I have just wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting for a human being to pick up the other end of the line. Are you kidding me???!!!! Nobody had eight seconds to pick up the phone and let me know it will be a while. I will take my business elsewhere!! It’s obvious you do not want it there!! Customer service is getting harder and harder to find!
Don’t use unless you want your time wasted. We waited in line for 20 minutes and not greeted once. We had to go behind the partition and ask for help only to be told we needed an appointment as they didn’t have time to even check us in. Meanwhile 4 employees were wandering around doing nothing.
I dropped off my computer to be repaired. I received the automated voicemail letting me know that my computer was repaired and ready to pick up. When I got to the store, the Geek Squad agent told me that I should have been called because my computer would need to be sent away to be repaired and it was probably time for a new computer. No apology for not calling. I bought a new computer and long story short, when I went to my appointment to pick it up, the store’s Internet was down so they could not complete the work. Did they call to let me know that was the case? That would be a big “no!“ Did they apologize? Again – another “no.“ I asked them to call me when the Internet was up so that I could go back. Did they call? I guess you know the answer to that. Really poor service all the way around.
