My son had an event on Saturday 9/4/21, went to get a cut, fairly simple and basic. Took 25 min, I had to correct the barber at least twice! He finished.. although me and my son were confused as to what did he even do? What did he cut?? It looked like an overgrown cut still! It did not look like he just got a fresh cut! Paid our $26 plus tip (because I felt I would rude if I didn’t tip) Me and my son hung around waiting for the barber to leave (it was quitting time for him) and asked one of the other barbers (Mary) to please check his haircut for us.. even she was surprised to find exactly how much hair was left behind! We had asked for a 2 around the sides from the guy but when Mary went to REDO the entire cut, she used a 2... and there was so much hair left on the floor. Seriously this guy who I don’t know his name otherwise I would put it down, did not cut any hair off my sons hair! I felt so bad for not only my son who was upset disappointed because he had a football dinner to go to that event with his teammates, but I also felt embarrassed and bad that I had to ask another barber who was great about it.. to fix this other guys work. Not fair to us and definitely not fair to Mary who stayed way after closing time to help fix my sons hair. Thank you to Mary for going out of her way making sure we left happy ! 🙏🏼 As for this other guy.. where did he study at because even I knew that cut was no cut! Ridiculous he needs to go back to school and not work there!

Rick is the utmost of professionalism. He provides the best barber experience you can ever have (Ive seen people that say they are on the same level; and its not even close) . Hes down to earth, he has so much to offer. Youll never be more fresh and clean after leaving than you would after anything around! Plus, he has cerveza.

I walked in there on Monday. There were two barbers at the time. Didn’t have to wait for long, only 5 minutes. I forgot to ask the barber’s name, he wore a hat and a red jersey, but he was able to fix the mess that another person did with my hair at another place... He listened to what I asked for and did everything accordingly. The place looked clean and spacious unlike other hair places in town and everything seemed professional. Left happy and with no complains.

I was referred by a friend and have been looking for a good barber... When we arrived the place seemed nice... Thought it was odd that no one greeted us... And there was no sign in sheet so I didnt really know what kinda system was in place for getting a hair cut... I over heard an older man asking about a barber that was free possibly doing his hair... The barber responded in a very cocky tone that he only did appointments... He proceeded to explain with a harsh arrogant tone that he couldnt do it and maybe the man should have made an appointment... This entire conversation took place with out the barber making eye contact with the customer cause he was glued to his phone... I waited a little longer but still no one addressed me and what I was there for... You guys just lost out on my familys business... At least 100 bucks a month... Thanks...

First time stopping by shop, I took my son to get a cut and it did not turn out tht great...atmosphere koo. But they had a youngster to do my sons cut. Went in as a first time customer. Will not be returning. Asked for a gentlemans cut with a little shorter on the sides. Got anything but that. I asked to keep these top as long as possible and when I turned around I basically had a buzz cut fade with messy short hair on top with no part and no direction. The lady cutting my hair was talking to her sister who had walked in the whole time. Very very unprofessional talk about drugs and vacation. Never once asked what I thought of the cut nor did she care. She didnt style afterwards didnt clean me up, nothing! 4.6 stars came from somewhere. Where Im unsure but that was by far the worst experience ever.

First off Ive been here 4 times. Never ever have I been asked for help. Its almost like you have to fight for a barber for you have no idea all who is sitting down and who they want to cut their hair. If that makes sense? Like seriously get a clip board.The customers that are regulars tend to jump the line and the barbers help them by their Unorganized process. Honestly... Its not worth the $33i spend there. The only one that has earned it was a last with the last name Lacour! She is a great barber. Maybe she can shape up the staff. Or Ill take my cash elsewhere.

Wish I had found this place sooner. I know of no other place where you can walk in and get such a great haircut with such a great experience. Everyone is friendly, taking their time on each customer to make sure they are happy with the cut. Flawless is a great name for the establishment, because everything they do is just that. Would give more stars if able.

I had been using the same barber for 5 years and out of curiosity I went to Flawless one day, that was 3 years ago and I have not been to another barber since. I go every other Friday without fail. I know that in order to get in I have to make an appointment at least a day in advance but this is in no way a hassle it just speaks to the quality shop that Flawless is. I look forward to the Fridays I go in because I get an excellent haircut and I get to catch up with my barber. If your looking for a great cut and a cool atmosphere Flawless is the only place to go in Corpus.

I had gotten a haircut at this place and the stylist didn’t even listen too me, I asked him too trim the sides down too a 0 and cut about an inch or two off the top and he trimmed down the sides too about a 4 or 5 and didn’t even touch the top. Obviously listening too a customer on what they want done is a issue here. I’ll iust save my money and go too great clips next time. Maybe they’ll actually listen.

Went for a proper fade, left with a proper fade. Great old school atmosphere, as I found myself in a political debate about the presidential election five minutes after I arrived. Walk-ins are welcome, but the barbers honor their regulars, so itd be wise to make an appointment ahead of time. Ill be returning for sure.

They maybe give a good cut but right in the door the person cutting someone’s hair was clear she was not happy to see me ask if there was time to get a cut. Sending me to someone else seemed also a big interruption to their day. Very much not worth my dollars. I believe in good tipping and not even going to waste a first penny on that atmosphere.

Theres probably only or two guys that can actually give a good fade...

We stopped in for a quick haircut for my husband, the lady by the door checked her phone at least 10 times while she was cutting his hair. She did an ok job cutting his hair but seems distracted with her phone. A basic haircut is $21. All the techs use square on their phones.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst haircuts I have received in my life. I came in for a haircut and beard trim and my barber truly botched the job. I was facing away from the mirror the entire cut and was unaware that she had shaved more than half of my mustache off which is not even close to what I asked for. I had even showed her a picture of the cut that I wanted and she did not even come close. Do not recommend coming here.

I went to The Flawless barbershop at 6:10 and they close at 7. I was 44 minutes before they closed and they didnt say anything to me and made me wait till 6:56 before they told me they cannot cut my hair. While I was waiting two of the barbers just walked around and talked (one of them even sat in the barber chair and played on his phone) when they could have been cutting hair, all I needed was an edge up. They only reason they got two stars is 3 out of the five haircuts being given looked okay. I wouldnt recommend them though.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I tried to take my son there as a walk-in and after sitting there for almost an hour I started to realize no one wanted to do a kids haircut. We ended up leaving after one employee said they were waiting on an appointment only to grab the guy next to me that had just walked in asking if they take walk-ins. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Now that I’ve read more of their reviews it seems a lot of people feel they are treated rudely, not greeted, and get the feeling barbers pick and choose who they want to cut. I’ll take my business to someone that wants it.

In search for a new barber shop my buddy recommended I go to Flawless. My hair has never looked so good before. The barbers name was Manuel and he did an exceptional job paying close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for. There was a woman cutting a guys hair in front of me and his cut looked FRESH when she was done with him. I told him I would be back and he gave me his card. If you are tired of your current barber or going to those chain places, Flawless is where you should go.

I dont have a single barber from here that I prefer. I never make appointments because honestly I dont mind doing walk ins and haircuts for me are whenever I feel like going. But Ive been going to these guys once every 1 1/2 months really, different barber practically every time, and I always get the haircut that I want without issues. Highly recommended from my perspective. Barbers are funny as hell as well.

I was told to try this shop by a friend of mine who had been getting his hair cut for awhile. When I walked in the first time I was immediately welcomed by the owner and his staff. Even while waiting I was not treated like just another John Doe off the street. As a new customer the barbers included me in their conversation as if I had been going there for years. While in the chair getting my hair cut he took his time and didnt rush the cut. Now I have been going to Flawless for almost a year and Im glad I took my friends advice. I recommend this shop to all my friends and other people looking for a Flawless hair cut.

The barber took the time to ask me exactly how I wanted everything, and I appreciate the consulting from a first-time client.-Very much a mens barbershop.-I recommend making an appointment and ensuring you have alot of time, because they dont rush through the haircut but really take their time, which is good if you ask me.-Whoever owns this business obviously is a savvy businessman. Seems like a great start to a franchise.Note: they prefer cash but can take credit.

Went there once and asked for a low temple fade, left with a marine haircut, High and tight! Was super pissed and the lady there that cut it clearly heard me when i stated what i wanted before hand. Now every other place that I go I tip up to a $15 total amount because their cuts are far better than the 15 dollar cut I received that day....positives, the shop looks nice and the other dudes there look as though they can cut hair or at least give you a cut that you remotely ask for.

My sons go there, they love it. Theyve always gotten the professional haircuts they desire.

Owner claims this is a family oriented, Christian based business but is definitely far from it. I was not greeted properly, the staff was not dressed professionally, cursing and obscenity were taking place. The over all haircut was not up to expectations, I was nicked and cut a couple of times and like someone previously pointed out its like the barbers only know how to cut fades which is not what I asked for but recieved. I remained courteous and gave a proper tip for the $17 mediocre haircut and was still treated unprofessional. I now cant wait for the passive aggressive response from the owner claiming his haircuts are FLAWLESS.

I absolutely enjoy the quality of haircut that they provide! Although they could use a little more organization when it comes to handling appointments and walk ins, the important thing is how fly youll feel walking out cause they do you right!

Waited so long for a haircut and it seemed as if I were just ignored and my money wasn’t good for them here or something. Waist of time waiting and then I saw a few cuts they did pretty glad I was ignored and didn’t get a cut from these people. The old lady in there is the worst anyway. Always cutting people with the damn razor.

If you’re black do not come here. Not a place for us. Went at least 5 times due to lack of respectable barbers in the area for some simple cuts. Literally asked every barber if they had room and on all occasions they would be on the phone or just talking talking about they’re done. The one time I did get a cut it took almost 3 hours and I get the general impression they treat all black people the same way from observing their interactions with other African Americans during my visits. If the cut was worth it I probably wouldn’t complain but they are sub par to say the least. Don’t waste your time

This was a run of the mill shop, I expected more from a guy with such so called experience in the barbershop Im not sure who would hire him I was told by a buddy of mine to check it out for a decent hair cut . Big mistake! The shop was dirty and unsanitary placed looked as if it wasnt cleaned in months not to mention all the obscure side businesses the owner seems to push in the shop it was evident he was busy doing other things then taking care of the shop! Cleaning aside the haircut was a whole mess in its self. I have longer hair I like to maintain a clean business look this guy chopped me up bad I wasnt sure if he knows how to do anything other then fades which the last guy in his chair should have asked for a refund . I was appalled to learn the man who cut my hair was the owner he needs lessons in shear and Clipper work maybe just stay with running a business not cutting leave it up to the professionals. Nothing was top notch here Im going back to my barber in robstown. Dont waste your money

When I walked in I said it was my first time there and all I wanted was a trim around my ears and neck, not a full haircut. My ear was nipped and my fiancee said there were about 7 scratches on the back of my neck from the clippers. When any blood is coming out of my head I dont understand how thats not a sign to stop. When the trim was finished I pulled out my card and I was told it would be 17 dollars and he did not accept cards. So I had to pull money out of the CVS ATM. When I get back I hand the barber a $20 for my lousy trim, and he doesnt even offer any change back. Id rather spend my money at a franchised hair salon. Never going back and I felt so ripped off. This is the first negative review Ive ever written about any business.

Tried coming to them two times by two different people, no one takes their time and are just rushing through the haircut without even asking what I wanted before hand.
