First time at this salon a couple weeks ago. It was a good experience. I got a gel pedicure and full set gel nails also eyebrow wax... All turned out great.. Ill be back for fill in soon..

She did not use anything on my feet til after the polish was on. I had to ask if I could get lotion when they dried. Then she put a dab of oil on and barely any of the pink lotion. I just paid $45 for a pedicure and they feel like sand paper

I do not understand how this salon has such great reviews. I visited for a pedicure and gel nails and it was downright disgusting. The areas to sit and get your nails done looked so dirty. Mail dust, clippings, and everything else all over the counters where you were supposed to sit your hands. The bowls to dip your nails in were dirty. All of the tools were being reused not sanitized. The entire place was just so incredibly dirty I don’t understand how they are allowed to be open. After my pedicure snd getting my nails done I red bumps on my hands and feet that I’ve never had before so I have to imagine it’s from this place. I normally don’t write negative reviews but DO NOT GO HERE.

Love Erics work. The atmosphere is nice overall and they dont have you in there ALL day.

I was a little hesitant at first when i decided to go to deluxe nails. Just because ive been looking for a good place for so long that I like. This place was great! The staff is super nice and helpful and they got me in quick. I was really wanting some festive Christmas nails this time. I walked in, showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were completely on board, super nice. My guy did such a good job, (really wish I had gotten his name) and it was a lot better than the picture I showed. He picked out my colors for me and I am super happy about those colors he picked and the job he did. These are my favorite nails yet! This place is great!

I have been a patron of Deluxe Nail Spa since relocating to Concord back in 2010. Eric used to be what I thought was the best nail tech in the area, especially because I have visited quite a few and found him to be patient and to pay attention to detail. I had a manicure last Friday (11/01/19). By Sunday (11/03/19) the polish began to chip. They are closed on Sundays and I couldnt make it there on Monday so I went in to have them repaired on Tuesday (11/5/19). I wear gel polish. The polish usually last at least 10-14 days before it even begins to chip. I have been wearing this polish for at least the past 4 years. The last few manicures I received from Eric have been subpar to say the least. This last visit really did it for me. Eric has really become slack in his efforts to please his customers or he really doesnt care because he is making so much money now. I dont know which but the service I received is UNACCEPTABLE. In stead of taking off the gel completely he filed away the chipped areas at the tips of my nails and re-polished that area only, leaving this horrible texture and indentations on my nails (see photo). This is horrible! You can see it, feel it, and even see it in photos. This looks like something I tried to batch up at home. Then he has the audacity to say... Im not going to charge you for this, okay? Im thinking to myself... I know you cant possibly think I would consider paying for such horrible work. Needless to say my time has run out with Eric and Deluxe Nail Spa.

This was an relaxing and awesome experience. This is the second time getting SNS nails and I love it. My technician was very professional and courteous. When he did my pedicure I could had fell asleep thats how relaxing it was. Im visiting from Fayetteville but I would come back to enjoy Concord and Deluxe Nail Salon. Thank you Eric for the great Ambience and awesome service.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Deluxe Nail Spa. First off, I love this location. Its very clean and relaxing. The nail techs are all very professional and provide excellent customer service. Ive had my nails done by everyone here and they are all 100% awesome!

Got SNS done. After the first visit they looked goopy and were very crooked. Not to mention hurt my cuticles so bad I have cuts all around my nails. Came back to fix them and they were so crooked we had to just cut them. Well he cut them so short (to the quick) that i now have nubs. So 4 months of nail growth gone. He tried to fix it by glueing on fake nails, not at all what I wear or want. So he asked “you want them that short” NO, but I have no choice now. My nails are not even the same length or shape the second time around. Absolute worst waste of money, should have known better than to go here out of convenience. Will never come back, I would rather drive an hour to a place that won’t kill my cuticles and give my crooked nubs.

I love it just was not to happy this time with the colors or how they turned out any other time they have been Beautiful

My girlfriend and her daughter love this nail Salon. The establishment is very clean. They did a great job on their gel nails. Its been 3 weeks and they still look good. The employees are very nice

I switched here from one if the larger salons after my tech of 2yrs left suddenly. Im super picky about who does my nails- I have been delightfully pleased! Actually glad I lost my other nail girl in hindsight. Eric does a top notch job. Careful detail and attention, doesnt rush through work. Always able to work me in quuckly either as appointment or walk in.The girls are also awesome! My go to salon!

I looked at all of the reviews before I came here and I must have over looked the dates !! The good reviews were posted a while back. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon !! Very unprofessional, I went in for gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The lady started on my nails and I asked her to do my toes first ( it’s cold and raining I didn’t really want to leave with the plastic flip flops on) but she just kept on doing my nails !! Once she was done she handed me off to a different person to polish my toes !! I’m not impressed at all and will not be back.

I am new to Concord and having moved across the country I was a little nervous about finding a new nail salon. I tried a few before finding Deluxe and I do not plan on ever going anywhere else! Eric is super talented and I have really never had better nails or better service before and that is saying a lot because I went to the same nail salon that I liked so much for five years in Colorado. If you’re new to the area and looking for a quality service definitely check this place out.

Ever since moving to the Concord Harrisburg area, I’ve been looking for good quality and service and this salon has it! Always nice, can get me in and get me out in ample amount of time! Eric and his staff are amazing and are efficient in their craft! Must go to!

Fastest pedicure I’ve ever had lasted maybe 5 1/2 minutes. Super dissatisfied.

First place I have gone to that is gentle and thorough with my toe nail treatment! I like this place

The folks who work here are super nice, but if you ask for a specific design on your nails they dont really understand. Theyll put something absolutely beautiful on there, but it wont be what you asked for. Also, to get a good result with a pedicure I have to sand down my heals before I go as they dont really remove all the callus. Bummer there as that is the only reason I go.

I have been getting my nails done here for several years and I have always been pleased with my experience. The customer service I received as always be excellent and consistent. I highly recommend this to anyone who is searching for clean salon for all of your needs.

I can’t speak to the quality of their work. I walked in. Stood there. No one ever acknowledged my presence. There were two workers. One was walking around. The other was working with a customer who looked at me when I came in. The smell of chemicals was strong and I typically don’t like that in a my choice of salons. I am visiting from out of town with my family and I have to say I am quite shocked by the experience.

Went here several months ago. Needed a new set and didnt have time to go to my regular nail salon at the time. Wow, I wish I would have because while take off my nails, she cut into my real nail (made me bleed) and super glued my nail back. I had to have them removed to give my real nails time to heal so I wouldnt get an infection. Id never go here again.

Absolutly the worst service I’ve ever gotten, didn’t sanitize the equipment, completely rushed me through, and completely screwed up the polish job. For the sake of my nail heath, I didn’t want them to correct or redo it because it’s gel nail polish (since they’ll have to soak and pry the polish off and god knows what else might go wrong). Idk why I got this treatment, it was my first time there and they had good reviews on google. Will never go back and won’t recommend it to anyone.
