Bed was comfortable but room decor is sparse. Vans to the airport only run hourly. Architecture of the parking lot and hotel entrance makes it difficult to tell where the entrance is.

Cleanliness of this hotel and our room was superb. The person at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our breakfast each morning was hot and prepared just as we wanted. The breakfast host/server was always friendly and attentive. We could not have had any better service!!😀

Waited over an hour for the shuttle after being told 25 minutes. After 45 minutes I call the front and they tell me hes coming. 15 minutes later no shuttle. I call back and the lady working rudely tells me to take an Uber. This is not somewhere Ill be staying with that type of rude dismissive person working the front.

My plan was to reserve my room the day before I arrived so I wouldnt have to wait for 3pm check in. I attempted to check in via mobile, but I never got my room key sent to my phone. When I checked in the following day, I was told my reservation was canceled because I never checked in! Thankfully the lady working the front desk found me a comparable room, ready for check in AND honored the price I originally booked it for. She was amazing and I was grateful for how she helped me.The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable. All staff members I encountered were also very helpful and friendly.

First time staying in a Four Points, great experience. Beautifully designed and wonderful location. Nice amenities. Pet friendly hotel that offers ample room and comfortable stay.

The staff was nicer that chick a filet! The housekeeping staff isnt always on-site. Overall they were top notch host for our event, I would definitely return. And the lady behind the counter does some beautiful make up- face was beat!!!

If you looking for quite place to stay with your family, pass this hotel. Arrived on Friday midnight, lobby was resembling nightclub. Loud music, smell of weed everywhere, and heavy traffic. I asked if that’s something they have every night, and was told that they had event. Apparently management of this hotel thinks that it’s totally fine to make front desk a night club. Rooms was ok. Definitely not coming back.

We stayed here for 2 nights (6/12 - 6/14). After driving for 5hrs and 30 mins with my family from Lubbock to here to spend valuable time with family, all I wanted was to have a good shower, rest and sleep! But, the shower was pouring water outside and there was no sliding glass door to close! I had almost spent more than 30 mins running to the front desk to collect a few more towels to stop the water flowing from bathroom to outside room. My 3 kids and wife were not really happy with what happened and neither was I! Since we were worried about kids skidding and getting injured in the bathroom! The front desk staff was rude and said thats the way the hotel was built and she cant help us in any way other than providing as many towels as we needed!!!! Morning staff Sara was kind enough to understand our issue and give us some kind words and to apologize to us for what we encountered! She even tried to give us a different room but since that room also didnt have a sliding glass door and was not useful to us and so we were forced to spend two days adjusting ourselves by getting more towels from front desk. We had planned to extend our trip and booked a different hotel for the third night since we dont want to stay with issues convincing ourselves spending more money. The first day, the front desk staff was very rude and spoke to us in such a way as though she was letting us stay for free of cost! Will definitely not stay here again. This is not a place recommended for families or people who want to take showers!!!!

We booked 2 rooms for the park and fly package. We’ve stayed here several times over the past. After checking in, we were told that the shuttle to the airport doesn’t start until 8am which was too late for our family and the other man who was also checking in. I asked if the hotel would comp us the cab ride since we booked the room for that service. Many people staying the night before need to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. $40 cab ride to the airport. When we got back at 1pm, I called for the shuttle. They told me the shuttle doesn’t start back up until 6pm! I didn’t think there was any chance we’d have problems on the way back as well.What is the value in a park and fly package when we have to pay $80 in cab fees?When we checked in, the hotel parking lot was very empty. The woman checking us in told me no one had made a note about us needing connecting rooms even though I had asked months ago when I booked. There was no way there weren’t rooms available but she claimed she couldn’t do anything. I am an Gold Elite Marriott member and I was very disappointed in what we paid for this hotel. It wasn’t the lowest priced hotel but I thought I was paying for a better service. I won’t book this hotel again.

I will stay here again when we return to the area.FYI, we stayed on the nights of 3/18/21 and 3/19/21 and the front desk staff were phenomenal. Positive: I liked that everyone who worked there was kind and it was very clean and relaxing! Negative: I didn¿t like that the restroom toilet was leaking every time we would use the restroom but other than that everything was fine.

Visited here for a 3 day trip. Nice hotel. It was really clean and very quiet. The staff was nice as well. I have no complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

During the Dallas Snowstorm of 2021, we made a reservation/booked a room through Hotels.com. (Note - We had no electricity or heat at our home because of power outage while it was 3 degrees outside.) Get to hotel with 4 year old and 4 month old in hand and are promptly rejected. Claimed that it was not their fault, would not assist in finding accommodations, and to complain to Hotels.com. Life happens, but this hotel made no attempt to correct situation. Will avoid them in the future!

Our stay started great hotel is well maintained. The gentleman that checked us in Friday was pleasant so much so that he informed us of the inclement weather coming and we actually extended our stay by 2 nights The winter storm caused an outage in the area our 4th day I didn’t find out about this until I noticed it getting cold in our room went to the lobby and still did not receive any information or updates. I did hear staff (who I later found out was the general manager) telling guest who wanted to check out “good luck on finding some place with power”. Guest were also inquiring about food and even though there was a fully stocked market inside the hotel no provisions were offered outside a kettle of hot water for tea with the warning from Christine “when that’s out that’s it”We are traveling with small kids so we wanted to let them burn off some energy while we waited for an update. As we walked in one of the EMPTY UNLOCKED conference rooms(as groups of people were gathering in lobby and there is still a pandemic happening we thought this was the best option) Sarah came and told us we needed to leave the space. I asked why and she told me to ask Christine Beeman the general manager. I went and asked her what the issue was she said all the conference rooms had been booked for the week and where in use. I reminded Christine that her hotel currently didn’t have power so no meetings were happening. She then told me if I would have asked her FIRST she may have ALLOWED me and my family to use the room but because I didn’t that it was not available. I work in emergency readiness and instead of becoming belligerent I explained to Christine that the way they were handling the outage was unacceptable. That no communication was given to guests about updates no blankets had been offered and proper safety protocols were being overlooked like cleaning carts in hallways and stairs with no lights or signs informing guest to take precautions. She began to argue that she had spoke to every guest and provided updates and they had a plan in place for food and blankets etc. It has been over 2 hours and that plan has still not been revealed no food or blankets have been offered. I understand that weather is unpredictable but a hotel should have a generator for a few hours at the very least. And they definitely should have staff that is able to properly manage a crisis and make guest feel confident in their choice of lodging. The response and lack of compassion received from Christine has left a stain on what could have been a moment for Four Points by Sheridan to shine. I hope power is restored before nightfall.

Stuck in DFW for weather. From the shuttle to the front desk, Adriana and Abdul made my night sooo much better. Best service and hospitality I have had in a long time.

This is a hotel and a conference building. Entrance to hotel is not marked clearly when entering the parking lot.Room was spacious but not clean. Chair was full of animal hair and a big cobweb with a live spider on the side of the ac unit. Reported my disappointment to front desk around 1 pm and left the hotel for five hours. Came back and nothing was done to correct the issue and the front desk attendant did offer to move me to another room. I will never stay at the four point Sheraton ever.

One of the best hotels ever! Great service (by Adriana), rooms are super - super clean. Great bathrooms. Great experience. There’s mini fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket. The receptionist provided us with extra blankets and towels. Definitely recommend this place and great price too. 5 stars service 😃

I would like to give a great review to Dionne, at the Dallas airport location! On Sunday the 16th our flight was canceled due to a big storm that had came through. There was a bunch of flights that had canceled so we tried to hurry and find a hotel that provided a shuttle to and from the hotel. We contacted this hotel and spoke to another worker who put our names on a list to be picked up. We waited for about a hour and a half called back and a new worker, shift change (Dionne) seen where we had been waiting for a long time. She reassured us that we will be picked up. We finally get to the hotel and she has a lobby full of about 7 families waiting to be checked in. She was the only worker that night due to Covid they had layoffs. She was dealing with a bunch of issues from reservations, not seeing where ppl already booked, and us who decided to hang back and not cause any other issues. Customers were treating her horribly and not realizing that all hotels got rushed due to canceled flights, and are having a hard time due to a limited amount of workers. We finally get to her and she apologizes for us having to wait so long to get to the hotel and immediately offered a discount! As a manager myself and have worked customer service for years, I wanted to take Dionne myself and have her work for me!!! She is a great employee and did very well under the circumstances we were in. When I come back to Dallas, this will be the first option I will go to, to book! Thank you Dionne

The room was clean, in the room you have a some sanitizing wipes so you can feel safer, the bed was really comfortable and there is not much noice during the night, the only downside side would be the area, you dont have much things walking distance, but its well connected if you have a car.

Rooms were nice. Check in took longer than I wanted. Digital key doesnt work well on the Fitness Center. Bartender was GREAT

I stayed here for an event and it was very nice! I have traveled a LOT and have stayed at most of the corporate level hotels, but never a Four Points. I will definitely be back! The staff was great, very roomy lobby area with a huge number of couches, chairs and tables. Breakfast was quite good as well. Frequent travelers should consider Four Points if they havent already. It is much nicer than similar level hotels for the price.

Nice Hotel, I was there for a medical screening with Life Line in a conference room. Staff seemed nice.

The hotel was very nice and clean outside, inside, and in the room. The rooms are very nice and laid out well which made for a comfortable stay. The lobby is very inviting to sit and chat with other people or just browse your cell phone. I did not use the shuttle but during the conference breaks the hotel shuttle was available to run people to a local deli (Newks) down the road. Easy access to the freeway and I was very pleased that I did not have to physically leave the hotel to get to the convention center. All the staff was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this location and hotel.

Dallas is quite spread out but this Four Points location is close to it all.My incredibly positive experience began with the customer service provided from the front desk during my booking. Gabby D. went above and beyond to educate me on the area surroundings while educating me on the offerings of the hotel. Her knowledge, kindness, determination, and problem solving skills is what sold the Four Points line to me. Upon arrival I was pleased to be greeted by Jack who has a love for hockey and was made to feel like family. My check in was prompt yet personal. This location and the staff checks all the boxes. I was pleased to find the cleanliness, amenities, and provision of my stay to be as comfortable and convenient as Gabby D. described. I enjoyed my stay and I applaud the customer service provided! The hotel is very nice and seems well kept, but I will never return here. The night worker is extremely rude and very difficult to deal with. She is the very reason why I choose to go else where.

I was on a business trip for a few days and it was great! ALL the amenities like pool, and afternoon refreshments was a nice treat. The most enjoyable part of my trip was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. My server was Blanca and she was friendly and cheerful and took care of me like i was one of her own family members. Because of her Im sure I will be booking my stay here going forward!

My overnight stay at the Four Points was a pleasant one. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issue I had was that the front desk person told the shuttle driver the wrong location at the airport, so I had to wait about 50 minutes for the driver to arrive. I would definitely stat here again, though.

Blanca, who works as a server in the restaurant of the hotel, takes care of her customers like that of a loving Mother. She made my experience at morning breakfast so much more enjoyable. These corporate junkets can be a chore. The hotel is great breakfast. However, My stay at this hotel was made so much more relaxed w Blanca’s happy personality and kind spirit!!!

Patty at the front desk is Amazing! She allowed me early check in and right from the airport she was very helpful in giving me directions to where to catch the shuttle. The hotel rooms are very clean and stylishly decorated with white fixtures. The breakfast was good and all the other workers are very professional and polite. Will definitely stay again.

I was traveling back from a church mission trip and my youth and I became stranded in Dallas due to our flight being cancelled. Four Points got us a room that was clean, modern, and a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and the building was beautiful. I highly recommend anyone I know staying there.

Every time I check in, the staff at the front desk genuinely seem happy to see me. They do they best to accommodate my room needs. I love the beds. The hotel is quiet. I am always working, so it is nice to spend an evening relaxing. The van drivers are timely and so nice. The rooms are always clean. I just love this hotel. The staff make it happen.

Amazing hotel! My friend and I are doing a road trip, and werent gonna make it til 3am. We called in to make sure that was okay, and the gentleman working the overnight shift said hed make sure our room was ready so we could quickly check in and knock out . In the morning I was able to use the gym which was nice. Nothing crazy, but enough to get some nice sweat going. When checking out, Gabby was such a doll!! Her customer service was amazing. We started telling her and Patty about our road trip, and they were so sweet, sending us safe travels to our next destination. Overall, great place. Room was clean, and the AC was on point!

Been twice for work conferences and they are absolutely fabulous. The rooms are nice, bright, and clean. The breakfast served was tasty and hot! I would use them if I ever needed to stay in the area.

Looks like a newer hotel and was definitely clean with nice rooms. Our problem was the shuttle service or lack thereof. We waited at the airport over two hours (and over 6 phone calls to the hotel) only to be told that the shuttle was filling up at Terminal A and we were at Terminal C. We finally took a taxi at a cost of $45 only to see the shuttle parked at the back of the hotel lot when we arrived. (I also never saw enough people at the hotel to believe the claims the shuttle was constantly full.) The reasonable room rate was offset by the taxi cost and the $11 charge for breakfast. Workout room was very nice, but the pool was much smaller than the one at my 88 unit condo complex.

A stellar breakfast experience!Fresh, tasty and beautifully presented by a team who care.The kitchen and serving team are all about hospitality and they will do everything to make sure your day starts out with a smile (and a full belly).And last but not least, hold on to your hat, theres a waffle machine in the shape of the Lone Star state! This surely is the icing on the cake that makes the Four Points by Sheraton Dallas FT worth airport worth a visit.

This hotel was just opened in November 2016 so everything was fresh as can be. There was plenty of parking and easy room access. I wasnt impressed with the pillows, they felt super soft (flat) for my liking but otherwise it was a really comfy bed. The toiletries had a fresh clean scent. Its location makes it a perfect business travelers hotel. The breakfast buffet is a little light for $10, as it includes what is free at many other hotels; but it does the trick. I would recommend staying here.

I stay at this location for all my visits to our corporate office in Dallas. The rooms are comfortable, the gym is great and the staff is very friendly. I particularly enjoy seeing Blanca each morning at breakfast. Its like being welcomed into her home for a meal. Id highly recommend this hotel. Great location. Easy access and all the amenities youll need.

I love staying at his hotel when I am in town. The hotel is very accommodating as they provide shuttle services to and from the airport and to restaurants/businesses around town. In addition the staff is extremely friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant. Waitress Blanca, who works during breakfast especially stands out as she is very attentive to all customers, extremely sweet, and quick to bring you whatever it is you need. Additionally, the provided free continental breakfast is fantastic, tasty and offers plenty of choices. Waiter/bartender Tom that works during the evening also deserves many kudos, as he too is very kind and attentive! Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service. I will continue to stay here whenever I am in town, as this hotel provides everything that I need.

Our atmosphere and comfort was welcomed by Antonio, the waiter,. He was very personable to us and made us feel welcomed. He is very customer oriented to the people he comes in contact with. We mentioned to him, how good the food was and he brought out the chef, Megan, she was very personable and gave us free desert. Along with great customer service and how she takes pride in the food she cooks daily, we thanked her and gave her a big hug. Megan and Antonio made a difference to us as they show what Great Customer Service is. Thanks again for all they do

Missed a flight and was given a voucher to stay here. Assumed that, being free with the voucher it wouldnt be so hot but its actually really nice! Great room thats clean, very comfortable beds, and the staff are very friendly, especially our waitress Blanca we had helping us during breakfast. Good stay

I am enjoying my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Coppell Texas. The staff have been extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. There breakfast is amazing, Blanca was so sweet, kind and accommodating. She made sure that I was always taken care of. I love this hotel and will definitely return for future business conferences and I will definitely refer other colleagues and friends to this hotel. Thank you so much for your amazing service .

I just left this location and had a wonderful breakfast but even better was Blanca my wonderful waitress! She made our dining so comfortable and just great! I would definitely ask for her!

Great hotel! Clean, good beds, great breakfast, awesome customer service! I have stayed here about a dozen times in the last year and its my hotel of choice when in the area.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it was very close to my home and I was looking for just an overnight break from my 5 kids. This place was close, clean in not too expensive! When I emerged from my room to order a grab-n-go from the restaurant, I had such a nice experience with Tristan who was working the bar that I ended up eating there instead of taking it back to my room. In the morning for breakfast, Blanca took care of me. Felt so nice to be waited on by these two ladies. Never felt hurried or rushed, just cared and provided for. Just what this mother of 5 needed!

This was my first time at Four Points! Patty was great! This was for business travel but its been so long since Ive traveled for business that I had forgotten about the rewards programs. She mentioned it and got me setup.The room was very very comfortable and will appointed. I didnt know what to expect but I wasnt expecting this level of comfort. It was a five night stay and I would definitely recommend Four Points!Make sure and stop by the restaurant and say hi to Tom. Hes very gracious and his level of hospitality was on point!

Average but nice enough for a couple nights. Room was nice but bathroom had the trendy walk in shower that only covered half the open side. Water goes out and cooler air comes in so not a good design. Limited dining. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Shuttle will pick up and drop off at DFW ans other near by locations Driver, Aslan, was great.

Hello, during my stay we experienced an issue with the Wi-Fi - there was none available in the rooms. Problem 1: Having no WIFI was a major hindrance and prevented us from completing our work at night. Problem 2: There was no communication regarding the internet not working in the rooms. Surely, there is a way that you can contact your guests to inform them there was no Wi-Fi? Simply putting a sign on the doors, in the elevator, or catching people when they walked through the main doors would have been easy communication. Thursday night I called down to the desk to ask about the Wi-Fi and all the person said was it was out, hopefully it would be up tomorrow. What I learned Friday night when we asked the desk again for an update was that the Wi-Fi was working in the lobby, but not in the rooms. WHY WAS THAT NEVER SHARED? The only other issue I have is the shuttle, we arranged a shuttle at 8:30a - we waited for the shuttle until 8:45a - we couldnt wait anymore as we had a meeting at 9, that we were already going to be late for - so we called an UBER. We never scheduled another shuttle ride. The Wi-Fi was still not working on Sunday afternoon so my colleges left that hotel. It is very depressing to be known as a business hotel and not have Wi-Fi or a way to communicate that to the guests. Overall the hotel was very clean, the employees were friendly.

Cannot begin to describe the great time I had at the hotel. We attended an event at the Conference Center, which was conveniently attached to the hotel. The hotel staff helped the event go smoothly. Employees were very kind and respectful. Overall a great experience at both the Conference Center and hotel! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is staying near the airport or for hosting events.

Great front desk service!It was a crazy busy night of many travelers flights canceled and the staff was going strong into the early morning hours, helping each guest with every request.Superb job by Dionne!!

Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. The receptionist that checked us in was very rude, and kept pestering us asking if we were going to bring friends. We denied it, but she kept saying that if we brought friends and were loud that we would be kicked out. It made me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable. I told the receptionist at checkout about it and she was much nicer. Im sure all the other receptionists are lovely but that left a big damper on my mood for the rest of the evening.

I agree with previous reviewer Constant Traveler. Front end staff really came thru as we are celebrating our 50th anniversary in Texas. Gabby upgraded us to a very modern, comfortable King suite and comped our breakfast for all 5 days with incredible enthusiasm. Logan was equally engaging and so was operations manager France Springs. The hotel is situated in an industrial park location and caters predominately to corporate types but is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping. Couples and families on weekends. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely loved staying at the four points! So clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was affordable and clean and the staff was so wonderful. The breakfast was kinda blah, paid for the “Buffet” to get there to almost all of the food gone. I could understand if it was like half an hour before they closed it, but it was an hour an a half before they closed. No reason that the food should not have been refilled. If I’m paying full price for a buffet I expect there to be food. Also, my mom got rather peeved at the breakfast services. She asked for a tea and it took a good 15mins to get it. At that point she got tired of waiting and just went to the main lobby and got herself a tea. And the breakfast area was kind of a hot mess, no silverware, no clean tables, couldn’t find the plates. They kind of just brought everything out all willy-nilly. Other than breakfast everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay here in the future. OH! And the shuttle drivers were some of the best people ever. After a really long day for a lot of people he made us all laugh and was kind and so accommodating. The other gentleman that returned us to the airport was wonderful as well. Kindness goes a long way and those people have it spades.

Very nice stay. The hotel is very clean.Beds were comfortable and rooms well appointed. The staff was warm, fiienly and very accommodating. Blanca in the cafe was warm and attentive. The breakfast buffet while simple was tasty, the salsa Texas hot!

I stayed there for one night at the government rate. The full rate was approximately $180, and honestly that would be a bit much. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice. The food was not very good, if Im being honest. It wasnt awful, but didnt really justify the cost. Also, theres really nothing around the hotel, not at least within walking distance. If you need a quick place to stay, this hotel is good for that. But if you have time to drive somewhere further away from the airport, Id recommend it.

This is a five star three star hotel. I know that they cannot get more than three stars because they don’t have the amenities of a four-star hotel. However, it was brand spanking new. It was very clean and beautiful. Everyone was great. I got it through Priceline and I just tested my luck with the surprise three star hotel. I’m glad I got this one.

Our American Airlines flight was re-routed in flight and we missed our connection to complete our trip. We had to overnight in DFW. We blindly picked this Four Seasons mostly because of the association with Sheraton. What fantastic service. We had a great quiet room. We had no luggage so we needed supplies - toothbrush and such, which they gladly supplied. Food was great, both for dinner and breakfast. Desk staff bent over backwards for us. I highly recommend!

Breakfast buffet is delicious and the service from Blanca at the restaurant is outstanding! Very friendly, accommodating, helpful - all with a smile! Rogelio was very friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and nice modern design! Lacks an efficient bathroom layout, because there is no door for the shower area, thus leaving the floor wet. No microwave or fridge, and no complimentary breakfast. Service is good; has a clean and calm environment. Not too many people. Right near the airport, and not really close to much else.

Stayed 2 weeks for business training in Dallas - home away from home, this was a good hotel. Clean and accommodating. Always ask for Tom the bartender!

We recently spent and entire week at this hotel. The rooms were pristine upon arrival. Very nice bed. Easy access to DFW. The front desk hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our breakfast service provided by Blanca each morning. We will be staying here in the future.

Everything about this hotel that you can think was awesome. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, nice location. I didnt have one issue during my 3 night stay. The price you can not beat.
