Used them to tear down old white gutters and replace with black gutters and install gutter guards. I believe the price was very reasonable, especially with the gutter guards. The delay in installation was my issues, as I was getting a new screened in porch installed and had to wait for that to be complete. Once scheduled, they arrived on time, worked until the sun went down to make sure everything was installed in one day, before a heavy rain storm the next day. Everything looks great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Concord Gutter Service did a good job cleaning out my gutters. I would give them 5 stars, but there was a payment issue. They asked me to mail them a check or bank check. I dont use checks, but I had cash. I asked them if I could pay with cash in person. They told me I could come by and pay in person. I arrived at the business address only to find residential houses. So I gave up, and I ended up mailed them a bank check. Im not about to start knocking on doors to try and find the business owners.

Corner of second story gutter came loose from the house. I called Concord Gutter service on a Monday. Person who answered was very pleasant to speak to. We scheduled for next day. Braylen called ahead of time to make sure time was still good. He arrived on time, professional and courteous. He repaired the piece using longer screws that original install. He check the whole gutter system adding longer screws along the way. Above and beyond what I expected. Will call again for next gutter repair or replacement when needed.

They not only cleaned the hard to reach spots that would be easy to skip over, they made sure my downspouts were unclogged, blew all of the debris away from the house, and left it looking like they had never even been there. We had a fence put in and that made the downspout flow inside the yard. This made quite a mess. CGS came out and discussed some options on how to get the downspout outside the fence.
