Beverly and Caitlin came to deep clean our home and absolutely exceeded expectations. They were punctual, kind, and had keen attention to detail. The baseboards, which haven’t been washed or wiped down in over a year are pure white again. Our home is absolutely spotless and smells so fresh. I left a voicemail and my call was returned promptly the next morning. (Monday was Vetrans Day) I spoke with Danielle. She was so pleasant. i explained to her the that I was looking to have my mother in laws house cleaned for her as a gift. Glass slipper cleaning was a great experience for my roommates and I. I called them for an inspection and quote and they were able to do the cleaning the same day. Danielle and the girls were super nice and thorough in cleaning up a semester worth of college student buildup and mess. The house was filthy and it was not an easy task but they got it done efficiently and effectively. We will definitely be using glass slipper cleaning services in the future.

We hired Glass Slipper to come and clean all of our kid smeared windows in our old home before we listed it on the market. Danielle, the owner, provided excellent service over the phone and through email leading up to the appointment. She was able to fit us in with only a few days notice. The girls did a fabulous job and even did some extra cleaning when the windows were done since they were still had some time left. Afterword Danielle followed up to make sure that we were pleased. Danielle and her team were excellent!I requested a quote for a deep clean and Danielle replied within minutes. Provided a copy of her insurance two days before arriving at my house to give a quote. She did a walk-through of the house and provided an estimate based on the number of hours she believed it would require.Danielle then provided me a electronic quote to review and agree on.The day of her team arrived promptly and I provided Emily a walk-through again. She reviewed the listed items with me and had me sign off agreeing to have the work done.The other 3 ladies whom accompanied Emily were extremely professional and worked expeditiously to make sure every nook was cleaned. Any questions they had regarding what should be done they sought clarification from me and provided me updates along the way.At the end of the day they all worked together to finish up the remaining items and even came under the initial quote that was provided. At the end of the day I again walked through with Emily to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and signed off again.I have nothing but high praise for the work that was done by Glass Slipper. My wife was thrilled and we even got compliments from Family.As can happen with any professional cleaning, a small Christmas decoration was accidentally broken by one of the cleaners. Danielle again showed her true professionalism as she called to find out if I was satisfied with the work and stated she would replace the broken item. My computer desk still has dust on it Also under the desk I dont think it get vacuum and trash beside computer desk isnt empty and a couple things not done. Dont get cleaned out!!!!I hired Glass Slipper Cleaning Services and they didnt do the type of cleaning I expected. Just like every other time they did a weekly cleaning for me, this time, I noticed some money missing from my bedroom. Not only has their quaility of work deteriorated since I first hired them, this is the icing on the cake. I work hard for my money and simply dont have the time to tidy up as I have a very hectic work schedule. Needless to say, I will find someone else very soon. Even if I have to pay more, I would rather have hard working honest people in my home, versus someone that you cant trust and isnt consistant with their work.
