It feels like a brand new computer and I can tell it was well taken care of. I will be going back if I ever need help with any of my Apple products!

Very professional! Moving data from my old Mac to a new one was very challenging but the staff was able to complete the transfer. I had many questions and they always treated me professionally and with a smile. There is no doubt in my mind that they will continue to be a valuable resource.

I managed to spill a glass of water on my near-10-year-old laptop, it still worked up til then, and it was totally my own fault. These guys managed to save my hard drive, which had some very important photos on it, AND they gave me a great price on a newer refurbished computer. I have had my MacBook Air for at least 10 years and have never had an issue, until I went to do a OS update. I had no idea what to do and I could not get it to work properly. I called Experimax and they were extremely helpful, they asked meto bring my laptop in so they could look further into it to find a solution. They fixed it right away and knew exactly what was wrong. I thought for sure they would tell me it’s old and I need a new one. I was so relieved and impressed that they got it to work!! I have spoke to a couple of the employees and they are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable leaving my laptop with them. They fixed it in a few hours and only charged me $49.99. I was shocked, as I was expecting it to be much more. They are very fair and I completely trust them. I am so happy to have found them as they are 5 minutes from my home. They assured me that it’s not outdated and should run great going forward. What a relief!! I have had work done at other companies on my windows computers and they always petrified me by saying that my computer was junk and charged me over $300.00, didn’t explain things in a way I understood. I would then think I needed to buy a new one because mine was outdated. I am so happy I purchased a MacBook Air, it has been the best laptop/computer I have ever owned over the last 26 years or so. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to bring their devices to these people. I am not computer savvy when there is a problem I can’t handle and these people did not take advantage of that.

First time ever going here happened just recently because my MacBook battery complete died and wouldnt stay on without being plugged in, two days before I was flying out of state for work. They overnighted the right battery to get my computer back up and running!!! Talk about going out of their way to help a new customer. Apple store said it would be at least one week, BestBuy was FIVE WEEKS... Experimax had it completely handled in a 36 hour span!

I would highly recommend this buisness. I had purchased a new Apple I Pad that needed transfer of apps from old to new. I called and spoke with Anna in the morning explaining what I needed done. Before days end, my new Apple Ipad was up and running. Great customer service, knowlegable, very fair price for work done, and would go back again in a heartbeat !

Beautiful store, with a nice stock of very well maintained used devices and new accessories for sale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are an excellent source for recycling older machines (for free!) that no one else will take or that will charge you to recycle your old Mac. I highly recommend!

I have a Mac Book Pro 2012 that was very very slow. This weekend, while attending Wordcamp in Minneapolis, Anna with Experimax, looked at my Mac Book Pro and suggested they replace the hard drive with a solid-state hard drive. I pulled the trigger and had them do that. Best $200 I spent this year! My Mac Book Pro runs like a Champ now! Like New! Thanks!!

A cracked screen on my old iphone and my Mac labtop, with a crooked cover from being dropped needed to be fixed.Anna and her staff came to my rescue.The iphone screen was fixed and the battery was checked within an hour.My Mac labtop however . . .the hinge to keep the screen and key board together was damaged. When closed the cover is crooked but it still works. I had taken it previously to two other computer repair services who indicated it was not worth fixing. No need to look at it.Heres what Anna did:1. listened to my concerns about wanting to fixing it2. explored/investigated the parts needed and repair cost3. gave me information about repair, replace or buy new4. spent a great deal of TIME with me, so I fully understood my OPTIONSI appreciate the amount of time she spent with me. She wasinformative and educated me on things to consider to make a decision about fixing a 2009 laptop.All data has been backed up and stored as they await my decision about fixing the computer.Ive found a great resource for my Mac products and it is close to home!

Needed a new battery in my iPhone. My options were: (1) go wait at the Apple Store for 2 hours after having waited a week for them to get the battery in stock, or (2) go here and wait about 30 minutes. Very glad I chose the latter. This was about six weeks ago, and its like I have a new device. Oh, and like a jerk, I came near closing time, but they still accommodated me. On a Saturday no less. Anyway, awesome folks. You should definitely pay them a visit.

I was so excited when I learned Experimac was coming to my area. I have Mac products galore and now I can keep them serviced and running optimally without spending a fortune. Just replaced a battery in my 6-year-old Macbook Pro; they got it done within just a few hours and back to me same day. I also like the opportunity to buy reconditioned Mac products and accessories, which saves a good deal of money.

Anna took the time to find out what our personal trainers needed at My House Fitness and then she matched just the right ipad to how we would use the device in our studio. We are very pleased with the product, warranty and most of all ---the excellent service!

A few weeks ago I purchased my first MacBook! Yay! It was used so I factory reset it. I came to find out I couldnt sign in with my Apple ID and boot it up with my information. Leaving me with a useless hunk of junk. After I got off work the next day I called Experimac on a whim hoping they could help, needless to say they did. They were amazingly friendly and went way out of their way to something ridiculously simple (but took time). I got to know the owner and her daughter a little while I was there and they had great personalities and knew an insane amount of stuff Ive always had questions for. If I could I would give this establishment a monthly payment just to come and hang out. Its cozy and I can play Pokémon there.

I had a minor incident with my MacBook Air involving some frosty coors light. As you may know, Macbooks arent fans of cheap beer. My computer was fried. Barely turned on, wouldnt hold a charge, wouldnt connect to wifi... you get the picture. I found Experimac and let me tell you, these people are AMAZING. I had a three hour turnaround on a repair for my laptop, they were very fair with their pricing, and represented terrific customer skills. I am never going anywhere else with broken Apple products. You guys rule!
