The package I purchased should have included vacuuming. Being as I was driving Ford Edge you would think.the back end would be vacuumed. Not here. I called and the lady stated you had to ask for it to be included. Never before, wish the car wash on Jefferson had not changed. Also the mirrors on side had something greasy on it leaving the mirrors bad. I will have to try to use them again being only place like this in Cookeville. From what I seen there was only one person on the front line finishing the car that knew what he was doing. The young boys just acted Ike why am I here.

I went to get oil change and because I had added water to my antifreeze a couple of weeks ago, I thought I would need to have my radiator flushed. Attendant could have easily done that and I woild have paid the price of that service. Instead he checked the temperature of my antifreeze and said I would only need to top it off. I appreciate that. Thank you!

Well, car wash service maybe good for a small country town but not fully satisfied.I have to wash by hand the areas not fully cleaned on the front.I am honest, sorry.

Watch out, based upon their maintenance records I paid for a $100 full synthetic oil change that I didn’t need. Synthetic oil is good for 6000 miles not 3000 miles as indicated by that small windshield sticker that reminds you, “next service mileage”. I will admit that my memory failed, I trusted the next service recommendation, my fault, however, when I confronted the manager he said that all recommended oil changes are schedule at 3000 miles. Not true, my Toyota was serviced at Havoline with a recommended 6000 mile oil change. The manager then said that someone was supposed to change all the data in the computer and failed to do so. I walked. I’m sure that I will get a, “We’re sorry, we always try the please the customer, blah, blah”, response. That is right, SORRY!

Paid for the Supreme wash. Did about half of what was advertised. Windows, floormats while interior wad barely done. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Just a hurry up rip off

Only place available to do my oil change last minute. Very friendly quick and spotless. Got offered a FREE car wash after. Im from illinois. Ive never been to get my oil changed and was offered a FREE car wash afterwards. Very impressed and I will be back every time needed when Im in town.

I came here because of two reasons. One, I have been here a few times through business from the hospital as I used to take their vehicles in there to get them cleaned inside and out(hence the additional star, I know what they can do). Two, I had a coupon from my Smart Card. $5 off a Supreme Wash, which is an awesome deal for what I needed. Yesterday was Sunday and they were closed which is understandable. But today I went in to get my car cleaned (it needed it badly) and found that the car wash is closed because they cant afford to pay someone on rainy days like this. I find this to be a poor excuse, as if you cant train one person who cleans these things how to change the oil on a car. And to add insult to injury, they had three guys inside standing around doing nothing. I went to Wash and Roll and paid twice as much. Just to tell Havoline that they lost my business today.

Service part/guys was great as usual. Inside service was a 0, not the same young ladies and gentlemen from past experiences.

When the owner is there great service and friendly staff. However, when he isn’t there the staff is rude and just stand around. We have been going here for awhile so we know what to expect with an oil change, vacuum and wipe down but did not receive all of that. My husband takes both our cars here but now due to lack of service we won’t be back. He asked to speak to a manger and was told no one was there to help.

During my last visit I really felt the Discrimination for the first time in the US. Okay, Im a Middle Eastern but that doesnt mean to treat me as your enemy! Every individual is responsible about his own actions. The worst experience I have ever had. First I was waiting for the assistant at the car service side, I waited for ever, around three customers came after me got somebody to help them and write them the receipt and ask them to wait in the waiting area. I said for myself thats fine they might forgot me. Later, when the guy took my car into the service area he didnt speak with at all! I thought like okay he might think that I CANT speak English. Later, he was checking my fluids and I asked about some of the fluids weather it was good or not but he didnt respond! Asked second time and the same thing! Asked him for the third time and answered me with a tone like I killed his mother!! After all the bad time I had he changed the necessary fluids and parts including the cabin air filter but he didnt install the box correctly but I needed to do it myself later.Overall, I give 2 stars based on my experience, and to make it there are some super friendly guys their that doesnt care about your race in the wash car section, and also was the manager Jim. I was looking for him but he was not their to tell him what happened.

If you managed to go here when there is not a bunch of people there, these guys are quick and efficient. You can pay for whole oil change and they give you a free $8 car wash. Everyone likes something for free. Thanks guys!

Went to see about a car wash monthly subscription Im not very impressed with the staff. Almost seemed like it was too much trouble to have to get up and wait on me. Oil change Bay people look like they were doing a good job as I was walking by and one did ask if he could help me.

Clean place. Has a small block table for kids. Wait times vary but for a quick oil change no real complaints.

Called and asked about the wait. Lady that answered was very nice. Told me 15 minutes or so. No big deal. Took 45, again no problem. Never been here before so I gave it a shot. The guys in the service bay were great! The lady that just came on shift at the register was beyond rude. I asked how it works and she just stared at me and told me I just came on shift so I dont know who you talked too or what they told you. I asked how I pay or add on a carwash and again she just stared at me and said she will tell me when my car is done. She had zero concern for what I was asking. I went out to the bay and asked the guy out there and he explained how everything worked and added on the car wash. When the car was complete I was standing by the door and she heard me and my daughter talking about it being done. It was the only black car, and black Chevy out there. Instead of saying my car was finished she yelled at the top of her lungs BLACK CHEVY CRUZE! I was literally like 3 feet away. I told her it was mine and when she checked me out her attitude was just as terrible. Absolutely one of the worst people you could have at the counter representing your business! To the rest of the staff, awesome job! To the girl at the counter, if you are that miserable find a new job or learn to appreciate the customers and take a class on customer service!

If you are not a regular go elsewhere! They changed my oil then proceeded to wash 10 regulars cars in front of mine. I probably would have still been sitting there if I had not gone outside and complained. I wont be back.

I go here for a quick car wash. Sometimes its good, sometimes not so great, but it is quick, and when its good, its very good. I just wish they could keep the good staff and not have to keep hiring kids with no work ethic.

The mechanic that greeted us and the staff that washed and detailed the car were so friendly/kind! We will definitely continue coming here for the maintenance of our vehicles.

My little junker car doesnt need a $45 oil change, especially with my barely-better-than-fast-food salary, thanks.

We were coming from Minnesota to Tennessee and my husband truck really needed a car wash from the Minnesota salt. We were referred by another car wash to go there since they were closing. Well I will advise anyone of color please do not spend your time or money at this place. We waited for someone to come to the vehicle to advise us on where to go instead a young man got out of his parked car and came to us and asked if we wanted a car wash, Duh yeah why would we be here? That was a striking against them and after we paid for our car wash the front was clean but the tailgate was not touched. We will never go there again.

They washed the car and vacuumed it out I bought the most expensive package they had and they done a terrible job they said I could come back and they would do it over so I,m going to take it back and see what kind of job they do this time I will sure to express my thoughts after I get back from getting it done over but my thoughts now are if they would of cleaned it right the 1st time i wouldnt have to be going back or call them to tell them what a bad job they done

Used to go here regularly.. no more!! Been taking my car here, trusting theyd top off the fluids, evening after me asking them to and they werent. I guess thats my fault I should learn to check there before pulling out of the parking lot. I guess I expect too much from them even though Im paying 55 each oil change. Went to start my car last week and check engine light comes on. Pop open my hood and antifreeze is completely empty, so I checked everything else, turns out my power steering fluid is below the add line. Will not be returning here!!! Sure fast at a oil change but cant bother checking anything else? Horrible place!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience there. I went there to get my oil change yesterday afternoon and was siting in the waiting room when the man doing my service stuck his head in there and said my coolant was low and would I like him to top it off. I said sure, thanks. Well I was charged $10 for that!!! If I would have known I would have just went to Walmart and bought a whole bottle for a fraction of that. Feel ripped off and wont be back. If you do use this place make sure you find out all the fees prior to letting them do anything!
