Had an appointment for my wife & I to get pedicures. When we arrived at our appointment time we were told to wait, for approximately 30mins, prior to be seated. Once we were placed in the chairs it was a pretty typical experience. The chair I was sitting in massage settings didn’t work nor was the water to soak our feet in warm. The staff was friendly & sociable, so that was redeeming, but overall the experience was average.

This is one of thee best nail salons I’ve ever been to. From the atmosphere, cleanliness, greetings with a smile and just the overall hospitality while you’re there. Sorphorn is the best, I enjoyed our conversations as she did my pedicure and she is also one of the sweetest person I’ve met there. Keo is so awesome, he will keep you laughing while doing your mani cure. And to top it off I wanted a marble look on my nails as well as a ombré color and he was able to do it for me! Thank you, I appreciate you going above and beyond on my nails for my birthday!!

As I heard good reviews about this establishment, I decided to bring my business here months ago. However, Im not returning as my nail technician is always busy, which is good for her but frustrating too a dedicated customer. Every time I call, which is always on Tuesday she is always booked for the week. Ive already waited long enough to wait to get my nails done and I refuse to wait until the following week to get them done. Its too many nail establishments to be frustrated with the lack of appointment availability. You might need to think about extending your hours to 7-8 p.m.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to get our spa pedicures and found this gem! They prefer appointments to be made, but were able to squeeze us in shortly after they opened on Saturday morning. They have quite a selection of spa pedicures available. We decided to treat ourselves and chose the jelly pedi; it was worth it. It was like warm applesauce between our toes and felt wonderful. You cant use the jets in the tub with this selection, but just moving your feet around this solution was stimulating enough. The pedicures were done very well, as they made sure to clean all around the nail, trim it accordingly, and make sure our feet were scrubbed and pampered professionally. The paint job was done to perfection also, with no air bubbles or missed spots anywhere. We will be going back when its time for a new pedi.

All of the techs are amazing, but Jade did all these sets for me. I love this salon and never mind driving. They are also kid friendly. If he has to come, my son will sit in the chair and play his nintendo switch and the employees are nice to him as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here

Its definitely a studio! Its a very mellow, hip hop, modern vibe. Good for a chill type of relaxing but not falling asleep. The ladies speak to you like youre the good friend which makes such a difference! They dont overcharge and will do their best to please you to a T! LOVE THIS PLACE! My girlfriend loves getting her nails done and I usually tag along and wait. Ive never seen a nail shop like this place, the decor and atmosphere was very modern and unique. Theyre a brand new establishment so it wasnt chaotic in there and I love that they speak perfect English, even in front of you. You dont feel like theyre talking about you. The owners were very cool and friendly, younger than your average nail shop owners. They said this is their third nail shop venture and I think its going to be another success. My girlfriend got her nails done and I was going to wait but the guy talked me into getting a pedicure so I got one with my girlfriend. I usually dont get these but it was a very fun experience and my feet definitely felt refreshing. This place is great with cool owners and very cool atmosphere, definitely more hip than the other shops around. Well be coming back.

I have tried several shops in the area for my daughters. We never end up going back either due to poor or rude service. Many have high pressure up sale tactics or bait and switch pricing. Frustrating! But, this place is a breath of fresh air. Always friendly even if there is a wait. Prices are more reasonable than other shops. They are so kind to my girls. They ask what we want upfront and there is never hassle about price. We will stick with this place!! Also, no overwhelming smell. No sweatshop atmosphere. Studio 138 has done a great job and I wish them success!

Maybe I don’t get my nails done often enough, but when I have $35 would get my cuticles pushed and clipped with acrylics. The lady who did my nails with S&S here wanted to up charge me $10 to have my cuticles addressed. That’s a little much. This was my first experience with S&S. I did have to go back and file the ends smooth, even and square them up. Not worth the $35 to me.Other than the quality of work on my nails. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job on the French tip. Everyone was extremely friendly. Maybe I’ll have a better nail experience with a different technician.

I went in to get a full-set and pedicure and to get my daughter a full set also. The salon has a great atmosphere,looks nice and was very clean. The barn doors add a great touch also. My pedicure was done by Touch. She was wonderful!!! She was so kind and took her time.My feet feel heavenly & look great. My nails were done by Emma. She was very sweet and took her time also. My nails are exactly what i asked for shape and all. I didnt get my daughters tech name. But her nails looked great also. The are excellent about their cleanliness& sterilization.We walked out feeling & looking great! I will most definitely be returning,as I felt i got my moneys worth.

Started going here because Classic Nails was under new management. The owner at Studio 138 works as hard as his employees. This is not your typical nail shop. The service is great and the prices are reasonable!!!

I went on a Friday evening and there was no wait. Great customer service. Mo was my nail tech. She provided great customer service. I got the Gel Polish Only for $20. I was in and out within 30 mins. I will visit again when in Atlanta. I would recommend their services to others.

Extremely professional and clean. Very nice! This was our first time. We got three pedicures: 2 classic and one deluxe. I did not feel pressured to pay for any extras as I often do. I told them what we wanted and they did just that. And they did it WONDERFULLY!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

My Studio 138 Nail Salon experience was the BEST!!The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting!! The jelly pedicure was everything!!!! Sorphorn offered the best in service. I will be back!! Go check them out!!

Great atmosphere but will not be returning . The design I asked for was great but I then requested jewels be placed on my nails and she placed them crooked and not in a straight line, I had to ask for this to be corrected which she did . I got a gel top coat and she rushed me and the gel didn’t dry properly . My top coat chipped the very next day and came off in one layer due to not being dried under the UV light properly. I have had gel many times and this has never happened . Before we started I asked the price and when we finished she up charged me from 58 to 73!!!!!!!!! When I asked about the previously quoted price she said my design costed more than expected. Everyone was friendly but not the quality I expect for that price .

My friend and I entered this establishment at 7:43 and we were rudely denied service because we came too late, however they do not close until 8:00. Nowhere on their door says that they stop taking clients after 7:30, not only that but the sign on the door was still on “open.” Also, we still saw people who just started their nails when we got there. As nice as this nail salon looked, I rather take my money to someone else who has more respect for it.

Yesterday (6/3/19) was my first time going here, and I brought my little sister with me. AMAZING service, is the only way I can describe my first experience with them. The atmosphere in there is phenomenal, all of the workers are so sweet, and the work they produce is top of the line. They’re quick, but very very neat. Emma did my SNS, and I’ve been getting SNS for years. This is the first time I’ve actually been satisfied with my nails. My little sister also LOVED her pedicure that was done by Mao. We’ll definitely be back and I will also tell all of my friends and family about Studio 138.

These girls not only do a great job, but they treated my grandmother like the princess she is. She can be very particular, but they took their time and were so gentle. One of them even held her hand and walked her to the bathroom. Thank you Salon 138!

My husband and I were on our 20th Anniversary and decided to stop in for pedicures and I got a manicure with a gel overlay fill in. It was the day after Thanksgiving and they graciously took us as walk ins. They had the best atmosphere, friendly service, and great service. I think the young ladys who did my nails name was Ashley and I dont know the ladies names who did our pedicure. But this is an awesome shop with great prices! You wont be disappointed!

This is a newer salon, I think its only been open for 2 months or so, and my first time going to this nail salon was less than a month ago. I love the modern, rustic look on the inside and the staff is friendly. I love how my nails turned out.I left my last salon because of poor customer service and my nails would only last for a week and then separate, lift, or break. So far so good with Studio 138! I will definitely go back (probably today).Plus it has a salon in there where the stylist specializes in natural hair and can do weaves and sew-ins as well. One stop shop!

90 minutes wait for a pedicure no way, but I waited. Recommended by a friend... This is the new shop to try. These Cambodian native had difficulty saying my first name so my spot was given to another customer. Needless the wait was unbearable. Music was loud, they were celebrating mothers day. That explains the crowd and food. Another lady did my pedicure. I gave a 4 star because they did not pry into my personal life, everyone speaks English, laughing and engaging with the customers and most important did not try to give me a sale pitch about other pedicure packages. Not like the other nail salons. Hope that the normal wait time of 45 minutes will get better as they grow.Oh, you can get your hair Locs, and perm done here too.

Jenny was able to do my SNS with tips while I had stitches on one finger. She was extremely nice and my nails look wonderful (including that she helped me with my color which I loved and it looked great on me). I have gone after this and I would suggest Emma she has done two different full sets for me and they have looked great everytime. I suggest this place for everyone. I got a pedicure before as well and it was worth the price and they look good. They help you so much when you are undecided on colors. Trust me😂.

I will only go to this place when all other salons are closed. my first visit was great but all subsequent visits were a mess. one nail tech kept drilling my skin with the drill gun and cutting me. my sns polish was lumpy with visible brush streaks.

I was a walk-in today and received awesome service from Ashley on nails and Dee on my feet. Excellent buff job to comple my service. Kudos to them both. I will certainly return.

Worst. The shop is nice and clean, but they cant do gel nails correctly. Also, they only have around 15 SNS colors when theres at least 100. And--they are overpriced

Very rude customer service, i have been a customer at this place for a while and i have been calling to schedule an appointment since they are only doing appointments is understandably but since they didn’t answer i drove my self all the way to the salon, waited for about an hour because the change the normal schedule, I see them walking in an went to the door to just check if they can make me an appointment, an a guy just lock the door in my nose with out saying anything, thats rude he could just say sorry we not taking appointments or something, you don’t do that to your customers!

Im giving it 2 stars simply b/c of what happened before I left the salon. I want to say that this was my first time here and I was very optimistic and open-minded about the entire experience. The service of the pedicure was good I won’t lie about that. However, after the young lady D finished my toes she asked if I wanted to move to the dry station or remain in my seat. I told her no I would rather stay out b/c I dint want to mess up my toes. I decided to take a laminated menu they had just to lightly fan my toes and two seats, I repeat two seats down this pregnant white lady starts complaining about if he air was on, notices me fanning and said maybe its b/c I feel the air from her fan. Lady im two seats from you!!! So the lady doing the pregnant lady’s feet asked me to move after I was allowed to sit after my service. I paid for my modern pedicure just like everyone else and you want me to move after she starts complaining wanting pregnat vip service? To me that was very rude and I got up paid and left. Won’t be coming back again I should’ve went to the nail shop at the Publix at Millers Chapel. You don’t cater to just one person that comes in you are suppose to cater to all your customer Studio 138. Thank you but I will make sure my experience is shared with anyone who decides to do their research about your nail salon. If you want to go to them thats your choice but don’t expect to be treated with integrity as a paying customer
