They did a terrible job. They chipped the same night, she left polish on my skin. Parts of my nails didnt even have polish on them. I went back and asked them to fix it, they said no because the woman who did my nails wasnt there. You should honor the work done in your salon, someone else should have fixed them for me. Very disappointed. I would not reccomend this salon at all. I should get a refund, but they wont do that either. Poor customer service, poor way to run a business. I will never go back.

My friend & I went to Romantic Nails to get full sets. I needed a removal before my set. My friend proceeded to get hers done but they were done in less than 30mins. The sheep was off & the ombré coloring wasn’t what she wanted. MY technician was a younger man and he didn’t even try to soak off my old set. He automatically took a plastic nail tip and started shoving it UNDER my old set to remove them!!! IT HURRRTT!! he cracked 4 of my nails, & RIPPED 3 of my nails. I refused to pay for my service and did NOT continue with my service. Every time I tried looking at the RIPPED NAILS THAT WERE ACTIVELY BLEEDING he kept trying to “hide” it by turning my hands away so I couldn’t see it. I will never go back.He also put the DIRTY tools he used BACK into his drawer and I watched as he used the same one on his next client, thankfully I’m clean and I don’t have a blood-borne diseases but EW That’s how infections are spread! 🤬🤢🤬🤢🤬🤢🤬DONT walk away, RUN!

My sister,Mom,daughter and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. Very friendly people. That’s the only good thing about the place. The worst pedicure I have ever had. I do better at home. The manicure took five minutes. Run away.

The gentleman working here made this the worst experience. I could not even get the pedicure with my manicure because I did not want him to continue working on me.. The only redeeming quality was the lady helping my 7 year old daughter, she was sweet.

Went in for a pedi. It was clean but over priced and took too long. The lady convinced me to do shellac instead of normal polish like I always do and told me it wouldn’t chip. It’s been one hour and I’ve already had a nail chip completely off. The French tip lines are not straight and I’m just completely annoyed that I spent $60 and it didn’t even last me an hour! 🤬

Stop by for pedi because was at Mall. They have like 5 different ones but because I didn’t want to buy the expensive one all she did file my nails and put some cream on legs. No massage. And then just put on nail polish. My pedicure was like 15 minutes. That’s not what it said in description. Never again. Don’t waste your money !

I really love the job that was done and the staff is really cute and friendly. The only thing I REALLY didn’t like was I felt really pressured to upgrade my pedicure to gel and I’m a push over so I couldn’t afford to leave a tip. Which now I feel guilty about, my toes look really cute and they got all the dead skin off. Perfect pedicure.

Went for a mani, they spent 10 minutes on my nails . My 7 year old wanted to polish her nails, they had her sit at a table on the other side, they put gell for her to over charge me $33.00 for a 7 year old . They know what they were doing just to sell you the highest service. They are a fraud .stay away!

Kathy did my nails. She messed up my 1st nail she was doing as I claimed that its not done right. She corrected it but again she messed it up and again I said its wrong, she replied with. No hunny its real pretty.... OMG. Than after my toes wear done they charged me 150$ are u kidding me. She charge to correct the nail. Never again. She was nice but did not do what I wanted.. Never again. I dont mind paying for it but not satisfying me is a no no!!! Paying for what I did not like!! Should of gone back to Kosmo!!

Wasn’t too busy when I went in but took forever for someone to finally come over to the pedicure chair that my water was already cold. Also they overcharged me and when I said that they did they started showing me the prices for things I didn’t even receive! Wouldn’t go back

So I just moved here from Dallas and my expectations are high!! Went here to do next gen and they had SNS. So they didnt even file the nails down to make them even. to make matters worse they were done by the owner a tall bald man with glasses kept complaining about his eyes and how bad they were that he had contacts on but had to use his glasses to see!!! Also told me after he was done that another type of nail was better why did he mention this before he started my nails.....If I could of gotten my money back but of courses on the wall said no refunds!! Should of known better when there was no one in there at 8pm and they close at 9pm. Oh and my pedicure was horrible they didnt even cut the cuticles on my toes. She was more worried about eating then paying attention to my nails.Will NEVER Go BACK!!!

This place is the best I consider it one of the best in corpus, the workers are always so nice, and even though they don’t know English well they are still amazing. Don’t forget to ask for Peter or Cindy the are the best nicest workers in town.Over all I had the best experiences they are now selling cool designed masks and they take COVID seriously so always wear a mask.

Took my sister and niece to get pedicures for there birthdays service sucked. Lady named Kathy that did my sisters pedicure was very rude told her that she would put her dry skin from her feet in a bag so my sister can keep it as a souvenir. She also was being very rough and kept making noises like if she was bothered to do a pedicure. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Service sucked all around

I havent been to this place in a couple of years and the one time I go I spent over 2 hours on just a shellac pedicure and still left with them looking horrible. The gentleman I got tried to fix them over and over without even speaking a word to me the whole entire time finally this other man came in and tried to fix them and they still couldnt get it right. At this point they had already been closed an hour and were done trying to fix my polish. They finished my toes and said here you go they look good and just told me they were not the owners just to come back tomorrow to get them fixed it I didnt like them. At this point i just wanted my money back why would I want to go back them.

This was my first time trying out Romantic Nails. There is a front & back door entrance. I waited about five minutes then was seated. He did a great job with the attention to detail of my nails. He cut them as short as I like them. I also got my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job. The shop was clean, friendly staff, very affordable even with tip & good customer service, I would come back here again.

I did like the service but I feel like they charge way too much for my daughter and myself. We got 2 spa pedicure $31+$31manicure $15 and nail tips $30. The prices were listed,=$107. Was charged $167.

This place is either a hit or a miss. I’ve had more bad experiences here than good. There is only 1 girl there that actually did a good job on my nails the one time I got her. The time I went after that the girl filed away an entire layer of skin on my thumb BY HAND. So much blood, I didn’t even realize she was doing it until I looked down and noticed all my blood on the file. Hurt like hell after she put a number of things on it including acetone. That was when I was getting a full set which I never do and never will again. She was very apologetic and all but OW. I decided to give them another chance last week and got a pedicure and shellac on my natural nails which I always do. I had an older lady take care of me and she was very sweet but also very rushed and lazy. I told her not to put lotion on my legs as I had just shaved and my skin is VERY sensitive she did it anyways which caused irritation and insisted it was good for me. When she was doing my manicure I’ll admit I didn’t see her open the new tools so I could’ve just missed her doing so but when she was done she put them back in the back and stowed them back under the counter (gross). She also didn’t know what almond shape was and I had to show her how to do it, she did a passable job. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed part of my thumb nail was matte because the top coat wasn’t even applied I guess? My nails were all incredibly unevenly coated and the polish looked like it had separated when it cured making them look like they all had little craters. Last but not least it had only been a week and they’re already peeling off. I’ve had gel nail polish done for far cheaper and it usually lasts a full month if not longer. If you’re going to go here watch them very closely and speak up, this isn’t one of those places where you can trust them to do a good job on their own.

I went at the last minute on Thanksgiving Eve because the place I had gotten my full set at 2 wks ago turned me around saying that they were closing. Romantic Nails, the gentleman who did my nails was really attentive, informative and nice to me. He did a wonderful job on my nails. This picture is a week old and my nails still look good. I will be going back for my fill-in next week and I will be going to Romantic from now on.

I have been coming to this place for years to get my pedicure done, and I have always been very satisfied. I usually ask for kathy because she truly takes her time, and I leave with my feet feeling refreshed and invigorated.

The technician kept trying to push me to get the pricier pedicure. And manicure. Then when I paid she ended up charging me for a pedicure that I should have had a massage and lotion, which I didn’t. Didn’t even get the massage on my hands. Was rushed the whole process didn’t even get to relax and enjoy the services. Felt like was rushed through an assembly line. Mind you there were only two other ladies in the whole place. I would not recommend this place!!Oh and the next day my Shellac began peeling off. Do not go to this place.

This is the ONLY place that I go to get my nails and pedicures done! They always take their time and are very professional and courteous! Everything is extremely clean and theres never a long wait.

I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible experience! The owner did my nails and he did the worst pedicure ever. The nail polish was all over my skin and he didnt want to fix it. Said there was nothing wrong with my feet. I asked him to fix it and he made a big deal about it. He didnt fix it, just kept putting more coats of polish trying to cover up his mistakes. The owner has no people skills and has the mindset that hes the only right one. It took 3 different people to fix my toenails and even at that I still left with my toenails messed up! The owner then overcharged us and didnt even have the decency to handle it himself. Spent 2 hours there and it was so horrible! Never going back there!

I went a couple months Back I got fake nails done on a Saturday and by Wednesday they were already popping off! They lady didnt even paint my nails the way I wanted them to be! And then my sister got gel nail polish and she asked for designs and they told her no! A 9 nine year old girl was told no! SMH never going back again!

The lady was very rude and didn’t even let me look at the colors, she asked me to put them back and didn’t give an explanation why I couldn’t. She kept yanked my girlfriends arm and giving us attitude. This is literally the worst nail salon for anyone to go to.

For me to actually post means I honestly couldnt have had a worse experience. The lady who did my pedicure was great but the manicure I walked out there pissed. My boyfriend bought me a manicure and acrylic nails and they didnt do the manicure the lady was rude the whole time and Ive never had nails hurt before but she got me so good I was bleeding so much on one of my nails I had to wash my hands twice to try and stop it worst experience ever. My cuticles look terrible and the whole experience was awfulI feel bad though because the young girl who did my pedicure was really sweet but I was so disregarded by the other lady.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I walked in, me for a pedi her for a mani, no customer service as far as a greeting. After a few minutes we got help and I was told to sit anywhere for the pedi, a lady comes over turns on the water and tells me if it gets too hot let me know, walks away never to be seen again. Water got unbearably hot, and I have a high tolerance. Had to pull my feet out. Forced myself to get used to it finally a lady comes over to take care of me. She did not take the time to do a good job and massage properly, just wanted me in and out and you could tell. I was handed a menu halfway thru, with #’s. I only wanted the simple #1 but it was marked thru and the next cheapest option was #2 that included a few other things I didn’t want. It was $26!!!! I was forced to choose that one and get way subpar service to boot. After abruptly finishing and being told ‘your done’ the same lady went to do my wife’s nails with the same tools as she was using on my feet!!! My wife was not having it decided to wash her hands so we could leave. Never again with this place.

Ive had 2 bad experiences. 1st one I went in for a mani, simple almond nail, maroon matte nail & I left with cat claw dark red glossy nails, so I go back after work a different day to give them another chance. I go and they are so rude to me, I literally heard the 2 girls in the back mocking me because it was an hour till closing, the guy insults me and tries to give me life advice then makes one of my finger nails longer than the other and my thumb nail thick and the other thin. All I got was the fact nail on, a clear acrylic nail on top and a matte coat and he charged me $33! Didnt even take my dead skin off or lotion my hands or check to see if they were even! Its 3 days later and Im already getting air bubbles on the sides! Seriously hate this place I went to relax after a long work day and they did nothing but piss me off, never recommending or coming back.

Absolutely the worst job I have ever had done on my nails. I left pissed, and Im a pretty laid back person. I got something completely different then what i asked for. When Kathy was finishing up I asked her if she was going to fix it to look like wjat I asked for and she argued with me that she did exactlt what I askes for. Ugh I was soooooo mad! My nails were filed uneven, they had bubbles in them and you could clearly see where my nails had grown and the cracks!! They look horrible and I had to try and file them myself becayse i didnt want to stay there another minute. I waited so long and then the process took so long. Total waste of 97 dollars! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Great work, detail and art work was perfect.

My mom went to get a pedicure and I got gel nail polish over my nails. My mom paid $75 her pedicure was $32 but the girl who did her pedi charged an extra $20 because my mom had too much dead skin. $20 extra is ridiculous never going back!! And my manicure was $20.

Kathy did my full set and its not very good had to pay extra for shape and length do not recommend plus she sucks at polishing
