I regret signing up with them. I had them for three months and all of a sudden they notified me and said they have to cancel my policy because of something with the underwriters. On top of them canceling my account suddenly they also continued to charge me. Now I have a balance on an account that was canceled. I would never recommend them. Luckily I switched to StateFarm and now I am saving about $50 more a month on my car insurance.

I was shopping around for motorcycle insurance for my new Harley and was stunned by the quote I received from your office manager Vicki. It was half the price of what I had been paying, and with the same coverage. I asked her numerous times if the quote she gave me was correct and she it was.well I rushed right down to your office and spoke to Vicki again and signed up for a new policy with her right then and there. You guys are awesome. I tell all my biker friends how good you guys are and I know some of my friends have also switched to allstate since I have talked to them. Thank you Vicki for such great service.

I couldnt be happier with the help that I recieved when I started my policy back up down here in South Carolina. It was a confusing situation and my new agent didnt stop until she was able to figure it out and get me covered again. I have been with Allstate since I started driving as a teenager, first on my parents policy and then my own. I had an accident a few years ago and they were absolutely wonderful then as well!! I love Allstate, they have always stuck by me.

After hitting a deer I was told to be more careful and they could no nothing to fix my vehicle, how can you be careful when an animal jumps in front of you. Along with the fact the guy whome came out to inspect the vehicle was rude, even making unnecessary comments.
