Very quick to get in. They had my oil for my vehicle which was 5w40 full synthetic. They also had filter for VW Jetta. They were thorough in what they did. They communicated effectively during the process. A little expensive but when I called, they offered a coupon via text for $25 off full synthetic oil change.Overall a positive experience and will definitely visit them again for care of my vehicle.

First time at this location and I was quite pleased. Colin and Chelsea were professional and friendly. They thoroughly explained services and prices. They checked all my fluid levels and all my lights. First class all the way and I will be back.

Love this place. Theyre upfront with pricing and services. No pressure or obligations, just recommendations, and every oil change they also check lights, top off fluids, check tires, and add air if needed. They can also rotate tires. I can always count on them to give me a quick oil change while Im in my van at a reasonable price.

Manager not doing super pro and letting the csr and topside person slip on there super pro as well. Lacking confidence in the work it seemed. Will ran a tighter service center and had better morale and, happier sounding employees.

Very polite staff. Loved that they were taking all the recommended covid precautions. Didn’t have to get out of my car for it. However, at over $100 for a simple synthetic oil change after coupon, they are easily the most expensive in town that I’ve seen yet. Even the car dealers don’t charge anywhere near that. I won’t be returning because under no circumstances would I have agreed to pay that before the oil change was done. They didn’t disclose price at all until the oil change was complete. I sincerely hope it was just an inflated price due to needing it done on a weekend.

My mom and I stopped in to get our AC checked out. It wasn’t blowing cold air. We were on a long road trip and were melting. The guys here helped us immediately and gave us excellent service. They were knowledgeable and kind and explained everything clearly. The assistant manager Curtis should be given a promotion and raise. They charged significantly less than other auto shops were quoting us. I highly recommend this place.

Outrageous price and I had to ask them to check my tire pressure and top off my wiper fluid. Ill never use them again. $115 for a oil change.

FIVE STAR SERVICE! I absolutely loved this place! I had a bad experience with the dealer, yesterday, so I brought my car here to Valvoline in Cookeville, TN this morning, and was extremely pleased! They checked my car from head to toe, checked my tire pressure, my lights, blinkers, air filter, and more. They were very nice, they wore masks, as did I, and were delightfully pleasant to deal with. I will be back and highly recommend Valvoline. And I got to stay in my car! Love it!

We are so disappointed in the service we received this morning. This is the second time we have visited. The first time was so much different than this time. Previously, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and that all of our fluids were changed. This time, they tried to up sell us everything, including telling me that I need new windshield wipers even though mine are new. They didnt want to change our transfer case fluid and tried to tell us that they couldnt do it because our vehicle was a completely different set up (front wheel drive v. all wheel drive). Apparently we dont know what kind of vehicle we drive. We were made to feel like they didnt want to work on our car and didnt want our business, which I guess worked out for them because we will not be going back.

10-4-2020 I had a oil change completed due to the only place being open and i needed a quick oil change before a trip. Started smelling burning oil thought maybe was just spilled oil after a couple days I still could smell the oil as it got worse. After taking it to a mechanic the oil stick was not placed back on properly and was left halfway off causing the oil to smell. With that being said i don’t recommend this business especially if you can’t even put the dip stick back in the motor after your done.

Great service and friendly faces. In and out in less than 15 minutes they really did a good job. Didnt catch the managers name or I would give him a shout out these guys were all working as one team.

Always a wait. Expensive even with coupons.Didnt check tire pressure, actually had me start the car, shut off and then checked the oil level and showed me the dipstick! Dont think they topped of any other fluids.Its is clean, convenient and nextdoor to the car wash.

First time here, last time here. I get the full synthetic oil change so it’s naturally higher but $30 higher than I have ever paid. And that was with a $25 off coupon.. $96 with coupon. Ridiculous!

They explain everything to make sure you understand it and I appreciate that I know whats being done. I trust them to do what NEEDS to be done and not tell me it needs something just to get some extra money. Professional and courteous staff!

Along with this review, I will be writing a complaint to the BBB. Got an oil change. Everything was fine till we noticed that there was oil all over our driveway. On my way home from work, the low oil pressure light came on. I stopped at the nearest service station and they put in 3qts of oil (guy there said it was bone dry) so I could make it to Valvoline to get them to fix the leak. Made it there and was told there was no leak and no fault to them. Caitlyn clearly can’t do math and wanted to argue that 5 qts of oil didn’t leaked out in a week. Maybe would’ve given them 2 stars since they did fix their mistake, but they never owned up to it so 1 star it is.

I brought my car there like I usually do so I don’t have a long wait and the last time I was there they had trouble closing the hood so they jammed it shut and now I have to pay hundreds of dollars to take it to a shop and get the hood latch fixed.. never going here again

Ive gotten oil changes here for a while. Its a good price, very fast, and you dont even have to get out of your vehicle. The staff have always been super nice to me. I have a tracheostomy and one of the guys actually thought to ask me if it would bother my breathing before he sprayed a silicone spray on my doors. Most people dont think about that.Ive always had a good experience here.

The mechanic broke our dipstick tube. Took off some plastic piece on our engine and tried sending us off without it. Only one person in there seemed to know what they were doing. Wasn’t impressed by any means.

We have been going to class a oil and lube for years and we always get great customer service. The staff are very professional and courteous.

They delete bad reviews. This place isnt associated with the bbb and they will mess your car up than threaten you with decapitation when you want a refund or a manager. If you assert your ammendment right to get a permit to picket them you get threatened by employees in front of everyone on speaker phone than the owner lies on behalf of the employees who threaten to assault you.

I went to this place ecpecting to get a oil change with no issues. Well that wasnt the case, the staff is very rude and they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. When i called and asked about the mistake and to get it corrected all i got was attitude and threats. My next review will be with the BBB.oh and not to mention they broke my oil cap on my jeep and stripped my differential plug dont go there all i can say is told you so and to the owner your manager looks methed out

I wanted 10w40 oil and all they had was 5w20, not a very good selection of weights, I have a high mileage engine and don’t like using thin oils. Service was Ok, never went back.

Ive used this place for years but no more! Ive had problems with their people at various locations over the years but this one has overall been the best until now. The rudest bunch Ive ever seen at this location other than family they had working in years past. My wife went recently and drive off due to the rude attitude. Maybe family working again. No wonder they have closed so many locations!

First oil change on my new car, and they didnt get the cover on the undercarriage properly resecured, making for a noisy, bumpy ride home and back. At least they fixed it the second time by with no extra charge, but its already more expensive than Wal-Mart, offers no secure waiting area, and the coupon for the free car wash was for a place well down the road, not the car wash right next door.

Stopped here today before work to get my oil changed. They got me in immediately, worked fast and were very friendly & courteous, will definitely be back!

My mother went and asked how much it would cost to have her 4 cylinder chevy equinox oil changed. The guy told her it takes 8 quarts of oil obviously trying to rip her off. Thankfully she knew it only took 5. So he would have charged her for 3 extra quarts. Kinda sorry people trying to rip women off. This happend 2 weeks ago. Today is 6-20-15

This place has the worst customer service. Pulled right into the garage and sat there for 15 minutes while the two guys just sat around. One guy has no idea what hes doing.
