Lana !!!Also, I think i just found my favorite nail shop in Corpus Christi so far. LUXURY is such a comfort and professional nail salon. These two beautiful & talented nail techs - Lana and Lisa won’t disappoint you. Got my manicure & pedicure & eyebrows done several time here. I’m always afraid of waxing my eyebrows but Lana did it so quick that I couldn’t even feel a thing. I really enjoy my time at Luxury Nails. Everyone here is very nice 💝 Last but not least, there are 3-4 restaurants right next door, so you can both grab food and come back to relax at LuxuryP/s: Although they are doing so well, the owner still needs more nail techs because of employee shortage (almost any business is facing this problem right now). If you are interested and want to make good money, please give it a shot. This place is so underrated

Been getting my eyebrows done with Pauline for 2 yrs. They take walk ins. Wait time is short. Love my eyebrows.

They waited and service was amazing..We got there 15 minutes til they closed and was still willing to take us and us both of us... I enjoyed it thanks...

They pay such close attention to detail and do incredible work. My friend and I just got our nails done there and they were all friendly and make sure that your nails are what you want through the whole process.

Horrible service. Paid $47 for a basic pedicure. Not what was posted. They charge an EXTRA $25 for Shilac. Super rushed. Didn’t even have wax, hot towels, or any scrub and was still charged $47z will never return

Over charged me. got a basic pedicure with shellac and a color change shellac on my nails. didn’t do a fill, only a color change. 77$. ridiculous. definitely not going back, legs were not even massaged during pedicure and nails are crooked. not 77$ worth.

Today was a good day. Not busy. This was my first visit. Ellen did a great job and was pretty quick. She didn’t talk. The only thing she said was “ what color, do you to cut down and don’t worry they’re dry”. It was nice and clean. My usual nail place was closed for holiday till Wednesday. I wish there was more conversation. Otherwise great job

Today was my first time there and it started shaky. On r of the ladies that worked at station one was was pushy and rude. They rushed me and my sister we trying to pick our colors for our nails . The worst part is they act liked didnt have money to pay we did. Me and my sister were paying together on the same tab. You wait to the end to pay normally and they didnt ask anyone else. They stopped doing and made us pay we did but I was so uncomfortable after that. They didnt do that to other customers. There excuse for their rudeness was oh we dont want you to mess up your nails. That made no sense because they already started painting our nails I was 3 nails in why couldnt you wait . We just paid and as soon as they were done we left. Were never going back.

Ive been coming here for years. They do a great job with full sets, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. The staff is always friendly.

Luxury nails was a great place recommended by a local. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely go back when we head back to Corpus.

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could.I called ahead and asked if this establishment offered actual gel nails. I was very specific about not wanting any type of powder-based nail. I was told that they did this -- multiple times told that they understood what I wanted and that they knew I didnt want powder so I waited an hour for a technician. The technician was confused about what I wanted -- not a good sign. I had her boss speak with her, who again told me that they did what I wanted and gave the technician instructions. The technician then prepped my nails, pulled out powder and started to apply it. I stopped her, said I didnt want this and waited for her boss -- the tech tells me that she was doing what her boss told her to do.At this point her boss tells me that they dont do what I want but that this is the same thing (acrylic nails with a gel top coat are not gel nails) and charges me $8 for the service up to this point. No apology was offered -- they were very rude to me in fact.Deceitful management, bad service -- definitely wouldnt recommend.

This place does incredible waxing but the lady who always comes in to do my eyebrows always talks about mess about how my eyebrows are thick and I need to come back every week to get my eyebrows done so that they arent so thick because I usually come back every 2 to 3 weeks after getting waxed. The customer service could be better....

I went to this place out of convenience since I live less than a mile away. I went in for a pedicure and came out thinking, I SHOULD HAVE JUST DROVE THE EXTRA MILE TO MY REGULAR NAIL SALON. I tried it again a couple of years later, same outcome.

I used to come here quite often when I first moved to Corpus about 2 years ago. Pauline does a great Job with eyebrows and most of the ladies in here are very nice. However, some are not, and can be quite short when speaking to customers. This is why I stopped coming for a while. (I would however, come in for my eybrows when needed, pauline does too good of a job not to!)When helped by some specific workers in there, it makes me feel very unwelcomed and like I am bothering them or disrupting their day. I started coming back and really liked it, they do a good job with my nails! But I think I only enjoyed it because I hadnt been helped by those certain workers.Im not there to pay to feel uncomfortable and not have a good time. Today I left after paying for my pedicure (which ended up chipping, but I left feeling so bad that I really dont feel like going back to get it fixed). And I got my nails done somewhere else. Customer Service goes a long way and I think some employees need to work on it just a bit.They did apologize for the worker and I do appreciate the apology.

My nails look great but couldnt give all 5 stars because they dont offer ALL nail service options. I went in wanting sns or dip and they dont do that there. I hope they get it in the future bc i prefer it and would definitely come back if they did but until then i wont return.

The first time I went they were friendly and 4 days later I went in because my nail polish a chipped off and they were rude. Told me that my eyebrows are uneven when I wasnt there for waxing and that my toe nails were too wide.I Wont Go Back. Ill spend my money and took a polite person somewhere else.

My daughter had her nails done in a clear with sparkle tips and the nails were covered in bubbles. I took her back in after her weekend with her dad so they could simply repaint and the manager said that the nails should only last 3 days and we should have come in sooner. Horrible service and crappy polish.

If I could give a 0 I would, the lady was unprofessional my daughter was sitting on a chair besides me turning and she was getting irritated I knew it and my daughter stood up to see my nails and she yells “Sit down” and o told her not to speak to my daughter like that she goes “well tell your daughter to sit down” rude way! I said I don’t wanna get my nails done here after her she cuts them and tells me then take them off your self!

The service was sorry, what a waste of money. Would not recommend this place.

It was ok. They dont disclose to you that for the acrylic set you have to pay an extra $5 if you get your nails a different shape other than square. That was disappointing.

Great place! Everyone is very nice and they do great work.

My experience here was great at first! But after only a day of getting my nails done my shellac started to fade which is no big deal, but when I went in to get help for it I was astonished. They blamed me for my nails fadding and refused to help me! I wouldve even paid half price but they ridiculed and blamed me for their products not with standing. Ive gotten my nails done for many years and have never treated this horrible. I will never go here agin and I will make sure that no girls I know will ever come here. Disappointed in the way they treated me, no one should be treated like that.

Horrible service! Very rude people. One of the girls did my nails and one of them was very crooked but I stayed past closing time so I went back the next to get it fixed and the girl told me they have to charge $5 to take it off then an addition $3 to put a new nail. I asked why I had to pay for a mistake that they did she then got very rude with me and told me I should have said something about it when it happened not the next day. I’ve given this place several chances to redeem themselves but get disappointed almost every time. They like to point out your flaws and belittle you. Also they don’t have a very good polish selection. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

We were the only ones waiting, and it still took an hour for anyone to attend us. All I needed was gel polish. No manicure or anything special, but apparently only one of their technicians was able to do this because there were others standing around watching TV while I distracted myself by filing my nails (just to pass the time). When the lady did call me over, I was just finishing when she told me, I should file my nails before I come if Im not going to pay her to do it for me.I was offended because I was only messing with my nails due to the very long wait! Rude.

PAULINE WAS DOING MY NAILS AFTER TELIING HER I DIDNT LIKE MY NAILS AND ASKED HER TO FIX THEM WITCH AND SHE DIDNT SHE CONTUINED TO SAY NO MAM WE DONT DO THAT HERE SO I GOT UP SHE SHOVED ME OUT OF THE STORE ANDLOCKED MY PREGNANT FRIEND INSIDE THE NAIL SALON!! ON TOP OF IT ALL I STILL HAF TO PAY OR MY FRIEND COULDNT COME OUY AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO MEXCIO WHERE I CAME FROM!!! THE WORKERS ARE GROSS AND THEY DO A VERY SHITY JOB THEY DONT DESERVE SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMEND TO NEVER EVER GO THERE!
