Sold me 4 tires with no warranty the core in the valve stem blew out buttttt I got it fixed for 3 dollars pretty cheap pretty fast its Walmart you get what you would expect

Lady working auto center was very friendly, pulled out tires for me to see the tread, and then commented our SUV was over due for an oil change based on the window sticker. Really liked her!However, after she left it took 2 hours to replace tires and do an oil change. I was too tired of waiting to complain that the vehicle was not washed or vacuumed like the sign says I paid for. Also, as we drove away we realized that they didnt even replace the sticker from my last oil change . . . So who knows if they actually changed it.

They werent open and didnt know when they would be because no employees showed up for work

Do not get your car fixed or should I say broken here!!! Go to a real shop, one that puts your oil filter on tight, the oil cap, forget to tighten stuff, they are not experts!!!

We made an appointment on Sunday for my boyfriend to take his car in around 5pm on Monday for ONLY 2 new tires for the Front....They called and said they were closing early due to no help and offered for us to go to Cookeville location which after working 10 hours he did not want to drive across town.I called the so called manager on Tuesday morning,who wasnt too helpful, and slightly rude and scheduled for him to come in at 5 pm today (Tuesday) which he got there as close to 5 as he could only to find out the tech was on break so therfore he had to wait almost an hour then they made a mistake and took off the rear tires which are in great shape,The appointment was for front tires only . This is the worst service and the most rude and inept workers we have ever seen.We will not be back and Corporate will also be contacted.

Hands down the worst service I have ever received from any where for anything. Lazy and incompetent sums this place up and that is from management down.

Why did it take 3 hours for 4 tires?

Took my rims in to have a new set of tires put on due to needing a set of winter tires. Drove the car a day after and noticed that the rear end was bouncing around a lot. Went back in the service shop to make sure they were balanced properly and the manager informed me that all 4 of my rims were bent (they werent a week earlier). They refused to fix the issue and sent it to their insurance claim, saying its no longer their issue anymore. Very poor service!

Was ignored untill I finally got a associates attention, was not aware temporary closed. All signage indicated its open.

The manager justin was very kind and professional. And although they were short handed had my job done in a timely manner. Very pleased.

I had a bad tire. They were accommodating. They were quick, reliable, friendly.

Extremely long wait and then I had to tell them they forgot the hub Cap. Lol but they were very polite. Cant complain

Refused to put tires on the rim at 7:30 because they already printed the closing papers when they are supposed to be open until 8. I asked to even just do one because the metal is showing and thru still sent me away.

Over an hour and 40 minutes to get two tires put on when I brought my own and they tried to keep my valve stam caps that were costom made not stock

I took a vehicle in for new tires, and came out with one that I couldnt hold in the road. Second trip in, they told me I had a bad tire and they ordered me a new one. Third trip in, they told me my wheel was bent. So, Im guessing that the tech, bent it when I heard him scream out like in pain on my first trip in. Yeah, now Im having to replace my wheel cause Im female and dont understand how tires work. This place is not one that Id recommend especially to a female that is not a car person. They look down on them and apparently try to take advantage. Im not done yet....

Do not buy tires at Algood Walmart When I purchased tires they cross threaded two lugboltsl on my car refused to fix it. The assistant manager Justin got really rude to me. Ive bought three sets of tires from them but Ill never buy tires from them again.

Always helpful and fast service

If your time has any value at all go somewhere else. Went to have 4 tires put on was told it would be an hour. 2 hours later finally finished. Jumped on the interstate to go home and vehicle shakes terrible, so i turned around to go back to get it fixed. Another hour of waiting and its still not right.
