I took my daughter for a mommy/daughter pedicure. Everything was great until we were done. Two little girls came in and sat in the kid chairs. Not only did they NOT clean the tubs before soaking their feet (one of these chairs my daughter used) they proceeded to use instruments on their feet that were used on my feet!! Im sorry, but thats just NASTY. Also made me wonder if what was used on us was even cleaned/sanitized.

I loved the way my valentine’s nails came out! i showed the young lady a picture and she paid attention to every detail (even the glitter hearts that i didn’t even notice). i will be back again!

Oh girls and guys..Lets be really honest.There are better and cheaper places.I asked for round nails - not eggs nails.And its not thats the shape that round is. If you say that, then youve been missing out.Whether she didnt know how to do SNS nails or not - Ill never know.The overall personality of the lady just seemed like she did not want to be there.Also... For $35 dollars?Ive gotten my nails done in Japan (which is KNOWN for their nails), with nail art, for around ¥2000 (which depending on the rates that day can be around $20)

Don’t ever get almond nails there, had to come home and file them myself. They looked like eggs on my hands! Not to mention they don’t physically have SNS colors to look through, you have to go to a wall and just guess what the color will be. I wanted a light pink color and came out of there with an awful orange.

I found the best manicures and pedicures there with angel

My mom and I went here for a pedicure, and we both were really happy with the job they did. My mom got some waxing done as well and I got SNS powder on my nails. They timed things perfectly, they started my pedicure a little before my moms, but we were sitting next to each other. And then when they finished mine they moved me over to begin my nails, and then took her to the back to wax her. By the time she was done I was almost done too! Not many places take the time to do that to make sure we werent waiting on each other for too long. They did a wonderful job with everything. We will definitely be returning.I didnt take pictures when I got it done, but this is a week later. Excuse my sleeping dog in the background 😂

My nails looked okay the day that I got them but the next day I had a nail break in half! I didnt do anything to make this happen. I went back and they fixed it but not even 4 days later that same nail broke and then 2 more nails broke the next day. I was highly dissatisfied with the job the lady did. I got the SNS. It is like the product they were using was old or something. I wont ever go back. That was $40 wasted.

Ive had horrible experiences with nail salons. Ive been sick with illnesses that affect my bones and joints. Everyone I went to were so rough and hard... The jobs were not to my satisfactory. But your place is awesome! Jon did my Pedi and Mani and was so nice and gentle. He took how I feel in consideration. And because of that I will never go anywhere else again!!!! I love you guys!!

Ive never have had an experience like this. The technician and I had a difference of understanding...i thought this and voicevo that i wanted my nails to look like the person next to me. He the said it was a different process, but none the less I wanted my nails to look nude. He however did not listen. I then said that i wanted done again. He had an apparent body language that he was angry. He did it and charged me $60.00. I still was not satisfied, but will not go there again.... I do not deserve to be treated like he did...an angry disposition!

Got a eyebrow wax and tint and they REALLY ruined my skin. Extremely painful. They were also unwilling to refund me.

Worst place to get youre nails done, they dont know how to shape their nails correctly. theyre rude and apparently cant hear when you tell them you want your nails longer >:( !never spending my money over there anymore. DO NOT GO !

It was so fun I’ve Been going here for months and have never had a bad experience they’re very clean and their pedicures are always amazing I highly recommend this place and will say this can be anybody’s favorite salon the techs are very friendly and always helpful

This was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to . We were s group of 7 and only 3 were satisfied with their tech. I chose my color for SNS and man upfront went and got the powder well I did not get the color i asked for and the man argued with me that it was what I picked, very rude in front of new customers. Terrible customer service . Others in our group were overcharged and SNS looked horrible with indentions all throughout and when asked to fix they refused. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am not going back. I went to go get shellac acrylics & the powder was not put on evenly, the shellac polish was put on very sloppy, 2/10 of my nails are put on crooked, I let the nail tech know they were crooked she didn’t fix it.. I will not going back. It was most certainly a waste of money.
