I had a karaoke speaker that needed a power port so we could use it for our wedding.He communicated very well informing us of his progress. He very thorough and noticed the computer board had cracks in it so informed me of the issue and how he was going to fix it if I wanted..and he installed a new power cord and had our back to us in plenty of time and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and was told Microlenk could fix my electronic device. I was more surprised that Microlenk not only picked up my electronic device but did so on a Saturday. The owner went out of his way to see that everything was in working order and when a small issue arose he came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. I also think the amount charged was reasonable for the work that was done. I would highly recommend Microlenk to anyone in the area.

I have now used Microlenk three times and will continue to use the company. When other companies tell me that my computer is ruined and needs replacement Microlenk say it can be fixed in a few hours. I always feel the price is fair and with work is great. I wont even call another computer company anymore.

Chad worked on two laptops for us. Replaced hard drives with SSDs. Replaced a faulty display. Reset operating system on both, bringing all software and drivers up to date. He was very knowledgeable and tenacious in rooting out the issues and resolving them.

Basically its like this... geek squad quoted me $200.00. Chad from Microlenk handeled my computer issues for $80.00. very professional and super fast turn around time. I live 45 minutes from him so he insisted I come back in an hour after I dropped it off. It was less than an hour and he was calling me to come pick it up. He kept me posted on the status of the repair as he was fixing it. He even called me to ask permission to open me computer up, very honest and the price was awesome.
