I was very dissatisfied with the service. Went in for what i thought would be a quick gel polish change. The lady who did my nails took 1 hour and the nail polish ran to the sides on my nails and got all stuck on the sides and cuticles. I was told the service would be $20 over the phone and at the end the lady charged $25, for poor service nonetheless. I called to complain and express how disappointed i was and the owner was super unapologetic.

My always does such a fantastic job!! If Im undecided with colors she always makes the best suggestions! My nails last so much longer than with any other nail person Ive ever seen!

This place is awesome! I called to see if they had availability and they did so I headed to get my manicure. Just walking into the place was very welcoming and everyone in there was super friendly and so nice. The only disappointment I have is that I haven’t gone to them sooner ! Honestly. Highly recommended! Don’t pay any attention to that last post because an appointment always comes first that’s why we make them. These people just have to run their business and appointments of course are always first. It only makes sense. So go to them you will not regret it !

I loved the people and they had beautiful colors even the mood changing and chrome! I only knocked off a star because they were so rough with acrylics, totally murdered my cuticles. But it was worth it because my nails are so beautiful!! This is my official go to nail salon 😍

I called today to ask if I could make an appointment. The lady explained that they had one appointment left for the day but someone just called and said they might take that appointment and would let her know within 10 minutes. So she told me call back in 10 if they havent called i Could have the appointment. So I waited and called back she said they didnt call so we made an appointment for about 30 mins later . I was on the way there and I see the number calling me so I answered and she told me that they showed up without calling so shes CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT! Extremely unprofessional so happy I didnt spend any money there. Be careful and make appointments at places that will not replace you because someone who DIDNT have an appointment walks in .

I have been going to this salon for 4 years now and I do not what I would do without them. I always reccomend them to whoever asks me about my nails and whoever I send there is always happy. Pick any person and I promise you will get quality service. They are extremely clean even before the pandemic. My mom, my best friend, and my fiance who needs the occasional pedicure are all long time customers and we will not go to another salon. I do Nexgen (dip powder) and I always leave happy.

Love the atmosphere here, the staff are all awesome! My daughter and i get pedi’s regularly and always trying to find a good place! FINALLY We found it!! We will be regulars!

I’ve been to this salon twice since moving to the area and I love it. First and foremost the cleanliness of the salon is amazing. I love how they sanitized the tools after each customer and even sanatized the filters on the pedicure tubs in the autoclave 🤩. Not to mention my nails were perfectly shaped. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.

I have EVERYTHING Great to say about this nail Spa. The owners are a fun young couple. The place itself is chic & modern. You can sit & get a pedicure while getting you back massaged & the offer a glass of wine ( & other beverages) to help you unwind! The staff knows there stuff. They do mani & pedis & acrylic like every other place. But they also do designs, gels, coffin, & stiletto at a responsibleprice. All the most current techniques. They do an awesome job! & take their time with each customer.

I was looking for a nice new nail salon closer to my home and heard great things about Nails Couture. Lee helped me. She didnt listen when I explained I wanted ombré. I showed her pictures as well. Then, she cut 3 different fingers on my left hand and continued to use the same file that cut me. Im sure she probably used it on people after me and before me as well. I hope I dont get an infection. Two days have passed and my cuts still hurt. Not to mention the nextgen dip was done incorrectly. She only used the color and never applied the clear dip below or above the color. The hologram gel which Ive had done previously at another salon is now peeling two days after. I will never go back here again. Who cuts you 3 times and acts like it didnt happen? I was bleeding and she continued to use the file. I had to yank my hand and tell her it was stinging.

The most attentive mani and pedi I have ever experienced. They certainly focus on quality over quantity and I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family.
