If you care about your property, do not take your vehicle here. I fly out of Columbus every single week, fairly regularly used this service. When I picked up my brand new truck there this past Wednesday, it was damaged all across the top edge of the tailgate and over the driver side tail light. The attendant who brought my truck up was walking away until he saw me walking around the back of my truck. Then he ran back over toward me. When I went to lower my tailgate to out my suitcase in, I saw a gash in the paint. I touched it and the paint crumbles came off on my hand. Upon further inspection, there was a huge scratch across the top of the tailgate and then the dent over the tail light. Before I said anything, the attendant became defensive and said We dont even park the cars in the garage. That must have already been there. When I started taking pictures, he told me they would not cover the damage. Another attendant came out and started taking pictures, then told me it wasnt worth my time to fill out a claim form because they would not cover it. When I finally for the form, they tried to tell me I could not complete the field reporting what happened because their manager does that..I did anyway. Well, that was foretelling because the manager LIED to my insurance company telling them that they throughly inspect every car upon drop off (never once has that happened when I have gone there) AND she LIED again claiming they noted my car was damaged when I was there last month. Of course they say they have no cameras to verify that my brand new truck wasnt hit or wrecked...at an international airport parking lot. I guess even with all the rain we have had, those fresh paint crumbles just hung on there. My car had been in the rain when I picked it up too. So the pain would not have still been sitting there like that. Once before when I picked up my truck, it took me ten minutes to dislodge the ice scraper they had backed the seat over. They have no respect for your property or the money you spend. They are dishonest. I have spent too much of my time dealing with their screw up. If I could give them a red warning light instead of 1 star, I definitely would. I am adding this because it really ticks me off....they had the audacity to lie to my insurance company about this after they apologized to me when I was filling out their joke of a claim form. I tried to be cool, telling them accidents happen because I could tell the attendant was nervous. Just a horrible business that probably pays their workers next to nothing while they rip people off and damage their property.

Very convenient dropping off but picking up not a pleasant experience. When we dropped off our vehicle for valet they asked us when we were returning - day/time and that they would have our car pulled around and ready. This did not take place and in fact we had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to bring our vehicle around. Very disappointed!

Only $10 for an hour. Will definitely use any time I need to go to the airport.
