Ken is a hard worker, the problem I had was that the services are VERY OVERPRICED. I was charged $350 (labor) to have the valve covers removed. He and his wife both were very rude when we decided to get a second opinion. It turns out the diagnosis was wrong, thankfully we went somewhere else or we would have paid $1700 for nothing and then even more to fix the real problem. Beware of extra services you dont ask for then are attempted to be charged, like oil changes. He didnt ask first of all and said I wouldnthave to pay for this reason, but when we decided to get a second opinion he was going to make me pay for that as well. Trust your gut, I had a feeling from the beginning it wasnt an honest deal, I feel like me and my 17 year old son almost got taken advantage of. I did some research BBB has a complaint, Yelp and Google negative reviews are similar to my experience. I see other people are pleased with their experience but mine was awful!

I have to admit that this is a very reliable mechanic. Ken has some very fair price, with above average, and professional work. I had went to two other mechanics before I found his shop, and Ken was the most honest out of them all. They are family owned, and operated. With service like the pros. I had to get some A/C work done, gave me a very fair price, and he talked me through it the whole time. This guy really knows what he is doing, plus he has a whole wall of certifications to verify it as well. I would highly recommend that you come to Ken before anywhere else first!

Terrible Terrible shop!Dropped my truck off to have in Kens word just the transmission and intake changed!!A bunch of additional work was done that I was not informed of, basically all together cost me over 5,000 dollars, when I pick the vehicle up it ran worse than it did when I dropped it off! He admitted to pulling the coil packs and plugs in order to change the intake! Now the vehicle has multiple misfires, runs terribly if it even runs, there are multiple stripped plugs, I explained the situation to ken and he said sure I’ll fix it but that’s gonna cost you more money!! Probably the worst and I mean worst possible experience I’ve ever had!!I would never recommend anyone take they’re vehicle to that con artist!!!

Did not honor his work.After two days of repair.Then billed 3 times more than originally billed.

I called and spoke to a lady I asked if they were hiring she said were not but if he was he wouldnt hire you because you called Instead of walking in thats lazy so Im lazy because I called and asked to work at their place
