They able to get my oil change and fixed my air condition with ease. I was surprised to learn they ac steam was leaked from out they replaced stem and recharge last week. Car is running superb. Appreciate your help fixing my car.

Had my A/C looked at and was told that it was the vac recap and was charged $100 then they rolls me I need a new compressor kit. And shortly after I left my srs system light came on and I got it checked out by a different mechanic and was told it got messed up when they were messing with my A/C

Do not go there they have no idea what they are talking about. I went there to get a state inspection. About half way through the inspection they told me my car needed breaks. They asked me if I wanted them to do it. I personally went out to inspect the vehicle myself and the breaks still had plenty of life to them. Ive been a mechanic professionally for over 10 years and changed countless numbers of breaks and roters. I pointed out to both the inspector and one of their other mechanics that it was nothing more then serviceable wear and that the breaks would be replaced at the appropriate service time. they failed me on inspection. I went to a different service location less then an hour later with no work done to my vehicle. They inspected and did what looked like a more in depth inspection as well as inspected my breaks and told me the same thing I said that I had nothing more then serviceable wear on breaks and to change when its appropriate. They passed my car upon completion of inspection.

Do not take your car to this place for a tune up! I took my car in to have the brakes done. The owner called me and said I needed a tune up. I told him to go ahead and do it. I picked up my car and the brakes were great, but I noticed a gasoline smell. I told my husband and we looked under my hood and found a tool and oil all over my engine. I decided to take my car to a mechanic who immediately diagnosed the problem after driving it and looking at it. My manifold had been cracked! Now, this tune up I was talked into is going to cost me $600! Whatever you do, do not let this place talk you into doing a tune up they will end up causing major damage to your vehicle and wallet!

I had to get oil change due to use my car everyday to go to Austin. They are my go to guys. They always give me price up on front and go over with everything about car. No pressure, they just let you know what else is due.Sometime I let them do some time I wait. I needed brake badly they fixed my car in 3 hours wile I waited there. Super Fast. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! RIPOFF ARTISTS!!! My husband took our suv to this place today to get it inspected and instead left with an over $200 bill! The man there claimed our vehicle needed the transmission serviced, even though it didnt and my husband never asked for anything other than an inspection to be done. My husband has medical issues and got confused by the man. When he told him he didnt want the transmission done the guy said it was too late to change his mind. What?! I called and tried speaking with the guy but he was extremely rude, spoke over me and yelled at me. So not only does this place charge you for services you dont need done and didnt ask for, but when you try to speak to them and tell them you dont want them done they will say they already started so its too late. What gross people. I would take your car anywhere but this place

Do not go here . And if you must, get a 2nd opinion. The boss talks too much and told me I had 2 main issues and the very over priced cost of fixing those issues. The emoloyees seem miserable to have to work there. The boss spoke so much but didnt offer a solution to resolve it. I took my car for a 2nd opinion at First Choice and they told me most likely the 2 issues mentioned arent the problem. ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion if you go here.

All Ive ever had done there is state inspection. They are fast and thorough but one guy is a bit rude. Im sure he sees himself as blunt. Im blunt, hes just rude. If you are ok with leaving your unlocked car with key clearly visible unattended in the parking lot until they get to it, go there. They said they have cameras everywhere, which is fine, but that wont stop someone who is determined. I, for one, will be finding somewhere else next year.

Amit was very rude, stayed on his phone for at least 10 min after I got into the store and only started to work after another lady walked in. Non of the employees had masks and don’t care about social distancing but customers had to maintain social distance and wear mask. Amit made me change my wipers blade and spend 50 bucks for something that I didn’t need. Not going back to this place ever again. If you guys want I have a picture of Amit on his phone. I took this after 7-8 min of just standing there.

I went for a follow up state inspection after having previously had one and had expensive repairs made. The staff was amazing and took great care of me. I will definitely only use them from now on. They helped me overcome the horrible experience of the previous Auto place.

My husband has worked exclusively for years with Kwik Lube & Tune of Copperas Cove and Amit Patel, the owner for our Lexus cars. Now my husband has a fatal chronic disease and it is me taking care of everything. Amit has been wonderful and like a guardian angel. He has taken care of any of my auto needs. In fact he just sold one of our cars as soon as I told him I needed to get rid of it and wouldnt take any pay for this. There are not many people that are this good. Amit and the people at Kwik Lube are some of the good people in the world today. Give them a try and see if you dont think they give great customer service.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I don’t leave reviews on places often and when I do they are good reviews because I think more good needs to be put out than hate. I just needed an oil change as advertised. I was never told the price of the oil change. I was then tried to sell services I did. It need. I was a little shocked at these “needed services” and called my dealership where I just had these services performed (3 months prior) they informed me of their comprehensive work and informed me that I did not need those services mentioned. I said I would take just the oil change. Instead of discussing services or saying another word he left to help another customer leaving me waiting only to come back to try and sell me something else. When I declined. The oil change was done and there was never a price discussed. I assumed the price advertised on the sign was the price I would receive. Instead to find out it was 3 times the price. I was shocked. When this was discussed the employee became load and rude.I just would not go here. At this time where there are so many out of work people like this try to swindle and screw people out of money. It’s really a shame. Please support another business who will appreciate your business.

If I could leave a review & give it NO stars I would. This is the most unprofessional mechanic shop I have ever been to! Zero to no customer service, no one was at the front desk so there was clearly no receptionist, the mechanic barely speaks English and then on top of all of that I was completely overcharged for an oil change. No explanation of the charges just a print out of nonsense. I would never ever patron this business again and I recommend anybody in the area to not patron them as well! Nickel and diming citizens in the middle of a pandemic they weren’t practicing social distancing and only the mechanic that barely spoke English was wearing a mask. This place is ridiculous

I have been going to this location for several years now. They are always quick and helpful and willing to go extra mile. I have had several repairs done here as well. This is the only place I have ever been that does not try to up charge me and they have same employee for years. Highly recommend by my co workers have even started using them and agree they give excellent service. Keep up good work.

Went in for state inspection, they found one minor issue and were able to fix on the spot for small fee. Very curious.

I been to many repair and lube shop. Never seen such a complete check up on my car. They look each and everything and reported back to me. Pointed out worn tires, Nails in tire, other maintenance that I am lacking for while. I did not got anything but oil change. But they were fine with it and helpful.

I used to go to take my car to Valvoline but they always charge me more. They do exact same work they do at Kwik Kar lot cheaper and faster. I been using Kwik Kar for last six years without single incident. Not to mention they are actually knows what they doing. They will help you fix anything on your car. They always courteous and serious and professional.

I was told my vehicle would fail state inspection because of low power steering fluid.Does anybody know if that is correct with the Texas state law?

I have been coming here for the better part of 20 years since 1998. The staff are very helpful and honest. The owner is a stand up guy who has provided quality services for all my all my vehicles. Additionally I’m usually in and out of there pretty quickly. Today I had my brakes and rotors replaced eliminating a noise I had coming from my car. The owner personally went with me for the test drive to ensure there wasn’t the same problem and that I was satisfied with the work that was performed. I was! Great customer service!!!

I have been going here for years and they have always done great work on both my personal vehicle and my work vehicle.

They explained everything I needed done including State inspection and were not pushy they did showed me and told me what I I might need in the future. They told me they would keep an eye on a oil leak I have, but not anything to worry about right now. They gave me all the prices I would be charged ahead of doing the work. I recommend them. Very professional.

Was with my friend who recently got a service done here. The vehicle started making weird noises right after, so before we went digging around we called the store simply to verify the right oil and filter were used. (Process of elimination, and you can actually refer to their receipts that say to double check with the store if something is up with your vehicle right after service). My friend was unaccusatory and respectful, as they themselves work in a customer service oriented business. The owner wanted nothing to do with answering my friends question, and got on the defensive. The owner actually called my friend back a 2nd time to tell them that the oil was thick and sludgy and thats what they wrote down. The receipt had no comments about that. When my friend said they appreciated the owner calling back in a more respectful way the second time around, but that should have been the courtesy the first time around the owner flipped a switch again. I can understand low patience with a customer if they are biting your head off, but I was witness to how respectful my friend was. The disrespect and lack of professionalism from the owner was not warranted in any way here. Amir (sp?) is not professional and he will not be getting our business again.Edited to add: the owner will tell you to take it to a dealership, say your vehicle is full of sludge, and belittle you before he listens to what you have to say. If the owner would have listened rather than talk over, he would have understood my friend was only trying to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. And the first step was ruling out the simplest thing, the oil change and filter that was JUST done on the vehicle at this location.

Went in for a quick car inspection, and it was just that...QUICK!!! I cannot say anything about their mechanical work, but I can tell you they know their stuff, as they recommended a specific oil for one of the customers, and she refused. She said she knew the risks it could have on her car, and she chose to go with a cheaper type. They appear very knowledgeable.

Over priced on oil change which was like $89 an at Walmart I pay $45 and to top it off $120 dollars for a k & n air filter that I saw for $40 at autozone. Nice people though but come on now smh

Told them that they were overcharging for all their services, such as $18 for 2 quarts of coolant. When I pointed it out they attempted to berate me and kick me out. I will never be returning and will make sure to let others know their horrible service and price gouging.

Charged $15 to put in a $4 simple lightbulb when my son could have out it in himself and the VIN #s on all my paperwork was incorrect and different for inspection. Taken 3 households of cars and trucks there fir years, the day I send my son (young marine, correctional officer & a first responder) they make it a nightmare with jacked up methods. Want to tell me its a business...boy you just lost all our business over one mans greed.I will give a shout if to the older more respectful man who fixed my paperwork the next morning and apologized. Not gonna lie this was a last resort. I was really nervous coming here however I needed to get my inspection done today and my dealership was closed. The guy was professional and fast. Didnt abuse my vehicle, plain and simple this place is good to go to for state inspection.

Friendly staff took my car from me in parking lot. Service my car, pointed out few things. Never push me to make extra sale. Cleaned my car and air my tires, pulled in front ready to go. I was there for inspection and oil change. Everyone in area did not do inspection or very busy. However, I was surprised even know they were very busy they got me out less then 15 minutes with both service. Staff is very courteous and professional explains you everything and they take pride in their work.

I’ve been here a few times to get my Oil changed and I thought the owner Amit was friendly so when I needed work done I choose this shop. The repairs went well however after paying I noticed the knob for my air conditioner temp control was missing. I immediately talked to the owner Amit who came to look and then said it was never there. I told him it was. He told me to go a junk yard because he doesn’t know what else to tell me and walked away. I followed and pleaded with him to listen that I was sure the part was there. He says my husband lost the knob and then continued to walk away. (Husband is deployed and has been for MONTHS) I yelled and screamed for him to look around for the knob because I was CERTAIN it was there and functioning when I showed him the car at drop off. This man wouldn’t hear any of it. He went so far as to call the police because I refused to leave. Once he called the police I sat in my car waiting. While waiting I look on the passenger side floor and I find THE FREAKING KNOB ON THE FLOOR! I ran inside to tell Amit and he did not acknowledge or comment. At this point I took my knob and got outta there. Seems like an honest mistake but way to treat a repeat customer Amit!

I went in there for a oil change and transmission flush. The guys took care of me fast and did a great job. They vacummed my car and cleaned my window and loved it. Everyone was very nice and my when I drove my Car it Sounded much batter and drove great after service!! Did i mention they even wash my engine cleaned out due to little spill that they had. Employee are knowledgeable, and listen to you. They do what you asked them to do, that is plus for me. My car had some serious issues. They fixed it to my satisfaction and was very reasonable price....I found new place to take my car.

I had my brake and few other things done today. They gave me Carbon rotors and cermic pads. They were fast and very detail oriented, told me things I knew I had problem with and few other things. I been coming here for long time and trust their work. While I was there I seen unsatisfied customer helped by doing service twice even know they did that just few minutes ago in front of me while waiting here to get my car done. They handle it well even after I think unsatisfied person was making statement that were not true. I appreciate their kindness to help customer.

I had some work done over weekend, including state inspection. I spent over $825.00 for schedule maintenance. However, they will not pass my car due to bad tires. They did no push any sales. I respect their decision because I know they were bad. They referred me to Discount Tires. i save money because I used their wholesale account. They were quick to do my re-inspection free of charge next day. I see here some people complaint about their inspection. Why blame shop all they trying to do is give you inspection, they never ever told me to have anything fix here or force me to fix it at Kwik, always friendly and courteous. After-all i been coming here for 8 years:))

I had my motor mount replace today. They troubleshoot the problem, and vibration from steering is gone. Appreciate your help in fixing my car right. I have gone to few shops and one of them recommended and done tune up but did not fix my problem.

So today these guys not only were short staffed but super busy!! All I needed was a vechile inspection and was told they would work us in as soon as they could. As busy as they were I was surprised to have be taken care of start to finish in less then 45 mins! Great Teamwork guys!

Horrible!!! Owner is VERY unprofessional. Had a car emergency and had to pull into their shop. Wish I would have just had it towed somewhere else. My father-in-law was helping me with everything while my husband was deployed and had one of the workers quote him one price. When we went in to pay our bill was $300 higher. When we contacted the owner (per one of the people working there) the owner was extremely rude. They refused to give us a break down of parts and labor. Refused to listen to what one of his own workers said as a quote, accused my father-in-law of trying to get something for free, and then continued to talk over my father-in-law. We finally decided that he did not care, would not listen and paid the outrageous bill. But what is absolutely the most outrageous act performed by the owner was after we paid and left with my car he called me from his PERSONAL cell phone to my cellphone and begun to chew me out for disagreeing and having my father-in-law help us out!!! This is the most unprofessional situation I have ever been involved in! I would like to give less than 1 star but that is not an option unfortunately.

I went in for inspection and oil change. First of all, shop is very clean. I was impressed for auto repair shop to this clean. People work there are very polite and professional. They handle issue with upset customer due to bad tire very professionally they asked that they go to discount tire or else where get new tires and bring car back for free re inspection. They even call discount tire to make sure they had those tire in stock. I was having problem with my horn and they found burned up fuse and replace it. i was wondering for last six months why my horn dont work. Great Service and excellent prices.

Only shop in town I been using for my family automotive maintenance and repair need. They have never disappointed me yet. They do go extra mile to help you out.

I recently moved to Copperas Cove from California and needed my Honda state inspected so I could register it in Texas. Usually my husband does these types of things but I had to do it this time. I was really nervous. First of all finding the place was easy and when I arrived and pulled in I hadnt even put my car in park when a serviceman was standing outside my car waiting to ask me what they could help me with. I was pleasantly surprised. They were extremely polite and professional and quick. I waited inside but wasnt sitting down any longer then maybe 15 minutes when my car was done. One of the servicemen drove my car around the front for me and had it waiting for me. I had to ask them where the DMV out here was and they were both so friendly and gave me perfect directions. This place is awesome and I would definitely recommend this place. The service I received here on June 9, 2014 was unbeatable.

Rude, very un-professional, will never go back..Also they failed my truck on inspection of the Ebrake. The guy did not push the petal down far enough. Took it back the next day and they passed it... They wanted to charge me $120 to fix something that was not broke.
