I asked for shape and for her just to neaten my eyebrows. These are not crescent shaped. I felt like she wasnt really interested in doing my wax. Yeah theyre neat. But theyre not even. And I explained my eyebrows arent thick so you have to get the wax right. I Know I know she said. Looking at these... she didnt know. Then she asked me if they were ok. Wow. If you think theyre ok... yeah we done here. She did good on my lip and chin tho. They all wear masks. There was no wait and parking is free.

Somehow the gel polish was so thin and weak, some of my nails cracked at the quick on the sides. She took my hands out of the light repeatedly before the time was up. A week later I was home and able to reinforce them with silk and more gel.

My nails looked so good when I first got them done. So smooth. I got a gel manicure. Whatever gel they are using is so bad. I dont even want to write anymore because the picture says it all 😠

The lady who took care of me was rude when I came in she didnt even greet me all she said was what you want and i said 2 pedis, which she said she had no time for but the person behind me wanted the same thing so she had to take care of me!! I think she was the owner, I will never go there again, This is the second time I had been there, the first time they didnt want to take care of me because they said they didnt have time. The only reason I went again is because my daughter wanted to get a pedicure for her birthday, mind them they didnt even give her one even though I asked, she messed up my daughters nails big time 😠 she didnt even put the color she wanted and then she complained because she had messed them up when she fell from the chair she sat her on. After the older lady came and touched them when they were still wet and messed it up again then the owner told my daughter that was the last time she was going to fix them! They will never be seeing me again, they really upset me! No sense of business here😑 I could have done a better job myself for 35 dollars

Worst service ever i went to get a pedicure and they cut my skin and the nails werent painted well. Theyre not well trained to do a good job
