Our fridge stopped cooling. We called to set up an appt. and had a difficult time even getting through the automated system. We rent. The fridge is from Sears bought by our Landlord. Once we got through, we were told it would be $170 just to come out and diagnose the fridge. Anyways, the tech was a no call no show. Even after calling us and explaining that he would be late if he showed up at all. He explained that he would call, he didnt. When I looked back at the texted appt. time it had been adjusted to the next week. We just cancelled and went with another company. 👎
