I came here while driving back to Murfreesboro for a broken cover and stopped by here for their help. The staff was friendly, great waiting room, and they didnt charge me for the cover replacement. Would definitely recommend this place for a service request and one day might buy my next Toyota here.

I have been to Cumberland Toyota, Cookeville a few times, to service my wifes 2011 Toyota Highlander since I moved to Cookeville about 2.5 years ago but the service I received most recently from Travis Fitzpatrick was exceptional. I could fill up this page with all the words from the English Thesaurus to describe his professional acumen during my visit and still would not do justice in describing this young man. His attention to detail, courteousness and flexibility to my humble request is among the many traits he displayed and is the reason I am thus singing his praises. Performance review wise, he is definitely rated A Top Performer and Best In Class!
