Sonia is amazing! She is the best at threading eyebrows and doing a full-face threading. Very thorough, friendly, overall a very pleasant person

I hate this place now so i came here today to get my eyebrows done cause i start school on the 12th and i’ve always been bullied for my thick eyebrows but when the lady did them she made them so round and uneven i thought she’d just clean them up a bit and get rid of my unibrow but NO SHE LEFT ME LIKE URSULA i cried all the way home cause now i have to fill them in and who knows how long they’ll take to grow again. never come here!!!

Have only been here once, but my eyebrows turned out perfect. I was very surprised how fast and precise the threading was.. I will definitely be going back.

Wow, I am impressed. Online it says 7:00 pm close time. I call ahead to see if we can walk in. She says totally fine, yet we close at 6:30. I got there at 6:20.She finished up quickly with the other younger couple, and quickly sanitized the station, and seated my daughter.She was very efficient and very attentive to our needs. Im so happy we were able to get a schedule with her. What a beautiful and talented personality to be around. I am so grateful for the diversity in our culture,the USA, what a beautiful country we live in. I would love to come back in the near future.

Always a clean atmosphere and nice place, friendly service is given. I have noticed there are no paper towels or anything available to dry off hands after washing them in the bathroom. They are often busy, however, the business flows smoothly and the line moves along quickly. Comfy couch and chairs and magazines available. Henna can be arranged by appointment. Jewelry and accessories for sale as well.

I only go here when I am back in the Bay Area, these ladies haven’t given me a bad experience. For their price, they are well worth the extra tip money. I wish them the best in their new location

I came in and explain the lady to clean my eyebrows and I clearly explained. I ended up with more than half of my eyebrows off and left me with a thin line. Not recommended please don’t go and waste your money.

Amazing!!! So quick, clean and fresh. I will not go to anyone else now. The owner Sonia is so great and sweet. I told her about someone else taking too much off and I could tell she was very gentle and delicate. Left them thick just like I asked! Thank you ladies! Ill be back soon.

I couldnt seem to find them after they moved from Salvio to this little plaza a few months back. Im so happy I have again! They always do my eyebrows perfectly!

Extremely thin eyebrows now 😧 I would not recommend this eyebrow place to my worst enemy! No one deserves to get their eyebrows threaded so THIN! Eyebrows are supposed to accentuate your face, make you look natural! Worst eyebrow threading I’ve ever had done!Well Sonia failed to ask how I would like my eyebrows, when I asked for just a “clean up”, she reshaped and thinned them to almost no eyebrows. After she was done threading away my eyebrows I told her they were extremely thin & she didn’t care. I will never go back! From the moment I walked in, I did not receive a greeting, or acknowledgement. There were 2 customers ahead of me. There was no music, a dead silence. Sonia was the only person there that day. I asked for eyebrow tinting as well and she hesitated and said that she would do it, but preferred a room she had in the back that is currently being renovated. Half the building is being remodeled. The rates were fair, but too expensive for the end results. This experience was disappointing and I hope my eyebrows will survive this. If I could I would vote 0 stars! Please save yourself a bad eyebrow threading service and steer clear of this place.-From one disappointed customer

Workers turnout rate is extremely high. They dont stick here too long. So next person that comes in may not always have proper training in eye brow threading. They have made up mistakes on various occasions.
