Ive been to the Old Spaghetti Factory twice now and each time it is delicious. I love their Italian Sodas and how you can keep their glasses. They give large portions and the service is great. Parking can be difficult depending on when you go since there are events in the square, however, its worth the visit.

I really liked the food here😋. I ate soup and Fettuccini Alfredo, which was delicious, for dessert I had a 3 flavored ice cream which was also delicious. After eating everything I was full. The only problem I had was that the waitresses werent very worried about the plates that were empty on the table, so we barely had space to move things around on the table.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. The quality of the food at most places have changed over the years, but I still order the same dish, and it never changes. I hope they stay around forever!

I got the gluten free pasta with sausage, they over cook the pasta. I was so hungry after buying a new car. I just ate it. Theyre pesto salad dressing is AMAZING! Our server was such a sweety. THEIR BATHROOM IS SO OLD and it was dirty and stinky as ALWAYS. Theres this manager, frumpy, grumpy. He walks around like a slight moving object, YOU NEVER SEE HIM CARRY ANYTHING. YOU JUST SEE HIM MOVE FROM ONE PLACE TO THE NEXT....WHY???Yet still...my family n friends love to go here.

The food was great. They seemed good and welcoming to large groups. We were a party of 10. As we were getting ready to leave they were setting up another for 10. I saw other large family groups.

So good I couldnt stop eating until I ate too much 😅

Very simple restaurant yet surprisingly tasty. Interestingly the food is much tastier than it appears. The pasta is fresh and well prepared (cooked) and the sauces are simple and yummy - they are not over engineered. While I wouldnt say this is a great Italian restaurant, I would say the its a safe simple bet for families, especially children.

We had a family reunion at The Old Spaghetti Factory. It was a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. The prices were great! Soup or salad, bread and an ice cream dessert is included with each entre. The food is always awesome! I always look over the whole menu, but I usually order the meat lasagna. The lasagna is the best I ever tasted. The experience made for a wonderful family reunion.

Everything was perfect we went for my sons graduation and the food taste delicious like always we go every weekend and he loves it 5 stars

I have been going to this place for years. Easily my favorite restaurant. Meals come with fresh loaves of bread, butter, and whatever you order. They do take away, dine in, dine outside during Covid-19. The staff wear masks. The staff is generally friendly and are attentive to the table. They do catering if you give them enough advance. All meals come with spumoni or vanilla ice cream. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly.

Ordered food to go, ate at the drive-in while watching a movie. Food was ready on time and very good. Good size portions.

Im not fond of their spaghetti, and so I go once in awhile for salad and minestrone. Both are average, especially the minestrone which is only available in a small bowl, and I wind up with too much broth. The bread is nice, but way too doughy in the middle? I pick the edge of it at the crust and dip it in the minestrone broth. Lol.......Small portion of butter also. I ordered two servings of spamoni ice cream, and everything total was $10.14. I do like the old style atmosphere, and lighting inside. The booths are uncomfortable. Not too bad if youre on a budget.

Lasagne was not good! Mushy and too much tomato sauce! :(Disappointing!

Great food as always just too much had to bring leftovers home. But love my leftovers.

The food is amazing and the decor is fabulous. They even have a street car inside that you can actually sit in while you eat.

This place is delicious and worth the time and price. They have great portions and the good is yummy. We had the meat lovers treat and it was heaven, especially with regards to the meatballs. I decided to share one with someone less fortunate because I felt they would appreciate the quality of the meatball. They loved the meat sauce, too.Overall, great customer service and amazing food with generous portions = I highly recommend this place...

Always consistent. Prices have increased, but this is still a value considering soup or salad is included with bread and dessert.

We sat outdoors. Service was good. Food was very tasty. They had a weekday lunch menu but we chose to eat from the diiner menu so we could have a salad and ice cream for dessert.

And, who can resist a great Italian fare whether youre looking for a romantic night out or need a break from the kitchen.They started filling the tummies of individuals to very large groups fifty years ago (opening the 1st location in 1969). We made it out to their anniversary celebrations and got a nice table in a quiet corner.For 5 bucks we had the choice of a 3 course meal that included spaghetti topped with either Marinara, Mushroom, Clam, or Meat Sauce. However, we both went for the 6 dollar meal and got the Managers Favorite which came with our choice of any two of those mouthwatering sauces. And, for that extra 100 pennies Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter could be had.Hint: For something different and super delicious try the House Dressing on your salad. And, ask for a little dish of that dressing to dip your bread in! 🤗For the undecided their Pot Pourri is a great choice. Its still a 3 course meal but you get a plate with a sampling of each of the sauces. This too is a 6 dollar meal.We boxed our leftovers and concluded with a desert of Spumoni ice cream while taking in the eclectic collection of antiques that surround the Street Car. A major feature centered in the room with seating inside.You need to stop in and give the Factory a try. Decent prices and great food will have you adding this restaurant to your Favourites List.Please note: The prices above were for the 50 year anniversary celebrations. Youre going to normally pay a bit more. Id say its a $$ - $$$ restaurant, but oh my God is it worth it!

My family was celebrating grandson academic awards on Friday May 28th. The food was not tasty, lack of seasoning. Salads were watery not enough of dressing and cocktails were more ice than ingredients. It was a happy occasion so knowone wanted to complain at the time. Family called the next day to say they had a good time just the food and cocktails were weak.

To me, this is the best place to take the family, especially the grandkids for pasta.👍😊

It was pretty good. My wife had the crab ravioli and spaghetti and meatballs. She said they were both delicious. Leftovers for sure. I had the chicken parmesan served with spaghetti and house made marinara sauce. Both good. Will return once opened back up for outdoor seating at least.

Since its in the beginning of places reopening I understand the slow service. I was however disappointed in the food.

The food is packaged in foil bowls which I feel keeps the food warm longer, but you cant reheat them which is the one downfall. We ordered my favorite, the spaghetti with mizithra, the lasagna and a kids spaghetti with marinara and a meatball. When you order at least 2 entrees you still get the loaf of bread too!

Love this place! I love the fact they give full meals. My faves are the meatballs, cheesey garlic bread, and tiramisu.

Service was fast and very friendly spaghetti with clam sauce wasnt as I thought it would be, not the flavor I was expecting. For some reason we did not get the bread and butter

I havent been here in a very long time. Honestly it was nothing to write home about. It was just meh. Service was ok, my water was never refilled. I know I cloud have asked but also an empty glass speaks a lot

Smooth and safe! Such friendly and quick service. Our order took less than 10 minutes on a Saturday night and the kids were sooo happy to go out!

Always my go to! I never have nothing to say about them... but I can say, try the vanilla milkshake!! So so good 😊 all the food when I order come out hot, fresh and tasty 😋

BEST IN CONCORD BEEN GOING HERE FOR 25 YEARS

Although the servers are friendly. The food leaves a lot to be desired and some of the service is lacking.They were kind enough to make a special salad for me and for my dining partner which was very good. However, thats where it stops. I ordered gluten free pasta with gluten free clam sauce. They brought my dish to the table announcing alfredo sauce. I asked them to check because I am not supposed to eat alfredo sauce. He came back assuring me it was clam sauce. I will guarantee you that it was alfredo. There was not a clam to be had. The sauce was thicker than clam sauce ever is. They were supposed to bring black pepper to the table but had not.My dining partner was told she would get oil and vinegar for her salad, but did not.I had marinated diced chicken breast. The chicken breast was way over cooked and very dry in spite of the very vinegary tasting marinade. I dumped the chicken into the pasta. Even with the chicken the pasta was tasteless except for the heavy taste of cream in the alfredo sauce.We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory because it was the only place we were supposed to be able to get gluten free selections in that part of Concord. It has been 30 years since my dining partner had been there. And it had been about 15 years since I had been. Given the lack of the quality of our meals tonight it will be just as long before either of us go back again. I am sorry to say.😥🙏

Terrible food! My salad consisted of wet, wilted lettuce with an excessive glob of ranch dressing. The garlic bread was old with three new fresh pieces. The chicken alfredo was bland. My cocktail tasted sour. I was sick afterwards. The food is basically overpriced Stouffers processed meals.

Havent been there in a long time, but the simple recipes dont disappoint!

I’ve been coming here since I was kid. The food was fantastic then, and even more so now. Not to mention you get to sit inside a train car if it’s a party of two! My favorite food is the Mzithra cheese dish 😁!

Great value. With their several locations, One of my favorite places for my spaghetti fix. Love the Mizithra Cheese, tend to get the Pot Pourri just so I can get them all. Yummy. Family friendly, but intimately lit for an easy dining experience. Lunch menu is just smaller portions, available till 4 I think.

Food was not bad, Im not a fan off outdoor dining but it okay sense it was a nice day outside. The waitress was great.

Covid-19 is ruining everything. The OSF is best experienced indoors.The people working there are still just fantastic. Its got to be rough on all of them.Dont expect a lot if you go, be sure to tip well as theyre doing better than you would expect under these conditions.

Out for family birthday dinner. They had no problem accommodating a table for 25. When additional guests came, an extra table was set up with no issues. Staff was prompt, friendly and professional and the food was pretty good. We brought our own cake and they kept it refrigerated until we were ready for it. They set it out, lit the candles and provided plates and even served ice cream. Definitely family oriented and we will visit again!

A great spot to go to get some pretty darn good Italian food. When I met a female friend of mine, the first time we were hanging out, we met here. The dining area is MASSIVE. I need to go back when we can eat inside again safely.

I am always craving this place! Some solid pasta! The environment is amazing! Feels warm and comfy, and makes me feel like Im in New York during Christmas time! Wish it was closer to home so I could come here regularly! Perfect place for a family dinner. Contrary to my initial belief, its actually very affordable here! (About $12 per person!)

Service by the waiters was a little confusing at first for Staff and I in taking order along with receiving condiments needed because they are currently not left on the Tables as in the past due to possible contamination between guests.I believe due to changes of service being regulated during Covid 19 restrictions over the last 9 months?Most likely it will be several weeks for continuing changes for everyone to get back to normal.Otherwise everything was great tasting.My Negative response would be for the very small portions of the main entree.SPAGHETTI is not that expensive to make leaving their profits high do to the small portions. Of course after seeing the value of my visit. My Italian food choice will be at a different restaurant business in the future.

If this was strictly my review it would border around 3.5 stars but I have to account for my daughters opinion of OSF and her rating would be a 10 out of 5. This is her absolute favorite restaurant in the world!! Im pretty sure she would go here every day if we would allow it. For now though shell have to settle for the 1-2 times a month that we go for now. I do have to say that the service is consistently solid with very friendly servers and staff. Sometimes we even get seated in the trolley which is a nice bonus for our visits. OSF Concord you will always have our business so keep the mizithra on hand and the butter browned.

The food was okay I would have gone a second time to maybe try something different but the service was just so bad that I dont feel like going back the waitress only came three times never give us a refills on our drink and it would take her at least 15 to 20 minutes for her to come back to our table and it wasnt even that busy I cannot imagine how the service must be when its a busy day

We dont have this chain where I live. I know its a chain and I know the food isnt stellar or anything, but Ive eaten there twice and I had great service at the bar and the food was delicious. And you get a LOT of food. Pretty much every meal includes a loaf of bread (not a few slices) and a salad or soup. Plus the portions are generous. Oh, and its a really beautiful and interesting looking restaurant. Ill probably go again before I leave town. Enjoyed it a lot.
