Technician Jeffery was very courteous and helpful. I am not appliance knowledgeable but I am skilled in technical work. He even offered to put protective booties on but I declined his offer. This is a sign of good training, knowledge and respect for the homeowners property. We seldom get good techs along this genre!
No repairs completed. Repair was not included in Warranty.
DANGER FRAUD took money for service which consisted of him saying he will order the part i asked them to bring 2 weeks prior during appt. install appointment came and went with no notice. i called 3 numbers to find out they never ordered any parts and just left me high a dry -450 dollars. they are frauds
Sears Appliance Repair has been absolutely horrible. I would give Zero stars if available.I bought a $4000 Kitchen Aid refrigerator approximately 2 years ago and have gone through two ice makers and a complete door replacement which was causing the ice maker not to work in the first place. Establishing, follow up and communication about the process was practically nonexistent and changed with every person I spoke to. As usual with American Corporations you are funneled to an overseas call center in which these employees have no clue about the process themselves and were unable to provide any pertinent information on the repair other than, Its on its way. At one point, the fifth or sixth American repair tech canceled my door replacement and change it to a replacement of the entire fridge under my warranty. $2600 was what they offered!? Absolutely ridiculous! That wouldnt even come close to replacing the original purchase. I spent $15,000 on high end appliances for a kitchen remodel, I sure the hell aint going to put a lower priced different manufacturers fridge that wouldnt match the rest. Then the door that I thought was canceled mysteriously arrived two weeks later. WOW. The tech who should up to replace the door didnt even know thats what he was coming for and had no previous information on my situation. There so much more to the story too. That my friends is Predatory Capitalism/Mass Consumption at its finest. Not going to buy through Sears again, that for sure!!!

Dropped calls, multiple transfers, repeatedly having to give name, address etc, canceled appointments.Worst service Ive ever encountered in my life.It wont let me assign 0 stars.
