This place only looks good, but in terms of the quality of work being done is trash. I treated my friend to A Manicure and Pedicure on Saturday, and on Tuesday her nails start falling off. Secondly not only did they do a bad job, they didnt even do her nails the right way that we wanted because they didnt know how to do the design that we requested. I was overcharged for poor quality. This was my first and last time going to this salon. You guys just lost a really good customer.
Came in today for my first service as I was visiting from out of town. The host at the door was friendly and quickly got me situated for my services. I opted for a liquid gel manicure and pedicure service. Selected my colors and Kyle escorted me to his chair. He did a great job removing my gel polish. He did a gel filling and proceeded to shape my nails. I pointed out an issue with the shape of my nails and he let me know I came in with it like that. This obviously was not true as he had completely changed the shape of my nails. He then proceeded to try to polish my nails, no cuticle clean up or anything. He then informed me I would need to pay extra to have my cuticles and nails taken care of. This was insane to me. Needless to say I had to pay extra for this. He did an ok job with my feet. The polish job is decent. But for me, the lack of proper clean up makes this place a Rip off . The 3 stars is solely based on the fact that the spa is equipped with nice amenities and they give and offer drinks. So you pay 100$ for a can of coke or a glass of cheap champagne!
I have been coming here for years. Annie is the best and I started doing my brow threading/tinting with Rima about 6 months ago, she does an amazing job and I never feel pain. I highly recommend Rima!
My nails often come out cute, but the customer service is consistently terrible. Like, always.The Venetian on university always get the job done politely and quickly- or the Lex expensive place lux nails down the street is somehow always way better and less crowdedThey fixed this locations mistake in under 10 minutes.
The place was beautifully decorated. good music. good stuff to watch on tv. the staff was ok. the service wasn’t significantly good nor bad. but they were fast with their work. the price wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. i paid $50 for a toes polish change and acrylic regular polish fill. still a lot but the salons i’ve been going to have been more.MY MISTAKE: i tried to do an accent nail but the polish i chose ended up being too dark to see the glitter but i didn’t want to make her redo it.
Complete waste of money! $60.00 for my 9 year old daughter for a regular manicure and pedicure. Outrageous prices with an arrogant gentleman at the front desk who is rude and takes advantage of a father trying to make his daughter feel special for her first day of the school year tomorrow. This can’t be kids pricing. 23 minutes for both manicure and pedicure and done. Thanks for nothing and you deserve this one star.
The spa itself has a great ambiance but the actual service is horrible. I paid more than I have ever paid for the worst pedicure I have ever done in the last twenty years. I had to go home and give myself a pedicure .
Our pedicure lasted maybe 18 minutes - no massage. We received lotion on our legs but it wasnt even rubbed in all the way (maybe 15 seconds each leg). We asked how long the foot massage was suppose to be and was informed it was suppose to be at least 5 minutes. After our pedicures, we got manicures. The lady sneezed twice while doing my nails and didnt go wash her hands. My little niece also came with us and received a CHILDRENS manicure and was being charged an adults price. They also left her unattended without saying anything to her mom and was on the phone while paining her nails. Overall experience was extremely poor. After bringing this to their attention they only offered $10 off ... Will not be returning due to the lack of care. The receptionist even said that is disgusting in response to me telling her the lady sneezed and didnt wash her hands but then only offered me $10 off.
My daughter and I had great pedicures. The staff members who worked on us were a delight, very good at their jobs.
Lena has been my nail tech for years but I havent been there for like 3 years because of covid and other stuff and I went back and was able to get Lena and shes just as good if not better than she ever has been

I had her thread my eyebrows and then she tinted them... this was the first time I ever tried threading.. if I could give her 10 stars I would...highly recommend her. Probably one of the worst manicures Ive ever gotten. Theres so much cuticle still left on my fingers. She didnt clean it up at all. Polish is uneven, you can actually see through some thin areas. And she painted so far away from my cuticle that it looks like its been growing out for a week already. Never again
I did eyebrow threading, eyelashes and tinting with Rima for the first time. I am so happy with the work she did! She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. My wife goes here to see Gioi who does very good work. She interacts with us & is very customer friendly & its always a pleasure accompanying my wife while getting her nails done.
Even if you go here regularly cor pedicures and manicures they will not allow you to make an appointment for polish changes. You may have to wait forever if theyre busy as they will always take walk ins who want manis and pedis ahead of you. This is a poor business practice and they have lost me forever as a customer because of it.
I went there to get my eyebrows threaded, and brought my two daughters with me who were in their stroller and not disturbing anybody. The man at the front desk approached me and asked me to leave my kids at home next time, he seemed very bothered by the fact that I brought my kids with me to a ten minute threading appointment. It was completely insensitive, mindless and rude. They need better management & more common sense than to tell a mother to leave her kids at home. You would expect that a business which is tailored towards women would be more considerate with that.
Best nails Ive ever had done. Good choice of colors and the nails were perfect when done. Extremely even across the tops and you cant tell they looked like garbage before I came in. Mandy did a great job and paid great attention to detail. Definitely coming back for my next manicure.
We went here and spent almost $150 and noticed everyone around us drinking champagne, soda or water. When I asked the lady in the front why we didn’t get any on the way out she says “they were supposed to offer it to you” and then asks me “do you want it now?”. I’m really going to drink champagne then walk to my car and drive home? Everyone that walks in the door should be treated the same. I won’t go back.
I got my eyebrows waxed and I like how they were shaped but some skin came off. Now it’s really a upsetting me.

I had a great experience here today. Called to see if I could walk in for dip powder and was told to come on in. When I got there I didn’t really wait at all. Brian was my nail tech and He did an amazing job!!! Funny and nice!! Definitely will be going back to him only 😊
I barely write reviews so when i do - it’s SERIOUS! So mad that my nail tech of 6 years moved away so I thought to try a well known brand. Boy was that the worst decision EVER!I asked for long nails and showed a picture of my previous nail design. The 1st attempt My nexgen was so lumpy and the technician acted like she didn’t notice. When I told her she tried to correct but it was still NOT a good job. I asked for the manager. A guy came over explained to her what to do and told her to fix it. I’m not comfortable with her fixing my nails at this point!So they get someone else to do it. My nails are still lumpy. They are all uneven and different lengths. I didn’t get the shape i wanted. They are also shorter than what i wanted and the shine is messed up.To add fuel to the fire they charged me full price and there wasn’t even a check up to see if my nails came out ok!Unprofessional. Unpredictable. Not worth a penny!NEVER GOING BACK.... EVER!!!!!! !!!!!

Im so over this place! $40 for a gel manicure that chips and breaks within 2 days. And it happens constantly. Whenever I complain they just tell me to get the dip. A nice hot towel and a hand massage for more than10 seconds would be nice. Definitely looking for a new nail salon. Looks fancy inside, but I would no longer recommend this place.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never step foot in this salon again. Went in for a pedicure and dip powder nails and even had an appointment. The tech (Daisy) was very rude and completely RUSHED through both. She didn’t even exfoliate or massage my feet at all, so basically I got a polish change, and was done with my pedicure and dip nails all in under an hour. She even continued to throw my sandals around like they were trash. THE VERY NEXT DAY my nail was already cracked. Went back and they gave me the same tech to fix my nails.. and told me I needed a darker color to cover up the dip that was already on. Which was disappointing as I did not want a darker color. Thirty minutes after I left the top coat on one whole hand was completely gone and my nails were matte on one hand and shiny on another. I returned and showed the receptionist who refused to give me a refund on “fixable” issues. They clearly couldn’t fix it! And this place is more expensive than any other salon around. Completely disgusted with the work AND the customer service.. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I usually go to the one in the promenade so I was surprised at how much I liked this one. So many colors!! So many colors to choose from. More colors than I have ever seen at any other nail salon. The chairs had pillows on them which I loved and thought they were a great idea. The only thing is nobody ever asked me If i wanted something to drink. My pedicure was like 10 minutes long. I dont ask for much but 10 minutes seems a little quick.
I love Venetian Nail Spa. Like all nail salons, there are some people that are not very good at their job, but I found someone that I really liked early on and Ive been with her ever since.Everyone here is friendly and accommodating. They are happy to provide you with tea, wine, water, etc. The establishment is clean and tidy, and their equipment is top notch.The girl I see every few weeks is amazing and I couldnt be happier with the work she does.I would recommend Venetian Nail Spa any day.
This is a chain salon. They are all the same. Says a lot for consistency. You know what to expect. I walked in on a busy Saturday morning and got seated right away. Great manicure. Ill be back!

I hate giving businesses low ratings, however, I have been here several times, and each and every time I say never again. I always get a gel manicure, and they always chip 2 days later. One time they didn’t apply it correctly and it was so lumpy. They tell me to come back so they can redo it. But who has time to waste.

Yesterday I left my wife in the Venetian Nail Spa in Coral Springs, FL, and she ran away from this place almost immediately! She was hurt, I mean the session was painful but the worst part is that she was slapped on the hand for complaining about it. Her adhesive nails were literally pulled in dry, they do not use acetone to dilute the glue. I recommend the owner to teach employees about cultural sensivity and customer service. This applies also to the receptionist who sided with her coworker and ignored the feedback provided. This issue happened on 11/07/2019 at about 5:15 p.m.

This place does not treat its customers well at all. An elderly woman needed a bit of assistance standing up, and the owner said we do not help the elderly here to this poor womans daughter. Their manicures and pedicures are alright; inconsitent.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called to see if I could get in for a pedicure. The woman on the phone was RUDE and said I could come in as a walk in. So I did. I then waiting in a pedicure chair for over half an hour with my feet in cold water. I will NEVER go there again. They take in as many people as possible to keep their waiting area clear but don’t have care if you wait there forever. Horrible.
I loved this place, but the quality of service is decreasing. I get the upgraded signature pedicure and it is finished in 25-30 minutes. Definitely not worth the extra $10. The good, no appt needed and clean.

My girl Hannah is so sweet & always does an amazing job, gel mani & pedi, shes also very fast which i love. Today i also got my brows waxed and she did them exactly how i like. Also the front clerk young ladies are all always so kind & help me choose my colors (i never know what i want)... 5 plus stars for me.

Over priced and no personality with the servive workers. The greeters up front are pleasant however once moved to the station they are very cold. You never know what quality of service you will receive. You really can not go wrong with a pedicure so that is what I get done there.
The absolute worst experience getting a manicure ever. I was very specific about how I wanted my nails done. The woman that they assigned to do my nails, managed to do the complete opposite. No one addressed my issue, and I walked out without anything being said. Thankfully I was able to stop her before she massacred both hands! Will never go to this place again. One star given because its required to post a review. They get ZERO from me!

Went here based on reviews on Google. All the women are super sweet and its the cleanest nail salon Ive ever stepped foot in. In addition, the prices are super fair! Plus: Sterile tools. Ill recommend the salon to my friends.

Awful experience getting a pedicure done here for the first time. I always knew Venetian was luxurious, so excuse me for expecting a better than average pedicure. The exfoliation last two seconds! No exaggeration. And it’s my favorite part, so upsetting. And the nail Technitian, Alissa, furthermore went to make fun of me and embarrass me by saying “you needed a pedicure, how long has it been”.. like who says that?!Don’t waste your money coming here. I’m very upset.
Ive been coming Venetian Nail Spa on and off for about 5 months. Its a great working environment. I was offered a beverage ( with water and tea available as well ). I learned so much from her about of nail care. The facility is clean and sterilized. So I will certainly be coming back again!
All i can say when you own a place, and a good customer tell you something believe it, dont ask questions and make it right, not only you loosing a customer, your reputation will go down
This place is so hit or miss. I’ve been coming here for a few months for the dip powder nails...and I’ve had more bad sets than good. Uneven, lifting, product left all over my fingers. I told the girl that I wanted tips and she gave every excuse of why not to put tips on, then she asked why I wasn’t waiting for more than 2 weeks to get mys nails done!!! If I want to change my dip color that’s my decision. No more for this place.

This place, is too boujee for its own good. When you tell them specific instructions, they say theyll do it but write it off and charge more because they deem you as demanding. Any length you get, with the most basic powder is 35. Their starting price of 25 is a scam. I would not recommend this nail salon to anybody. Not even for a million dollars. Their service is disgusting.
Avoid this place! Terrible service and even worse management! My wife got her nails done here and the woman she got did nothing correct. Nails weren’t filed correctly, she accidentally used wrong color! There was still cotton in nails and it was tough to communicate as the employee didn’t speak any English . After my wife told the owner she said she can come back and get the color fixed but there’s nothing else they can do . After she showed her the filing and other mistakes she said she understands but they only offer to re colorWhen i called and spoke to the manager she knew the exact situation told me the same thing and hung up on me . I called back and asked the manager if she just hung up on me to which she said yes as there is nothing else i will do for you . I said i live near by and will come talk in person to the owner if she keeps hanging up on me to which she said she would call the police if i came inDidn’t know being unhappy with bad service was a crime .....horrible business

I recently had a foot injury and needed a serious manicure, my husband sent me to get a pedicure, when I told the person in charge of my feet what happened she took her time on my feet ensuring that I was ok! I use to go to Pembroke Pines but this location is awesome
They do a great job. The place is nice and clean, and it even smells good. My nails always looked flawless every time I went there. Shame I moved out of town.
This Place is the absolute worst place to step foot in to get any service in Coral Springs. I received the absolute worst treatment as a paying customer. They allow their staff to choose and or do what they want and to deny a service if they dont feel like dong it. I asked my nail tech Lynn if she had been knowledgeable on doing coffin shape nails she automatically took offense to it and told me someone else needed to do my nails and she didnt know what i was talking about. Even after the nail tech who was working on my friend said to her time again you know how to do it just look at the picture but she still refused.What made matters worst they continued to seat several other customers even after the manager Nick was made aware he never at any point approached me to give me a heads up on what nail tech would take me. Instead when i went to approach him he ran off to a pedicure chair and left me with the receptionist who clearly didnt have the capabilities in dealing with this situation.Rather than apologizing and showing concern... they turned their backs and told me I DONT KNOW. I will NEVER SPEND MONEY or nor will any of my friends and or family will step foot into another Venetian Nail spa. This establishment is completely unprofessional.

I dont know how to feel. After telling me to choose a color I was told that because of the brand I chose it was 5 dollars more for manicure and 5 more for pedicure. I payed it because I wanted the brand and color but the reason they gave was that the polish would last longer and it didnt it chipped 2 days after. Also the time that I went in before I payed for hot stone pedicure, what I got was just hot stone burning my leg no massage.Forget about the hand massage described in the manicure.Actually there is never a good massage! The first time I went there it was nice but after 4 disappointing times... I just dont know.I get these done to relax but its not really relaxing.
These are my nails after they were “fixed” from cracks that formed 2 days after getting dip-powder. Never spent so much for broken nails.Edit- Fast forward 2 days and now the thumb nail is broken! 🙃😤

Mom & I have been a customer for a little over 8 years. Its difficult to write this review because Im devastated. I have used Tina for over 3 years & mom has switched techs but had good to decent service with Ann, Lynn, Annie & a few others. When she recieved a subpar manicure due to a language barrier a few months ago the manager seemed more than understanding about the mix up. Basically what had happened was the nail tech kept cutting off moms nails after telling her to stop & she hadnt, mom gave up & sat there as the tech filed down what was left. Her cuticles were sore & her nails looked horrible. Mom didnt speak up until later on because she felt so awful mentioning it was because the tech didnt understand English. The next visit we had found someone that worked great with mom. We could not wait to go back as we get our nails done every few months consistently for all those years. I had scheduled an appointment for mom & I. Our Techs were both not working so we figured wed try new techs. Mom was taken first & I was close by choosing a color in the front. I guess what I should mention is my almost 70year old mother sometimes needs help with chairs, these particular chairs roll when you sit & she has a bad back. Luckily I was there to hear her trying to ask for assistance with the chair. I spoke to her tech & quickly realized she didnt understand English language very well. I had gone to the manager who was close by at the desk. I attempted to ask him to just tell her, in her language, that mom just needs her to hold the chair to get up because it rolled back. A simple request I had thought & we had & have received the same if not more assistance in the entirety of being paying customers there. I was strictly told by the Male manager, who I have known for years, they only do nails and arent helpers for the elderly. I was appalled & deeply disappointed by his comments. Obviously it was way more harshly worded than that but I truly cant get into what happened. I canceled my appointment to sit with mom so she can get her nails done, I had decided that if mom needs help & they no longer offer assistance with chairs than I will allow mom to get doted because as an almost 70 year old women being DISCRIMINATED against, I felt she needed the attention instead. I unfortunately cant control my emotions & started to cry after the manager came back over to me to tell me it was my turn for my appointment. I told him that I had to help mom because they only do nails now & can not help their elderly customers anymore. He tried to explain it was a misunderstanding or he was sorry, I dont care. The damage was done & the hurt was caused. Mom & I have had plenty of great manicures & pedicures there, they are supposedly clean & the tools look well kept. Within the past year, Im not sure what happened but things started to go wrong fast. Being told mom cant get treated like another person while going to this nail salon was enough for me to never return & take my 8plus years of loyalty elsewhere. Truly heartbreaking that it had to come to that & I hope more people stop going there to support other local nail salons that treat all customers equally & also are nicer to their employees. *I also explained to moms tech that day what had happened because once mom saw me upset she wanted to leave, that it was not her & how her boss is treating customers. We were not the only ones that walked out disappointed that day & its just shameful for such a reputable business to think behavior like that is acceptable at all.1 star for cleanliness & it looking beautiful in there1 star for the work & attention to detail the workers do strive to provide even under such harsh circumstances
I would give this place a zero, now. The way I was spoken to by the managers on the phone was awful. More like yelled at! I paid a lot of money $65 to have pedi and gel manicure and within five days gel mani was peeling off three fingers. I never get gel manicures ever, so asked them if they could just refund cost. Absolute no. Then if they could just give me a pedi to make up for, instead. Absolute no! I told them I thought it was unfair not to help a customer out who was not satisfied and keep all the money plus I gave a great tip. They lost my business.
I have had a problem twice with them and both times it was with removing gel nails. They stick a fake nail underneath your gel nail to remove them. They do soak your nails but if the nails don’t come off quickly they continue to try to remove it with the fake nail . This is very very painful. She wouldn’t listen to me and kept hurting me. I had to raise my voice to get her to listen, then her coworkers were standing around me talking to her in her language and laughing.

Kent was so great!! He paid attention to all the little details that really matter when getting your nails done. He didnt make the experience feel rushed like most nail salon technicians do when they are busy. I will be making my next appt. with him.

Poor customer service by the hostess at the front desk. I walked in at 7:55 and she said we take our last customer at 7:30. I stated you all should state that on your website so customers will know. Her comment was theres nothing we can do for you in 3 minutes anyhow. I had to explain to her if their hours are till 8 pm then to a customer unless stated otherwise they can be serviced. She said Ill let them know but again theres nothing we can do. Shes very rude and unfriendly to be a hostess.

Ive had two bad experiences at this location:Experience 1: Within 3 days of getting a gel manicure on my natural nails, a nail that had been repaired by the nail tech broke. I went to the salon and unfortunately, the tech was not there. Since my nails are real, only certain techs know how to repair them. This is the first problem with this location. I told the receptionist I needed a repair and she sent me to sit with a nice tech. When I explained the issue, the tech told me she didnt know how to do nail repairs. So I went back to the receptionist. The receptionist walked me over to an older guy. He was like no, im busy. He took her to the computer and presumably showed her that he had a client scheduled to arrive shortly. The receptionist then sent me to the waiting area while she found someone else. She then sent me to a young guy. He immediately started getting ready to put a coat of gel polish over the nail!!!! I said um, I need you to repair the nail before you paint it! He said he cant do it. So I went to the receptionist and told her I needed her to find someone who knows how to do the repair before having me sit with them again. She apologized and found someone else. He took the polish off and then proceeded to tell me he only knows how to do the repair by applying a coat of acrylic to the entire nail!! This is not the right way. So I asked him to just put the polish back on the broken nail so I can leave, which he did. I informed the receptionist that I would return the next day to speak with Ty, the manager. When I arrived the next day, the manager repaired my nail. ABSOLUTELY ZERO APOLOGY about the poor customer service!!! NONE.Experience 2 was two weeks ago. I only went to this location because my nail tech at the new location was out sick and I happened to be in the Venetian shopping center. Once again, I needed a repair (this is normal with real nails). The nail tech was very nice but said she couldnt do the repair. Ty the manager was there, so I asked the receptionist if she could have him do the repair once we got to that point. She said no problem. She walked over to Ty and he literally said...out loud always repair repair. Remember, I am a paying customer. Im not here asking for some sort of charity. Im expecting to receive a service in exchange for payment. If the manager doesnt want to handle the repairs (he had to do a repair for another customer while I was there), he should train all of his staff! Needless to say, I will never go to this Venetian location again. Clearly, customer service is not important to them. I will also be sending a message to corporate as this location is negatively impacting their brand.
Got a gel manicure instead of dips just to try something different. I was quoted $31 ad was charged $36. Worst manicure Ive ever had. The color is streaky, nails arent fully covered, very sloppy. Ill try them again for dips, but refuse to have the same technician. I think her name was Ivy. Yuck.
The pricing is literally ridiculous, dude. i’ve never paid more than $35 for a full set and polish and this boujee for no reason place charged me $70 for the most basic service!! when i came in, they told me, the starting price was $25. the pedicure took like 15 minutes and i paid $35 for it. while i was picking my color, my nail tech kept coming over and asking me if i was done yet. i was with my mom and she got a pedicure too and i paid for it— ended up paying a total of $145 for two pedicures and a full set. i can’t believe the scam that this place is. maybe if they got rid of the waterfall and didn’t paint frickin murals on the ceiling, they wouldn’t have to charge people an arm and a leg for nail polish.
