Rip off, you pay for what u get! Apartments are small and broke down. We had several problems with leaks, humidity and moss. Maintanance does not act. Our carpet is YELLOW. To the point that it has holes in it. Shower is too small. 2/10 would not reccommend.

Placed a call into after hours maintenance because my air conditioning stopped working as it has at least once every summer since I moved in almost 4 years ago. The maintenance guy told me it was not hot enough outside for him to come out for an emergency call, and that he could not complete the job by himself. He stated that it had to be 80 degrees outside for him to come for an emergency call. It was only 79 degrees outside. But inside my apartment the temperature had already climbed to 80 degrees. I explained to him that I had a 7 month old baby who was recovering from surgery just 3 days prior, but I was told that it didnt matter. He said that the soonest they could come to fix it would be 8 or 9 am. Extremely disappointed that this is how they treat loyal Tennants of almost 4 years. I live on the third floor and common sense says that heat rises so even on a cool night with the windows open the inside temperature is unbearable. See my attached photo for outside temp vs inside temp on the night that it was too cool outside to fix my air. ... UPDATE here the maintenance guy is the next morning performing the two man job by himself smh. See second attached photo.

Staff are nice/helpful, you pay for what you get. Its not super secure, people speed frequently, and the buildings arent maintained as well as they should be. But overall its not terrible and is usually worth the money.UPDATE: Property has been bought by another company and rent increased about $300 for a 2bd/2ba. We chose to move and buy a house. I would still recommend this property for a 1 bedroom or 2 bed with a roommate, but the prices of renting in Charlotte/Concord are so out of hand this location is no longer competitive, and thus I am removing a star.

Looks like to me they just try to get you to fill out an application with no intent on giving you an apartment so they can collect a small fee. I was informed by Hannah Brittan after being told how to apply they stay about 99% full after inquiring further. She completely rubbed me the wrong way bad customer service skills does not know how to answer questions you guys need to get somebody else answering emails because Im a very mild tempered person and if she annoyed me Im sure shes chasing off a lot of business.

Renewed our lease another year. The office has been helpful due to covid and it was delivered to us . We would like new carpet it was not good when we moved in. want to see if they will work us. Thank you for being open when we need you and the jaime and antony are great too.

Would not recommend office staff very unpleasant and rude. I have lived here for some time now and things have continued to go down hill. Not worth the money or time. All of you dont want your packages stolen since the office doesnt accept them anymore then I wouldnt recommend it. Multiple instances have happened where people have had their cars broken into. Look into the past history of this place it will pop up about some guy trying to commit suicide on the property do you want to live somewhere with a reputation like that ? I would hope not.

I just moved in my apartment and we love it here. Our only complaint was a few minor things in our apartment needed fixing. The staff is friendly and is accommodating. We have refferd people we work with to come check it out. Prices here are less expensive then in Charlotte

Loud neighbors.. kids on 3rd floor screaming with thin walls .. mold all throughout windows and doors and walls. Not worth the money at all. When I first moved in the thermostat had corroded batteries and things were broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody . Especially if they’re about to have a baby or have a newborn, you will never get any sleep with these neighbors. It’s ridiculous.

I cannot wait to move in here!! I was told I’m next in line! The office ladies are very sweet an professional! Area is very well kept.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD STILL LEAVE A REVIEW THIS WAY. THE FRONT OFFICE WORKERS ARE ONLY NICE DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS AS SOON AS YOU BEGUN RENTING THE PROFESSIONLISM DISAPEARS. THE OFFICE MANAGER NICOLE SHOULD BE FIRED. I OPTED TO CLOSE OUT MY LEASE AND THEY HAD EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME THAT WAS NOT TRAINED ON THE PROCESS THET CONTINUED WITH FILING AN EVICTION AGAINST ME WHICH I AM NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST. I CALLED IN REGARDS TO THIS AN OF COURSE GOT NO WHERE WITH NICOLE EXCEPT SARCASTIC REMARKS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOKETHING AFFORDABLE PLEAE LOOK ELSE WHERE THE MOLD IS JOT JUST ON THE WINDOWS IT STARTED GROWING ON THE WALLS IN THE APARTMENT WHICH THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT .I HAVE SPOKEN TO MY PREVIOUS NEIGHBORS WHO HAVE ALSO HAD ISSUES WITH STINK BUGS AND BUSTING PIPES!!! LOOK ELSE WHERE THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH, HEADACHES OR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Everything is kinda just half fixed like they didn’t put any effort into it, and there’s a big problem with bugs 🕷🐜getting into the apartment from who’s knows where🙅🏾‍♀️. If I could I would move. 🚛💨At least the staff is nice 👍🏾Also the laundry room dirty. 🤢

Really love the office staff, They are on top of the work request situation whenever we have an issue they are quick to report it to the maintenance team. We plan to renew our lease even though the price is going up. They have really taken drastic measures to improve the property. New pool, landscaping, roofs and the community has been repainted. To the previous poster about the weed smell, get a life... haha

I love Parkway Crossing, the staff is great! I have not had a maintenance issue that has gone unchecked. I feel safe and comfortable allowing the staff into my apartment to take care of maintenance issues even when I am not home. I would recommend this community to my friends..

I have been given a notice to vacate my apartment in 30 days for no reason other than my neighbors made an accusation that they smelled weed coming from my apartment. No one ever came to do an inspection. Nichole has been ignoring my emails since December 20th. I tried to contact Linda in the corporate office to get an explanation. No luck there either. I don’t know what else to do. Neighbors can make a blind accusation with no merrit and that’s just it. They pointed the finger at us because we’re the only young, black people in the building and we both have dreadlocks. So of course the weed smell is us right? Very disappointed. The rest of the staff is as sweet as can be and it’s a shame that Nichole creates these situations and leaves them out to dry without notifying them of the situation before going on a 3 weeks vacation.

I currently live at Parkway crossing apartments. I have been here over a year and have had zero problems. Staff is very friendly! I have gone to a 1 bedroom, then 2 bedroom and now going in a 3 bedroom. .. All the apartments I have been in have been great! I recommend this place to anyone

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!!!!They half fixed things, the laundry room is always dirty and theres only 6 washing machines for at least 100 tenants. The worst part is the mold in the bathroom, closet, tubs, sink....I have to fight mold daily. My kids stay sick, if I dont stay on top of it. The apartment is raggedy, cabinets worn out, this place is seriously overpriced for what you get. We just moved here from out of town, so we needed something temporary until we can buy a home. This is the worst apartment Ive ever lived in. Dont appreciate jeopardizing my families health. I have to spray my tub with bleach to the keep the mold at bay. I have mold on my door and who knows where else. Moving as soon as I can, I feel foolish because I read the reviews about the mold and moved here anyway.

Ive been living here for almost a year and weve had nothing short of a phenomenal experience! Hannah, Nicole, and Kayla have always gone above and beyond to assist with ensuring that my apartment home and living experience is top notch!I had a kitchen fire that thankfully didnt affect any of the other surrounding apartments, and the office and maintenance staff sprung right into action to first and foremost, make sure that we were all ok! They assisted me with all of the required steps and proper protocol that needed to be followed in order for my repairs to be made. Nicole - the Property Manager remained in close touch and provided me with frequent status updates regarding my repairs which put me at ease!Ive never experienced any neglect, procrastination, or failure of diligence from the office, or maintenance staff which speaks volumes for me! Everyone needs to realize that everyone works hard, and that sometimes miscommunications can appear as something else. With that being said, thank you for the wonderful job that you do guys, please keep up the good work!

Do not move here! This place is awful to live in. Within the year our apartment has had mold more times then I can count. The workers here are so mean. They try to argue with the people who live here. Especially one of the ladies from the office. They are charging us almost $1,000.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment and we dont even have pets. Again do not move here.

Closed during business hours, i need my package. This place is ridiculous and their policy says packages must be picked within 72 hrs but ARE CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. STAFF IS VERY DECIVING! FULL OF BROKEN PROMISES. I AM CURRENTLY LIVING BESIDE A MAN THAT HAS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND CANNOT TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF. THE APARTMENT IS NOT LEASED TO HIM BUT THE CARE TAKER COMPANY THAT ASSIST HIM. THEREFORE THE COMPANY SENDS EMPLOYEES TO TAKE CARE OF HIM SINCE IS CANNOT BE BY HIMSELF. NOT ONLY DO EMPLOYEES COME AND GO AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, SOME ARE EX-FELONS AND SOME SIT OUT ON THE FRONT BALCONY SMOKING CIGARETTE AND OR SMOKING POT, WHILE TALKING AS LOUD AS THEY CAN ON THEIR PHONES. NEVER HAVE FELT SAFE KNOWING PEOPLE ARE CONTANSTANTLY COMING AND GOING FROM THE NEXT APARTMENT.THE FACILITY NEES A LOT OF ATTENTION. THERE ARE TRASH AND FECES ALL AROUND. THE BUILDINDS ARE FALLING APART. BOARDS ARENT NAILED DOWN, NAILS ARE STICKING OUT OF THE WOOD. VERY DANGEROUS. THE MANAGEMNT PLACES NOTICES ABOUT LITTER AND FECES BUT JUST IDEL THREATS. IN THE FRONT OF MY BULDING AS YOU WALK UP THE STAIRS THERE ARE A PILE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS. IF YOU NOT A CAT PERSON, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO WANT TO LIVE HERE. STRAYS RUNNING AROUND AND TENNATS FEEDING THEM. NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPLAINED OF MOLD/MIDEW AND AC UNITS GOING OUT DURING THE SUMMER.IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DONT LIVE HER. PRICED TO HIGH FOR SUCH SMALL UNITS. YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE SAFER AND CLEANER THEN HERE.
