweek, because it tends to be quieter and the service is not rushed.If you’re getting a pedicure: I recommend Bill! He is very attentive, kind, and gives great foot massages.I’m a Lena’s fan for life!

This was my first time here. Such a beautiful set up. So many people were in here being serviced and still got called back fast. They do such beautiful work to the nails. I was very impressed. And best of all was the design one of the girls drew on my nail. Im horrible at remembering names and I really wish I did but she is awesome with her art abilities from I picture I gave her!!! I will definitely be coming back here!

Ive been coming to this place since 2017 and always had great experiences ... until recently. I went to get a pedicure and the employee wanted to shape my toe nail differently but ended up hurting it and said that it was just sore, but a week later its still swollen and causes pain. A couple of days later, I went to get a manicure and the employee left mid way manicure to attend a different customer without telling me and I got someone different. I felt very disrespected and they didnt do a good job. They lost a loyal customer due to their poor service and communication.

Lenas was clean and offered refreshments. I got a SNS manicure with acrylic tips; it came out to $47 before tip. I wish my cuticles were cleaned up more buy that is the manicurist not the establishment.

First time visit and was excited to be taking my recently widowed mother for her first pedicure. We were not told to pick a color but were instead escorted directly to the back to wash our hands and after being taken to the spa chairs were given colors to choose from being totally unaware that they were more expensive shellac colors. I even told them the OPI color I always use and they said they didnt have any. They kept insisting that we pick from the samples and said these colors would last longer. Imagine my embarrassment when I got ready to pay and the bill was $30 more than the $26 pedis. My mother had to witness the whole thing! Will not be returning.

I had not been here in awhile because of the covid virus situation, but I recently went in to just get my nails and toes cleaned up. The place is clean, very nice people, but I feel as if the guy was in a hurry. I left there with a terrible cut on my big toe, where it had started to bleed while in the chair, but no action to stop the bleeding, or sanitize, they just kept going, and several little cuts on my fingers. I am in pain and now worried about infection. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I am very disappointed with this.

I will not go anywhere else but here! Everyone always does a great job and are very friendly. I love this place! :-)

I’m always satisfied with the service and finished product when I go to Lena’s. I had SNS applied to my nails today. Calvin was the nail tech. He’s talented and kind, very professional while also relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to Lenas for years and they never disappoint ever. This is my favorite set Ive ever had. Alex was so patient while we tried to figure out which chrome nails I wanted and she did an amazing job. 12/10 I am soooo happy.

Terrible experience and worst pedicure in my entire life!! Do not waste your time or money at this place. I have never been to this place previously. When I walked in the door, someone yelled ‘go wash your hands’. There were two people standing in front of me and I was not sure who the demand was directed to. After a moment, I realized that I was the one being told to go wash my hands. I said ‘ok.’ I kind of stood still for a moment because I had no idea where the sink was located. As I hesitated, I was again told rudely, ‘go wash your hands.’ I said, ‘please tell me where the sink is located and I would be glad to wash my hands.’ Then they pointed and said, ‘it is back there.’ Another person saw my confused look and guided me to the sink.I washed my hands and then waited to be told where to go next. After a moment, I was directed to a pedicure chair. I sat down and asked about the different types of pedicures offered. The lady helping me could not understand anything I was saying. I finally asked someone else to come and help interpret for her. At that point I just asked for the lowest priced pedicure. It was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. It only lasted about 15 minutes. The cleaning and scrubbing took a total of about 2 minutes—so you can imagine they did not do a very good job. The leg “massage” was more of a quick wipe on of some lotion/oil. It was not relaxing and was not even close to a massage.Then the painting of the nails was very unprofessional looking. I had to point out areas that needed attention. She fixed them—I guess to the best of her ability. Not impressed.After I sat with my feet under the lights for about 5 minutes, I had had enough. They were trying to sweep right next to me and came very close to my wet nails. I just got up and went to pay my bill so I could leave. When I got to the front and was waiting to pay, they said something to me and pointed. I honestly don’t think it was even in English. I moved toward where she was pointing and was still confused. I still don’t know what they wanted me to do. They proceeded to ask me for my number. I didn’t respond because I had no idea what they were talking about. They again said ‘what is the digits in the number’?. I just said ‘I don’t know’. They talked in their language and then told me my total. No one asked me how things went or even cared. I paid and left and will never set foot in there again. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience and I left there feeling rushed and confused.Signed, First and Last time customer

The lady was very rude and as everyone walked in they got asked what they wanted to drink and they didn’t offer me or my mother anything and for a massage they gave a poor massage and it only lasted 5 mins for what I paid I deserved more and on top of that the polish job was very sloppy and the color didn’t even match the one I chose after telling her twice.

Worst place I have ever gone to. Not only did I have the worst experience. I will never go back.I had to pay a ridiculous amount for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. They used the cheapest product and charge too much. When I got my eyebrows waxed They took off 1/2 of my eyebrows in the process. And when I told them they did and I was not happy. They said no your eyebrows are already like that. I said no, they are not and showed the manager the picture I took the day before. Her response was to just fill it in with make up. Now the pedicure, horrible my toes where 1/2 painted and low and behold they gave me a FOOT FUNGUS!! . it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever.

At first I was impressed, I had never had my toe nails done before so the procedures they had done really impressed me and i felt good afterwards, but that didn’t last long. Not even 24 hours after, my big toe started to swell up and it was turning purple. 3 days later and I now have an infection in my big toe causing it build crust. It hurts to walk now and I can barely wear shoes!

I also love how they took my sister and I in 30 minutes before close and finished an hour after close without any complaints. Worst experience ever today. Had appointments but Victoria was a no show. Which is fine. But the small Hispanic female that sets up the tubs, answers phones and is usually upfront was very rude to me and my daughter. I have been coming here for years but today was my last day. So I said I came here to relax And enjoy my pedicure not to get upset because staff is rude is what I told this girl. No one cared, apologized, just about getting me in and out of the chair for next client, Also I paid for the most expensive pedicure and I was rushed with no relaxation whatsoever with a pedicure that lasted 30 min. That included sugar scrub, hot rock massage and paraffin wax. Sad! On to find another nail place!

This was my first time here and my nail tech did a PHENOMENAL job on my feet. He was fantastic!! I would go back just for him. However, my checking out experience wasn’t that great. The lady asked for the last 4 of my phone number (for their rewards program). I told her I had never been here before and she said okay and told me my price. She never offered to enroll me for the rewards program. She then asked me if I would like a copy of my receipt and I said yes. She never gave it to me and then walked away.

First time here, I came in 20 min before they were supposed to close and they helped me without any hesitation. Tina did my nails and she did GREAT I am so in love, I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about this place.Also, I noticed the following:They have little chairs for kids one is a pink princess and the other a yellow minion, plenty of sitting space as well chairs for mani’s and Pedi’s.Free drinks and they gave me a full size bottle of water instead of the little tiny ones I’ve gotten everywhere else.Everyone is really nice.They have hot towels for you to dry your hands with after you wash ANDProbably the thing that caught my attention the most- they hand you a clean scrubber personally for you to wash and scrub with. I love this because I’ve seen people wash their hands with a scrubber and then put it back in the clean ones instead of the dirty and that just grossed me out and i always worry about it but now I don’t have to anymore!

Normally I really love coming here but my last visit was not as great. Everyone is very nice but my nails did not look as great as they normally do. My pedicure felt fabulous, very relaxing but the polish came out sloppy. My SNS color is very pretty but there are numerous bumps and ridges left behind. I felt like they rushed through it today. I appreciate efficiency and quick service but this was a quick sloppy job. I will give them another chance for my next trip because they have always been great. But I left disappointed today.

First off this was my first time there. I was welcomed and I thought it was going to be an amazing experience. The lady that did my nails did not understand what I wanted so she finally got what I was saying and started my nails. Nails were coming out perfect then by the end of it she had completely messed up my WHOLE set. Nails are supposed to be thick and not look natural but they aren’t supposed to to look like you just painted 100 layers of nail polish on them. This was the worst nail experience ever. I will be going back tomorrow to see if someone can fix this problem.

I have had consistent good service and nails that last a long time. I have been so busy with life that I sometimes don’t get to go as often and my nails last up to 3-4 weeks.

Each time Ive gone here my nails looked terrible. There always either busy and everyone is going so fast that they dont care about the quality of nails they are doing on their customers or just rude. I just finished yesterday with them and my nails came out crooked, pointing upwards, and super thick

Ive been going here for years and never had a bad experience until they recently went under new management. Her name is Tammy. SO RUDE. She says things in a jokingly manner but doesnt ever say shes joking. She makes this place suck. The workers are fantastic, most of them were there before the change of management. The original owners wouldnt be happy.

I’ve come several times over the years, and always had a decent experience. Yesterday I called to make an appointment and was very rudely told they were not taking appointments, told I could come in for a walk-in and then the receptionist hung up the phone. Against my better judgement I still went today. Normally customers are greeted upon entry, the woman I walked in with, and I were not greeted. We waited patiently for 5 minutes until someone asked us what we came in for. My manicure was clearly rushed. I showed them what I wanted and that was the only conversation I had with the woman who did my nails. Normally my SNS manicure takes about 35-45 minutes and this time it took 25.

I dont live here, but I will make it a point to come here again when I visit the family. It is SUCH a beautiful clean spa. I was a walk in and they graciously accepted me and my mother in law right away and we were out within an hour for a mani and pedi and everyone was very nice! Great experience!

I had been going to this other place in Corpus, but they were full today so I decided to try Lenas. They did an awesome job on my shellac mani and regular pedi. Will definitely be switching to this salon from now on. Great prices too!!!

I always go there for pedicures. This time they sat me down right away and left me soaking my feet for at least 30 minutes, then the technician came started and did one foot and left me to do someone else cause she had an appointment. I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to finish me up. That was so rude and unprofessional.

Very clean,relaxing, professional! I go to Hannah...she is very friendly and we always have fun good conversations.

Not impressed.... I asked for SNS and it started off well, but at the end she said go wash your hands and the nails got messed up. Ive gotton SNS plenty of times before, and this has never happened. Usually they put my nails under a UV light. But its just unprofessional for them when I pay for nails that are suppose to last, but then get ruined when I wash my hands..... just annoyed.

I just moved to Corpus and was worried about finding somewhere fabulous to get mani/pedi/wax etc. I read the reviews on Lenas they were all 5 star and great storys so I decided to try it. I am very picky...just sayin and I had the same nail tech for 11 years in Florida. I will make this short and sweet and list all the great things about Lenas1. The owner Lihn is a sweetheart, so friendly, personable and did a great job for me2. I have confidence that all the techs are great just from observation3. They use liners in the pedi sink....very sanitary!! Love it!4. Beautiful spa, relaxing atmosphere, massage chairs and wine....and soda/water if your into that :)5. Prices are great! I went for the gusto and got the Supreme deluxe which was only $40...paraffin treatment, 2 scrubs, hot towels, hot stone massage, nails polish etc and did I mention wine?6. There were other pedis to choose from Basic $22 (total bargain you still got a lot done) $30 and $35. And you guessed it...wine.7. 3 scents of scrub/lotion to choose from Lavender, Mango and I forget the 3rd one but there is 3.If your looking for a dynamic, relaxing nail spa with great service and prices this is your place!!! I am sooo happy I found Lenas!! Now I just need a great hairstylist and massage therapist in Corpus!

I came with my friend on memorial weekend to get ready to go to a gathering. The service was terrible. Three of my gel nail chipped off 2 days later and two of my friends dip powder nail broke in a few days. The lady who did my wax burned me bad.
