I am not happy. I just moved to Conyers. I tried this salon. I asked for pink and white nails, a pedicure, and eyebrows to be done. First no matter how much I asked for pink and white gel powder nails I was told no, the Ombre would be better and look more natural. Second I asked for square round nails. My nails in no way look natural, they are completely square with razor sharp edges, and they are uneven and crooked. I will now have to pay someone else to remove these then get a new set done correctly. They didnt listen to the pedicure and waxing part as they went ahead and rang me up. Id rather get that done somewhere that listens though. I will never ever go back. I spoke up several times and was disregarded. I ask for specific things because that is what I want. I dont care what they think is a better look. I want my look. I dont recommend this place at all!

Let me start this off by saying I have no complaints on the fill in they did for me, the color and the quality of my nails are great and I have nothing negative to say in regards to that. But where my complaint comes in would be my eyebrows. When I came in Saturday morning, that is the first thing they did, wax my brows. I knew shortly after something was off but I just thought to myself “maybe it’s hurting because it’s been a little over three weeks since my last waxing.” Well, about 30 minutes in to my manicure and they are getting no better, just starting to hurt and burn worse, I had mentioned something to my nail tech and he was very concerned about it and got neosporne for me, the woman who waxed my eyebrows apologized and did not charge me. I was grateful for that to say the least. Hours had passed and they got no better, the hurt and the burn was there still. I had contacted the salon and asked to speak with the person in charge and expressed my concerns in regards to the temperature of the wax they are using, he said “it is none of our faults that you have sensitive skin and I don’t know what you expect us to do about it.” I told them they should check into that and he told me it was not a concern for them. I then got a little rude with him myself and told him I would contact the health department and have them come inspect the temperature since it was not a concern, he called me b*tch and hung up.

I wanted to give this business a NO star rating, however a ONE star will have to do! I went in this shop for a manicure and everything was fine until I gave the lady my debit card to pay for my services. Its really strange why it took her so long to bring my card back.. so Im waiting and I get up to see whats taking so long.. I sign my receipt along with a tip, meanwhile something said to check my bank account! Not only did they charge me once for my service but twice! I go back in the shop to show the lady that youve charged me twice and she stated that, I had to wake the machine up, but you wont be charged twice, itll fall off I said okay, but if its not off Im coming back! I check my bank account and WHAT do you know! This merchant had in fact charged me twice! Now I have to dispute it with my bank. I have a great bank and Im also asking that I be reimbursed for both charges for poor service, lying and stealing therefore possibly creating insufficient funds for other monies entitled to real merchants. GET IT TOGETHER USA NAILS OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Had SNS done. I have to say I think my three year old nephew could do better. They werent smooth, werent even and in general look horrible. I had them fix three while I was there and she got more and more of an attitude each time. I wont be back and wouldnt recommend this places unless you like throwing money away.

My mother and I have been going to USA Nails for years. The only person thats done my nails is Tim. Julie does my pedicures. Theyre both amazing. Tim is very nice and takes his time to make sure Im getting exactly what I want, and Julie does a wonderful job on my feet. As long as I live in Atlanta, I will continue to go back.

I got a simple acrylic French tip a new set. Let me just lost the issues1. The nails were NOT even and the lady filed the the nail some that one chipped.2. The acrylic lapped over to my skin, just wasnt a very clean job3. There was left over acrylic under my nails4. They were rounded on edges ( i understand they have to buff them when you want square but this was not just a normal buff )5. The top gel / top coat came off days later.I was so unhappy that a few days later I went to another salon to get a whole new set.

The staff is unprofessional, and the service is not the best. I wouldnt recommend.

They have great service and done in a jiffy. Had my feet feeling great. They have my 20% for my birthday for my feet and the have 10% off your total after your finish.

Unprofessional! The guy who did my nails when he was done I felt like I had on fake nails or press on nails. I went back for the owner to see it and fix it. She was not there and the staff was rude to me. Everyone all of a sudden couldnt do nails. And the guy shouted to me as I was walking out Next time call before you come Am sorry they did fairly good work because of my location but after this am never going back.

I wish I could have given them no star!! They are rude and sarcastic!! And can not do nails, I ask for solar nails which they charge 35.00 dollars for by the next day I look there are air bubbles under my nails and they look like they have been on for weeks. And when you request them fix a certain area they start talking about you!! I will NEVER go back nor will I refer anyone to them.

You have to get Snow if not you are missing out she is the absolute best

I have been getting my nails done at USA Nails for years. They always provide excellent service in a clean environment.

Me and my daughter went into the shop to get our nails done, and a pedicure. One of the nail technicians was so rude to my daughter and I. Im a kind of person I will try to explain what is going on to try to make it work although I feel like we were done wrong in the first place. I dont mind apologizing if Im wrong, because I have to teach my daughter that nobody is perfect, and if you are wrong always apologize. Try to make you wrong right. But in this situation this nail technician was so rude, argumentative, to where the owner of the shop offered to give us nail and pedicure services, but I was so disturbed of her employees actions we decided to leave I will never step foot in this business again! Very poor ratings! And FYI a couple other young ladies, that my daughter went to school with at Rockdale County Sher high school, expressed the same thing. And advised us to just have someone else to do the nails. But that rude nail technician just spoiled the entire environment for me and my daughter. So I wish them well, and I will spend my money elsewhere.

This place only looks nice but the service its ugly ! i ask to do french nail she say ok and Wha,t look like my 5 years old nice do my nail.pay for $27 +2 tip and my toe nail looks mess !!! sorry i wont go back this place.

I got a gift certificate for my bday..got a pedi for $35 it wasnt the greatest...the tech half polished my toes

The service is way too rushed I paid $45 pedi and they forget my massage and the hot towels and they do not do design which they said they are going to start soon but the place is fancy and clean

NEVER GO HERE! I spent $50 here on SNS and and tips and it looks like a 5 year old did it. I asked for French manicure and all the polish was uneven and then she put black underneath the white to try and help things and made it worse. I had an appointment so I had to leave when I came back to complain, they refused to give me my money back so fix the situation for free. Bad customer service and nasty attitudes

Ok...you gotta be a certain kind of pissed off for me to get off work and the first thing i think of is to write this review..so tell me why i got my nails done a week and 2 days ago thats last tuesday why i dont have any nails on no more. Why they all fell off within 2 days. I just was able to get the last right thumb nail off after it had been chipped 2 times. The young women doing my nails was very eager for me to hop up outta there. I will never get my nails done here ever again nor will i ever use any if their services. I paid near 20 dollars for some dollar store nails and nail glue. Miss me with that.

Everyone who works there is completely rude. There was only 3 costumers in the salon, and as im explaing how i want my nails the woman shhs me to carry on a new conversation with one of her workers in chinese, so what do you know she messes them up... so i tell her again only to get yelled at?? Its very unprofessional in there.

This place sucks. Dont let the Chinese man do your nails. He is the worst. He cut your skin while filing and makes you bleed. And now I have a infection cuz of his stupid ass
