Good trim, best massage ever, & very detailed polish. Plus hes not bad to look at either..bonus!Nina did my eyebrow waxing & did a very good job.Enjoyed the water that was given to me when I arrived. I will definitely return to this place.Edit to add that they do not offer eyelash tinting.

This nail place is small, but they had warm welcome when I walked in 13 minutes before closing. I just got a bassic pedicure and nail polish change. They did my pedicure and my nail polish pretty good. Although they couldnt do nail designs like what I want, but I still like it and appreciate when they closing late for me.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about 3 months to get waxed and I just went 3 days ago and they burned my skin and left marks on my eyebrows they were way to rough like if they were in a rush

I got a lip wax at this place and TRACY left me with the sides of my lips burned. She took the wax straight from the bowl and placed it hard on my lip and waxed it as if she was waxing my legs. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to be THAT person, but I should’ve, because now I have heat bumps on the sides of my lips that look like herpes. I went in today to speak to someone about to just let them know that someone had done this to me and I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else, and the man I spoke to didn’t even listen to anything I had to say, basically saying that it’s just my skin breaking out, which is not true. I was a regular customer for almost 2 years and recently they’ve been so terrible the last 3 times I’ve gone to get my pedicure. I just don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have sensitive skin!

Friendly but pretty messy and unorganized. They also didn’t use fresh new tools with my manicure. Just glad I didn’t get cut.

Place is filthy. They use products that have obviously been used on other people and dont look like theyve been cleaned. Nail clippers were rusted. Id give it no stars if I could. Crappy service too. Pedicure looks like a child did it. Staff not friendly either!

Horrible Service at Cali Nails # 1. I should have never tried this place. Wasted my time and money!My SNS nail polish came out feeling very rough and had a strange color to it. When I asked the woman if she could take off the paint she admitted that she used an old SNS paint bottle on my nails. My paint was removed after a 40 minute soak in acetone and the glue would not completely come off of my hands. The woman asked if they could re do my nails, but I opted not to since I was pressed for time already.I asked if I could be charged for my pedicure (which actually came out half decent) so I could just get out of there. Then they charged me an additional $5 fee to remove my prior SNS color. (A fee which is not even displayed on their service/ price wall). As I was trying to explain the fact that this additional price was not listed on the wall, the man charged my card the 30 dollars anyway and said that if I didn’t pay, they were going to call the police on me!I told them that they couldn’t just make up prices and they were terrible when it came to customer service. I realized I was dealing with complete ignorance, paid, and walked out.I thought about the principal of this whole situation and decided that I was going to just write a review about my experience, but I wanted to snap a quick photo of the price wall before I infact wrote my review.When I walked in and lifted my phone to snap my photo of the price wall, the man that works there actually RAN around the counter screaming and Grabbed me by my arm! He told me to get out and tried to push me out of the door.Luckily I had actually pushed record on my phone and captured this entire fiasco on video. Needless to say the authorities arrived and asked me how I wanted to handle the situation since it was captured all on film. I opted to not press any charges, but I asked that he be made aware of the seriousness of this matter and that he be warned to never grab any other future patron in that manner again.

Nails came out good. But the nail technician didnt want to make them short like i wanted. He said long nails looked better. I said no i want them and need them to be short Due to my job. im going to have to go somewhere else to get them shortened bc no matter how many times i asked he still didnt trim them.

I was a regular until TODAY!! I usually go in for all the normal pampering but today i just needed my eyebrows waxed...well this is the first time Ive been burned by the technician and when i called her out on this site told me it was already there..WRONG Im sure i would know if i had a burn on my eyelid... i requested my money back after going home and my eye swelling...and the technician had the nerve too tell me that i only wanted muy money back becuz i just didnt want to pay...so not good customer service...Im done with this place for the inappropriate remarks made by her!!

Only popped in to this place because I broke a nail and my regular nail lady couldnt see me. I was the only one waiting to be seen and was passed up by two other ladies who walked in after me. Then when im finally getting my nail fixed the lady doesnt even know what shes doing, rushing didnt even drill the nail or put the oils before putting acrylic the nail she fixed came out straight as a board when you can tell my other nails are coffin and have a hump to them. I told her it was wrong and she needed to fix it right, She yelled at me started speaking in Vietnamese and when I got up to pay she scolded me saying my nail was still wet, I told her no its not payed and walked out. I didnt get her name but her chair number was #4
