My experience with them is quite good. They were referred to me by my friend after I told them of my raccoon misery. When I initially called them, I was provided with the customer support with all the necessary information. It actually helped me plan and create a better decision. The appointment was set three days after I called them. The people they assigned to me came on time. After evaluating my property, he was very polite in explaining things to me. He did not fail to point out how they will take care of my things. They installed an exclusion device and surrounded the area below the porch with wire mesh. They told me that it had to be buried at least 12 inches below the ground to deter the raccoon. I am very thankful for their dedication and hard work.

It’s all looking good in my house now that the raccoon situation we had has gone away — and it’s all down to these guys! (It’s definitely not something I did; I just made the situation worse every time I tried to do something about it!) An absolutely great service. You will not go wrong by choosing to go with these guys. They really understand how to treat customers and the cost is quite affordable. I have enjoyed the service I have received from the woman who answered the phone up until Jack came here. Everyone is very good at what they do and they really know how to make a person feel confident that they can do the job. This is a first rate service that I am happy to write a recommendation for.
