These guys are very professional my vehicle broke down on me around 10:00 on a Friday night I called three other tow companys one couldnt get nobody out till the next day the second one was not taking calls and the third one wanted to much. When I called H&H the lady I spoke to was very friendly and was able to have someone sent out in less than 45 minutes the guy that came out was named Justin he was super friendly and extremely helpful he had my vehicle loaded up in no time needless to say I will be calling these guys anytime I need something towed.

I asked God to send me an angel to help me with my friends pick-up truck. He sent an entire team with H & H Towing. I am extremely grateful for their kindness. Rose, the lady I spoke to on the phone, took extra care in getting my information and giving me the information I needed. Please, please use H&H Towing if you need a tow! I was almost out of gas due to the gas shortage and knew I couldn’t make it home. I called to get towed before I ran out. Rose did quote me a price and then put me on hold and made some calls and found me gas. She even had her daughter wait to make sure I made it to the station. This is simply an example of good people out to help others in the community. This is what it is all about folks. Help someone in need and that is exactly what they did!!! I couldn’t have made it home without Rose and H & H Towing. I wish I could give more than 10 stars!

Today, I needed a tow to the nearest tire shop - or at least I thought I did! I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they sent H&H, I was lucky! They arrived much quicker than anticipated, and the truck operator was SO friendly and polite. After looking at my wheel, he identified a way to temporarily fix it so that a tow was not even necessary in the end, and I was able to drive the few miles to the tire shop after all, safe and sound. I also really appreciated that the owner of H&H called me to follow-up, and ask how my experience was. Phone calls are everything these days, true customer service! Hopefully I won’t need a tow again for a long time, but IF I do, I hope it’s them again. If you’re looking for a tow truck, definitely go with this company.

Called H&H because my husbands vehicle blew a cooking line and he need to get it home to fix it. AAA told me it would be a 2 hr 30min wait i said forget that and called h&h the lady that answered helped me quickly and told me the would be there in about 45-1hr because i was in midland and they dont usually go that far! She made it happen at 38 mins the tow truck arrived loaded quickly and got our vehicle home undamaged quickly!!!

Sunday 12.22.19 arriving at the gym in Kannapolis, clutch goes out. Call H &H Towing, a woman answered the phone, very polite, took my info and a very short time later a very polite and professional man shows up. He took very good care of my pristine 03 Cobra mustang, loading and unloading at my mechanics shop in Cornelius. The price I thought was more than fair for it to be a Sunday. Highly recommend. Hope I dont have to use a towing service again, but if I do, I know who Im calling...

First one was Sonny he was amazing second one was David Knapp and he was also amazing. I called another tow truck company cuz my car broke down and for almost 5 hours later they never showed up called H&H they were there in 20 minutes they definitely have my business for life and I will most certainly be telling everybody about them if they need a towing service great job guys thank you so much

Honestly the nicest tow guy I’ve ever met. They were about $5 higher than their competition, but they also showed up 30 minutes sooner. Tow guy (wish I knew his name) let me know that they also had a shop he could tow to (H & H maintenance). Called up the shop and Tracy said he could get me in same day, offered to diagnose for free. Turns out it was just the battery which was an easy job for hubby, but even when he showed up at their shop to install said battery, they were super nice and even checked on him to make sure he didn’t need any help.Hoping it’ll be a while before I need any tows or repairs, but if I do I’ll definitley be calling on these guys. A+ service all day!

Friendly and usually responsive. I have used them several times. The dispatcher could have been a little more thoughtful when the driver was delayed by over an hour due to a more serious need (accident). I understand that took president over me being stranded because I was dumb enough to run out of gas, but knowing it would be 1.5 hours vs. 25 minutes would have been helpful. Driver was great though.

First guy came out at night and said he couldnt do anything but someone else came in the morning(wish i remembered his name) and got it out.
