They are super friendly. Work fast. I got my rental within 5minutes. They also pick up and drop you off within the city for free. They had the car sanitized and also had colors wipes to wipe and sanitize the car. The rates are great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a nightmare of an experience. I took my car to be serviced at my dealership and they were out of courtesy vehicles so they set me up with Enterprise for a rental car. From start to finish it was an awful experience. I drive a $70,000 luxury sedan and was given a bottom of the line rental. I dont expect to be given the nicest car on the lot but they could at least try to give something comparable.12 days after i returned the car i received a receipt that Enterprise charged me $500. No notice, no email that they were charging me. Just a receipt. Who does that?? I call to find out why and they tell me that i returned the car damaged. Which I absolutely did not. I had the car for leas than 24 hours. Drove it home, to my parents, and back to the dealership. They sent me images and the bottom of the front bumper is cracked. If i would have hit something i would have heard or felt it, there is absolutely no way it was me. But Enterprise says that because i cant prove that it wasnt im responsible. Its absolutely bs. Enterprise asks if it was caught on the initial walkthrough, which is a joke because they know very well that their walkthroughs aren’t thorough. They are nothing more than the associate circling the car at eye level for 5 seconds. You would have had to be on your knees to see this. Its a sad day where i know apparently need to video record the walkthrough and entire car in order to avoid being scammed by such a large company. Heres my question for Enterprise. Why did i not receive notice for 12 days?? And the date of the inspection was 5 days after i returned the car. Where was the car for those 5 days? Who had access to it during that time? Im guessing one of your workers hit something in those 5 days perhaps when parking it in the lot until the inspection. And instead of taking responsibility you are screwing the customer.I have been a loyal enterprise customer for years. I have done daily rentals, weekend rentals, and even a 7 week rental while working out of town. However you have lost my business now. I am being scammed by Enterprise and will absolutely be escalating this to your corporate office.

Big selection and friendly staff. My only complaint is no walk through of the controls of the vehicle. Not a big deal but it would have been a nice customer service touch.

I have always had bad experiences when renting a vehicle in the past with different companies BUT this time was different.I book my rental online which it was a really good deal for a 4 day. Nice vehicle selection and the staff was nice and courteous. Pick up and drop off process took less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to my next rental.

I have rented from Enterprise for years and have always had good luck until this last time. I reserved the car a week in advance to make certain I would have one. When I got there at 8:45 in the a.m., they did not have a car for me. They only had a honkin huge truck available which I was a bit upset and freaked about driving it. Way too big and I had tons of errands to run. I dont even think I could have found parking spaces big enough to accommodate the length! I called all day long trying to find out if they had recd a car back that I could swap out that huge truck. It was not until after 5:00 p.m. that I was able to get a car. What is the point in reserving a car a week in advance if it is ignored? When I reserve a car that far in advance, I expect the car to be available to me. I dont believe that is an unrealistic expectation. The people there are extremely nice and helpful and apologetic. It somehow seemed a bit out of their control. Dont know why that happened, but I was not happy.

Rented a car for the last weekend of August 2020. We were helped by Nick then Chima? (not 100% if thats the correct name/or spelling) and a woman who we believe was new since she was shadowing Nick first then Chima. All three employees were kind, clear and worked quickly. We were shown three cars and the woman employee ultimately helped us make a decision by asking if we wanted to open the trunks and compare- making it easier on our end. When returning the car we went in a little earlier to drop the car off and leave the key at their drop box since we had work and werent going to be able to go at their opening time. As we walked to drop the key off Chima greeted us and let us know he had got there a little early and could help us with the return. That was so kind of him and was really appreciated on our end. Im happy to know that Enterprise is hiring the right people to represent their company. And a big thank you to Chima.

I cant express just how grateful I am to this company. I was in need of a rental for an extended period of time and Patricia in Vallejo was always courteous and professional all while doing the best in customer service. Nate in Concord helped me in purchasing a used car that I wanted that was great on miles. He was very helpful and patient and professional. I will never forget the level of care I received with enterprise and will only use them for all my car rental needs!!!

I set up a rental for my mother who is in town to house and pet sit while I am away on vacation for 8 days. She wanted to rent a vehicle instead of using mine so I chose this location due to its proximity to my home. I set up the rental for her and used a code provided to me by my workplace, later that morning I called into the business (they didnt answer at 9am though online it said they shouldve been open) and requested a pick up service since I was working a 16hr day and couldnt take her to get the vehicle. The nice female employee who answered had no issue setting it up said they would call and head her way around 5pm. 530pm rolls around and no word from Enterprise so my mom calls into the location to confirm they are in fact picking her up, the driver just so happened to be calling her at the same time to advise he got stuck in traffic. Here is my issue with both those things; I live in this area and there is no traffic from that location to my home, traffic is heavy going the opposite direction. After pickup (admittedly he was very nice and chatty with my mom) the driver chose to stay on Hwy 4 with traffic to take the Solano exit. If youre going to send someone to pickup a customer last minute, make sure they know the area. Morello to Muir to Contra Costa Blvd would have been faster. Hwy 4 to 680 to Concord Bl exit wouldve been faster. Instead you show up late then take a terrible route back to the business. After finally getting to the rental location, the employee questioned the coupon used and after denying her the ability to use it....then charged her more than what the original price was before the coupon. My mother asked about that and they had no decent reason for the upcharge. While standing at the counter they questioned about insurance, we already denied their coverage online so who knows why they are asking again; her insurance fully covers rentals. They made her fill out all the info she already filled out online and when she asked why she had to do it again they stated its because she didnt provide her credit card on the app. Makes no sense, they just wanted to scam her out of money. All while this is happening no one is getting a car or doing anything to make up for the late pickup. Once they do finally get her a vehicle it has no gas, literally on empty. I will never recommend this place, never go back, never use enterprise again. They got one star cause I had to give them something to write this

One of the best experiences that I have had with an auto rental (and Ive had hundreds). My car was totaled and I needed interim transportation right away. They Fixed me up with a neat red Jeep and adjusted the price to match my insurance reimbursement. When I purchased my new vehicle, they picked up the Jeep at the dealership. Perfectly seamless service.

The car we rented smelled really bad like cigarette smoke. We asked to change the car and they tried to just spray the car again but it still smelled. After much ado, they finally switched the car. About an hour into our trip when we turned on the air, we realized that this car smelled like cigarette smoke as well. After returning the car, the manager was reluctant to compensate for our nauseating trip, bit finally gave us a small break. Maybe the car rental companies should increase their fine for smoking to $500 and actually clean the cars instead of just spraying them. They should also consider smoking/non-smoking cars since people are just going to smoke in them anyways.

I had to come here to get my rental for my car that was in an accident. They were definitely helpful and even had their kiosk outside to help members. The only negative is at a time with Covid-19 not all patrons were wearing masks so Im not sure if enterprise was enforcing this yet or not. It definitely would have been better if they as a business was enforcing this because it is an outside setting and we are in the open waiting for our vehicles. This would help especially those that are immune compromised.

I rented a van... it had 48,000 mi on it and smelled like someone smoked and hadn’t been washed with less than 1/4 tank of gas... the seat in the middle wouldn’t fold down .... terrible rental van.

Pick up was fast and easy. They had everything outside and took less than 5 minutes. The drop off was just as easy. The car was clean and the checkout person was super helpful and went over all the bells and whistles because it was a 2020 vehicle. The only issue was when the AC was on the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. That was not their fault. I will rent from them again.

PLEASE READ - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they charge me after hours and through the weekend they told me that my personal car would be broken into if I left it nearby their establishment, while another associate said the complete opposite. After hours drop off by the way had a motion detection voice recording that barked trespassing, leave the premises now-which is a very bad indication of what might happen after hours at this location. I have never had such a horrible experience, and I rent through enterprise quite often. I would highly recommend the San Ramon office. Never have they ever charged me additional days like this, through the weekend after I drop off a car. They are way more compassionate and sincere with their service, this office in Concord will NEVER RECEIVE MY $ AGAIN

This is my second rental with Enterprise and I had very pleasant experience with this location!I needed a rental car for my LA trip, flying was too expensive and the Greyhound was not an option so I went online and reserved an Intermediate Car - Hyundai Elantra or similar for a very fair price compared to Avis and Hertz.When I got to the location I was greeted with a friendly smile by everyone and a gentleman with a beard started to pull down my reservation and took care of all the standard procedure which was done within minutes.Another gentleman with black t-shirt walked me out to my rental car and walked me thru the agreement.Returning the car was just as easy as picking up. Just drop it off and the rear side of the building and handover the keys -DONE.Why Five-Stars:-They gave me a free upgrade.-They didnt forced me to buy any additional package-Everyone was professional and processed me quickI would definitely come back to this location!If you are going to rent a car from here make sure you reserve it online and use a credit card when the time comes to pick up your car it will save you time & money and keep in mind this location requires a $200 security deposit.

This was the best rental car experience we have ever had! We rented a Dodge minivan and it was amazing. So comfortable and drives like a dream. The customer service team at the Enterprise where we rented from was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our experience a positive one. This is a large Enterprise establishment located next to the airport in Concord, largely dedicated to fleet sales, but also with a busy rental section. The staff there was very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help me select a rental vehicle that I would enjoy driving and would fit my needs. I watched the manager there deal with a customer that didnt have a valid drivers license, and he handled it in a very professional and helpful way.

Quick and friendly in and out; no bogus attempts at trying to find nonexistent scratches on return. Large facility with a lot of vehicle choice, and centrally-located. The thing that knocks off a star is the unexpected $200 security deposit charged on rental, which wasnt mentioned online during the reservation. Its bad business to surprise people with charges like that. Sure, it was refunded on vehicle return, and I guess they have to build up a slush fund with security deposits in order to earn some interest money on that slush fund - but disclosure would have been better. Still, overall a good experience but for that.

This place has ton of cars to choose from and they are very efficient in their Intake and Check-in processes. For the most part their service is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Very happy with the overall experience. Rented a brand new RAM Charger. Was extremely impressed overall.Highly recommend.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Had to rent a car to drive to my cousins wedding and they made it super simple and easy. It was my first time renting a car and they were very patient in answering all of the questions I had for them and explained all of my options very well. They did not pressure me to upgrade to any insurance I would not need. They also have a wonderful weekender rental special from Fri-Mon that saved me a bunch of money and they told me about it! I was originally trying to return on a Sunday and it saved me about 20$ to have the car an entire extra day!

My car is getting a new engine, dealership paying for rental and set me up with Enterprise. Free rental already set a great tone and the people at this place were all very nice and efficient. Happy customer here :)

Nice people, great facility. I was renting here because the BMW Concord dealership was working on my car for two days. The people there are super helpful and nice. They had a fun 4-series BMW they gave me which was cute and fun. Unfortunately the days I had it were rainy.. I could not take advantage of the hard top.. maybe next time. But if you need to rent a car in Concord.. go there.. Nice place!!

I reserved an economy car for a Thursday evening pickup but my plans changed and had to pick it up a day early. When I called the Concord location the person was able to help me change my pickup date without any extra charges. When I went in to pick up the car they greeted us nicely and asked us to sit down and wait as they were busy. Michael helped me check in and arranged my car for me. He didnt want me to wait any longer so he offered to give us a crossover car which was readily available for the same amount as the economy car I originally reserved. I was in and out in no time and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you for outstanding customer service. I am a satisfied customer.

I am a big fan of Enterprise. I have rented from them in California, New York, Louisiana and Florida and they are always great. The website is super easy to use and if you have a special circumstance their customer service is easily reached and super helpful. Their counter can get busy at times but the staff will acknowledge the customer when they arrive and take care of them asap. I like certain features on a car and the staff always does their best to accommodate me.One highlight was when I arrived in Louisiana, the temperature was so hot, but I was greeted with a smile, a cold bottle of water and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.Update: 2020. I continue to be a loyal customer of Enterprise despite a discount my AAA membership gives me to use a competitor. All the points in my previous review continue, its great to know I can count on the same great service. I’m using JSX to fly back and forth from Northern California to LA. and Enterprise works with JSX so my car can be picked up or dropped at the door. Super easy.

So they did not have my reserved car ready or at all, when I came to pick up. So for the inconvenience they upgraded my economy to a premium (mid size mini Cooper). The agents were very courteous, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely turned a potentially bad situation into a great experience.

The day we started the rental was extremely busy but was not due to any lack of effort by the employees, who were doing an admirable job to make the best of a difficult situation. The vehicle and price were good. I would come back here again, at off-peak time. My overall impression was positive. Stuff happens. It is more important how a business copes with imperfect conditions. They did well.

If you need to rent a car or other vehicle, this is the place to go. They will pick you up if you need it and you will be treated like family. Great cars and great value.

(I had to take a Vision road test at DMV) The gentleman (Darius) that rented me the 2018 Ford Fusion was extremely helpful, & understood my nervousness.Returning my rental was very easy & stress free. Darius made sure I had a ride, as he was checking my vehicle in.

A very good experience. I was picked up from my vacation home. The paperwork was completed quickly. The car,, a Ford Focus, was immaculate. On returning the car, I was driven back by an extremely friendly, and courteous employee. I would recommend this branch of Enterprise wholeheartedly.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car twice withing the past 90 days from 2 different locations in 2 different states. Both times the staff were more than courteous and helpful. The Concord CA operation was especially pleasant. I was offered a ride back to where I was working and the driver was also just as courteous and a joy to talk to. Job well done.

I stopped in for a rental but even though it looked like they had plenty of cars available they were struggling to find me one. A lot of talking under their breath. It made me uncomfortable and stressed out. I was there for 30 mins waiting for a car available. I usually go to Walnut Creek Enterprise who are extremely amazing but I decided to support my local branch but I wont do that again.

Granted I went at a time that it wasnt busy but at the time that I went I was greeted and I was treated with the utmost respect and these people were professional and kind in nature. This is a complete 180 from the way I was treated many many years ago from this place. Not sure exactly what changed but I had an incredibly Pleasant and positive experience and look forward to going back to them again with all my auto rental needs.

Ive rented from this location several times and an always impressed by the staff. Its a small location, and seemingly always busy, but the staff work hard to make it go as quickly and painlessly as possible. The Branch Manager is Giovanni Migic and he went out of his way today to provide excellent customer service. Ill be back.

I rented over this past weekend. They accommodated me although I arrived right at closing time and discovered my reservation had not carried over. They rebooked me and placed me in a vehicle same day. I also called to extend one additional day with no problem. Happy team who seemingly enjoy what they do (Brandon was the best). Will DEFINITELY rent from these guys again!

I was a little unhappy about their charges for extra insurance, which came to an extra $100.00, making my rental for four days over $500.00. Just seemed a little steep. I will probably look for other accommodations in the future.
