I have to leave a 5 star review for hair stylist, Janie and the first desk receptionist, Hanna for providing my little 13 yo cousin with the celebrity treatment! My little cousin has very low self esteem (as we all did at that age) and we wanted to take her to get a new hair style for back to school, plus she really needed some TLC bc she just lost her mom to cancer, so this was a very important hair appointment. I called ahead and told Hanna our situation and what type of hair style my cousin was looking to get and i asked for someone who can also help teach her how to style it. We not only had the most amazingly talented hair stylist who cut her hair into an adorable Bob and curled it for or her, she also took the time to make her feel at home and made her feel beautiful. She goes by the name Texas Hair Slinger (Janie). And on top of the best haircut experience, Hanna offered to cover the costs of her haircut! 🥺❤️❤️ I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! They are talented, so welcoming, and everyone working here has the biggest hearts! ❤️❤️❤️

Im new to the area made an appt with a stylist for highlights and a cut. I showed up to the salon and was told to wait outside and my stylist would have to come get me. I messaged her explaining that I was there and she responded with“I’m running really far behind can you come back later? “ I said sure would 30 mins be good, she responds and says no can you come back in 3 hours . She never even greeted me at the door and just used messenger on my phone to avoid the confrontation I suppose. I explained that was not possible and I just left without getting my hair done before the holidays. It would have been nice to have had a phone call to reschedule vs waiting to tell me when I arrive at the salon. I think you would know early on if you were running 3 hours behind. I almost would guess she totally forgot I was coming at all. This was extremely unprofessional and I would never go back there again after this experience. She offered to make another appointment on another day but no way I will trust them there to be professional and responsible with their clients.

Made an appointment and the stylist completely ghosted me. I arrived 5 minutes prior. Called as I was instructed. No answer. I waited 15 minutes with repeated calls and texts. Still no answer. I knocked on the door until someone came and they said they think this has happened once before with that stylist. Please tell me why she still has a booth to rent if this is a trend with her?! Complete waste of time. Will never go back.

I went in with long hair.. wanting a transformation. Showed Charli V a few pictures and I was blown away.! I LOVE my new style... I definitely recommend her .. she was so patient.. listened and added her comments and the results are amazing!! She even met with me after the salon was closed... so kind to meet with me after hours.

A week ago I made an appointment for 10 am. Confirmed the day before. I left work and arrived at 950 texted the stylist to let her know I arrived she finally texted back saying she overslept and would not make it to the appointment. But an awesome stylist at tangles hooked me up.

Great place to get lots of salon services done. Paige is great with hair (style & color), Ed is great for mens cuts and the threading lady is amazing. I did have a bit so great experience with one of the nail ladies though. I set an appointment with her to get my wedding nails done and she forgot. Never got them done there... anne didnt even apologize. :/

First of all, the parking is convenient and easily accessible. If Staples/SPID is congested you can always exit Airline and go to Mcardle to enter the plaza near Dicks sporting goods.As you enter the doors of Salons by JC youre greeted by beautiful fixtures and absolutely immaculately clean space. The decor is modern yet classic and beautifully put together.The concierge Torie, is so personable and professional - a total delight.The suites I was shown/toured were clean and one in particular had a window view which had the nicest sunshine energy.The suite prices are fairly high, the sunshine room is $317 per week. The plus side to that is, the tenants should all be well established and have a high- end clientele which is always good for everyone.

Very nice atmosphere with very professional stylists. Different types of service. Highly recommend Paige Stevenson for any hair color, highlights, stlyes & cuts. She listens to what you want and delivers great results. Definitely coming back again.

Tanas salon in jc salons keeps growing & growing. Ive been going to Tana for my hair care needs for around 6-7 yrs and Ive never been disappointed. Her skills & knowledge of hair, skin, makeup & nail care products is amazing. Added to her advanced talents as a hair stylist & colorist she treats each appointment as a special event every day, every client, every age, male & female.If youre lucky, she may have her little Mini Me with her and even let you hold her when you come.

Neat little place, I go to Showbaz, I havent been to the other shops but if you would like eyebrow/lip/face threading done you can come here. She is awesome

This place is cool, its coded entry, all the stylists and estheticians have their own private rooms which is really nice, you dont have to hear other people talking or watch someone elses kids run around. I got a body wax with Angela Delgado. Shes great, very professional, she doesnt rush through it and she doesnt like leaving stray hairs. She has a flexible schedule and was easy to contact. I will be returning!

Actually I visited shoban in this building..... henna tattooing. Does great work and very decent prices, girls vacation gift to our selves... #loveit. #notcostly

DO NOT USE!!! I purchased a Groupon for cut, highlights, and color. When I went in, I told her about the bad coloring from other stylists. She then went ahead and did the highlights. The next day when I went to get my haircut, I told her that she missed a lot of coloring in the back. She then said the Groupon was worded incorrectly and that it should have been color OR highlights. I was mad because she never stated that before she did anything and didnt give me a choice. The 6 blunt cut (blegh) was also cut crooked.Paige was very sweet and I felt bad as she had a seizure when I went in the first day. That is why I tried to ignore this. But it still upsets me a couple of months later.A Groupon purchase is a contract and this one was not fulfilled. My trust is lost.

Would of been a five but some of the stylist are unprofessional and dont show up. Thankfully they found another that was open and she was amazing, turned the whole experience around.
