I do not recommend this place! The first picture is of a VALID coupon from the Entertainment Columbus 2021 book that I bought. It has their address and wasnt expired. They refused to take the coupon and said I could take it up with Entertainment, while claiming they dont partner with that company.My two friends and I went there today, May 17, for our 1:00pm acrylic appointments. When we arrived, we were not greeted, but rather asked why we were there. It was as if we didnt have appointments or they didnt take the time to ask our names or check their records. One of my friends didnt get taken care of until 1:20pm.Apart from sitting in silence for the whole appointment and the workers having headphones in while doing our nails, we were extremely up-charged and paid very unfair prices. Rather than $35 acrylic sets, they charged us $50 and $65 and did the math in their head with no receipts. Also, did not inform us of additional charges, made them seem free.From the pictures, you can see what I had shown them vs what I received. Nail edges were not cleaned up, brush strokes were uneven, and extremely overcharged. $10 for the white squiggles. Even have a cut on my finger from the aggressive buffing and filing.Not pleased.

I paid $75 + for a full acrylic set! The acrylic is lumpy on all of my nails and they are so thick! The paint on the white portion of my nails is so uneven my three year old noticed! I should’ve said something while I was there but you don’t notice the details until you’re home and I’m so sad I just want to pop them off!!! Under my nails are so messy with polish and indents from the tools! The first time having my nails done since moving here and I couldn’t be more disappointed… I’m tempted to just drive 2.5 hours back home to get my nails done!

My tech is amazing! I come to this place for all my nail appts and I decided to splurge and try a design and she was incredible. Not only was she patient with me, but her eye for detail is great.

Girlfriend is livid with her nail set. Even I know you soak nails before removing the old set. Dont go here, they will just rip your nails off.

Tech lacked attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on the very poor service received. Techs in training could have done a much better job than what I walked out with. She definitely didn’t get a tip. I went here to get my acrylics removed. Her “technique” of removal is popping them off! She first went in with nail clippers to cut them shorter and find where she could lift the acrylic from my natural nail. That alone hurt so badly! Acrylics are strong and curved. She then grabbed a nail extension and began to pick at the acrylics edges so that she could slide under them and pop them off. It tore off layers of my already thin and brittle nails. On my left thumb, and the nail tore further up than where my natural “free edge” should start. Thankfully it didn’t bleed, but there’s nail bed skin (?) exposed. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1 because I have had good experiences when it was with Lily. If I EVER go back there for any reason, I have to ask for Lily.

Can I give 0.5 stars ? Lol I can do a better white tip pedicure at home I am not kidding jt doesnt look good. It is very uneven and thick even tho I had to tell her to thin it the white is so uneven it makes my actual toe nails look crooked but it is just an illusion due to the very poorly CUT (not trimmed) cuticles. She took off alot of the skin around my cuticles very heavy with that metal tool to the point she cut me 3 times one of them very painful it burned when I was in the shower and was bleeding for a couple days. I dont know why she did that because my cuticles are fine she actually destroyed them VERY uneven. The top coat is very thin I went home and added another coat just so they looked polished. Some of my toe nails are rounded and some are sharp square shape. I dont recall who did my nails there but the paraffin pedicure wasnt worth a dime. I spent about 60$ and I wish it was only 5$ I left with deep buyers remorse it very much so looks amateur or I did it at home except I wouldve done a better job.

First our appointment was rescheduled a half hour later which was originally fine but I asked for gel on toes after pedicure and paint was left on my toes and big toe is a different shade of pink than my other nails. Then went to acrylics and asked for solar white powder on all my nails and was ignored and she used white gel paint but it is more of an off white then paid for marble on accent finger and did not turn out like picture I asked about in beginning. 90$ was starting price and left with 148 charged for just services was told nothing but obviously gel paint and 2 marble nails would be more but for quality it is horrible. Will not be back and do not recommend.

I don’t mind a short wait but after waiting for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the nail technician began carelessly cutting my nails with the nail clippers. Looking around the room as she cut instead of at my hands, moving very quickly, and and cutting extremely close to my skin. She cut one of my nails so low it began bleeding and didn’t stop bleeding for 15 minutes. When this happened, she did not offer first aid supplies (such as Neosporin or a band aid) although I said it was stinging and only offered $3 off an entire acrylic nail set. It was a painful experience followed up by an insincere apology. Will not be coming back

I just feel like I wasted both my time and money. They have a booking system on their website so I used it assuming they you know, used the booking system. When I showed up, they didnt know what I wanted (I booked for it so they should have) and they started 50 minutes late. So there was absolutely no reason for the booking system. Then, I got a pedicure and while it was relaxing I expect pedicures to at the very least get the dead skin off my feet which didnt happen. If I can clearly see the layers of dead skin they should have been able to as well but they spent less than a total of five minutes on both feet together. I dont feel like I received a quality pedicure or timely service.

They offer a deluxe pedicure that includes a paraffin wax dip. Was wondering!

Literally scammed me. Did a bad job, wasnt professional, then said I asked for a full manicure even though it said on the sign up sheet I only wanted color, and they made me pay them 10 extra dollars for a service I didnt even get (I only GOT color as well). DO NOT GO HERE!

Everyone at Lily Nails has been gracious and generous. Ive done waxing, had gel, acrylics and more and they were all exactly what I wanted. They give their best shot and make sure you are delighted with the results. Ive never had to wait for longer than necessary and they accept walk ins. You are all so nice and you do a great job.

I took my 2 little girls with me and everyone enjoyed and loved their nails. My littlest felt like a princess getting pampered and talked the whole time.

I really wanted to like this place because it was so close to home. It had mixed reviews but I decided to give it a chance. First off no one was wearing masks, and everyone besides who was doing my nails continued to not wear them while I was in there. They had a small dog there who was constantly lifting it’s leg to urinate and constantly barking which really made the relaxing experience of getting your nails done.. not relaxing. My nails are already chipping and they’re crooked. I got basic acrylics. It was expensive for the quality of the work. I would not recommend.

My sister made an impromptu appointment same day, which surprised me but hey, it was a Tuesday. The staff was so friendly! I felt bad that they got so backed up because a tech called off last minute, but the tech did a great set of stiletto acrylics for my sister and my pedicure was great. She even corrected an issue that was missed by a nail tech at a fancy spa. They are reasonably priced, clean, and modest. I will be back!

I had an appt for 12:30.. the guy doing my nailed answered the phone like three times while working on my nails. He had the nail drill up entirely too high. He tore off a broken nail and it almost brought me to tears . I now have this disgusting lumping thumb nail. I’m from out of town and I will never come here again. It’s the worse place I’ve ever been too.

They did a phenomenal job on my nails and my pedi looks great too.

This was my first time going for acrylic nails and I would not recommend going again. I went three times - to initially get the acrylic, get a fill, then get them removed. First, they were late each time I came. Second, the polish would chip within a week. Third, my fill cost $50... everyone I talked to never heard of a $50 fill and Im still unsure as to how it was $50. Lastly, when I went to get them removed they started popping the acrylic off of my nail. No acetone or anything, it was the worst pain in my life. I had bruises underneath my nails for at least 1.5 weeks. I went because they were close to campus and their prices were reasonable, but nothing could make me go back. At this point Ill pay a couple extra dollars or travel a little further.

Every single one of my fingers are bleeding. They also left fingernail polish all over two of our hands. The acrylics I got are crooked. On the website and on the sign it says $35 but they made A a price and said that my Acrylic set was $75 another set we got was $55 and it wasn’t even anything different than regular nails just nail polish. When they were filing my nails they did it very harsh and it hurt really bad now every single one of my fingers are bleeding. This place is not clean and I would not recommend going there and we will not come back.

Not my normal salon but wanted to get in somewhere while having the day off work. They did an excellent job on mine & my daughters nails. My son also loved his manicure. Only reason Im not giving a 5 star is due to them denying to accept a 20 % from my entertainment guide. This is a guide bought from my daughters school as a fundraiser. Not sure why they gave authorization to be specifically in a coupon book if they are not gonna honor the discount.

OMGOSH!!!!! This place is awesome!!!! I’m a truck driver from Cali so when I get my nails done I hate that I have to go to all these different places but I love when I find a bomb one. I happen to be lucky to be layover in this town again and got my nails done again. I wish I could take them in my pocket. I believe the owner is the one that does my nails (she has the cutest daughter and dog!) & she has been nails so long and good that is a nail god. I have never seen someone do nails so quick and prefect!!!Overall I rate this place a A+

Quality of work is not worth the price. The styles they do on nails is very out dated. Basic work, simple art work. Nothing new.. Im surprised they dont still use the white airbrush for manicures like they early 2000s.. very over priced.

I followed Lily Nails on Google for months, and eventually decided to book an appointment after some disastrous experience at other nail salons. I was clear to the receptionist that my nails needed work, so be sure to book enough time. On arrival I found the parking easy and a totally beautiful salon. The decor is gorgeous and upscale with really unique accents everywhere. My date is with Lily Nails, who has incredible jobs. I told her about my last experience elsewhere, what I was looking for in shape, etc., and let me tell you, she knocked it out of the park. I felt nervous and found my new store. I had fun with my moon. I am excited to go back and see what interesting designs we can think of. It is worth every cent to have such high quality and professional work done. Thank you Lily Nails for my beautiful manicure and for creating such a wonderful space!

Wow... Absolutely terrible. A friend brought me to this salon for a pedicure about 3 years ago. I dont know what has happened since then. I came in for a pedicure last Saturday. The salon was filthy, tools were not sanitized before or after use, just thrown back in the drawer. Not to mention there were screaming kids running around who smelt like they were in need of a diaper change. Pretty sure I got the same color (an OPI Hello Kitty Collection) as I did when I was here in 2016. The color was dried out and gloopy and the top coat used just added to the problem. The technician was really nice but she forgot to cut and file my nails. I had to go back and have them redo every nail because the polish was so bubbly and poorly done, and they made me wait even though I called ahead. Its been a week and the polish on one of my nails has already completely chipped off. Confused by the high rating. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. I usually go to Lacquer Gallery on W 3rd Ave, from now on Ill just stick with what I know.

I called on a Friday to ask if they did dip, and they do. So I scheduled an appointment for 12pm that Sunday, when they advertise that they open. I got a confirmation text for this appointment. I live walking distance from there so I walked there only to find them not open. I waited about 10 minutes, still no one. I walked home. I called around 12:30 and someone picked up so I went back. My nails took a little longer to do than Im used to. Close to an hour and a half. But the gentleman did a good job. The other reviews are true about the overall cleanliness in the salon. It could use a deep clean. There is a lot of dust. I will go back since it is so close and they have great prices.

I had a good experience and I like my nails but the reason for 3 stars is because I thought an acrylic set would be $35 like what it says online and at checkout it was $71. I guess I should have asked prior, but be wary if you come here to confirm the prices

After reading the reviews about this salon I thought I would give it a try. At first I had a hard time finding the place but I was able to find them. I was able to get right in a chair as a walk in and the nail tech was very sweet and nice. The salon it self was very clean, a huge selection of gel polish, a little on the small side but I was very happy when I left. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done and maybe next Ill get my feet done.

I’ve always left with great nails from here! I used to be an acrylic junkie, but my last manicure I went with dip powder and will never get anything else. They got me in quickly and were done in under 1/2 hour. My nails look amazing!! Even after working with dogs everyday, they still look at good as day one! Highly recommend giving them your business.

They are rude, my nails started falling off in a day. I went for a removal and they let others skip me in line when I had an appointment.

My biggest problem with my experience at Lilys was that it didnt seem very sanitary. The chairs were dirty, the counters were dirty, and the instruments (like the nail file and buffer) had clearly been used on other clients. In terms of the results, I was not happy with how my nails turned out. I asked her to keep the round nail shape I had when I came in. They are very square shaped now, which is something that I dont like on my nails. The nail color I chose had no sparkle in it, but because the counter was dirty, sparkles got into the color on some of my nails. I also have one nail that isnt smooth at all. She rubbed it with a paper towel while the top coat was still wet and never fixed it. Also, she kept using the dremel tool very aggressively and even cut me in a few spots. Lastly, their prices listed on their website did not match up with what I ended up having to pay. I would NOT go back to this salon. I highly recommend looking elsewhere when selecting a nail salon.

They have good staff and I always go here for manicure and pedicures but the dont use high quality nail polish and charge you based on age. Dont do too many cool designs.

Recently moving here from another state, I struggled to find a clean salon with kind nail artists that truly listened to my requests. I am very picky and I absolutely Lily Spa. They are so nice, detail oriented and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and I truly feel like I am getting a relaxing experience every time.

I absolutely love this salon. If you ever go to get your lashes done ask for Heather. Shes been doing lash extensions for 11 years now. She definitely knows what shes doing. My lashes are thick and feathery and look natural. Absolutely the only person I will let do lashes.

I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to book an appointment here. Lets check off everything that went wrong, shall we?1. Booked an appointment, one and a half weeks in advance, but when I showed up to the salon, I had to wait over an hour to have my nails done.2. No one inside is friendly but the dog. They barely speak to the customers, asian or non-asian from what I saw. They barely smile. The workers act like it would kill them to make small talk.3. The woman who did my nails in particular was rough, didnt even want give instruction or explain what she was doing.4. The crux of it all. The acrylics, many weeks after my appointment, would not come off. After hours of soaking the nails in pure acetone, using tweezers, nail clippers, and even floss, I had to go to a quality salon just to have them not only remove the nails but to let me know that, whatever products they use for acrylics at Lilys, theyre not good whatsoever.So, yeah. Save your money. There are much better nail salons in Columbus. They are many better salons on High Street alone.

I purchased the most expensive pedicure they provided and I feel like I should have just got the basic one. The tech did not seem to know what he was doing. One of the techs had to tell him to go get my scents and everything else. He did not scrub my feet for more than 5 seconds. I had to ask him to do it again and he barely did it. My polish looks horrible and he cut my toenails down to low on my big toes. They were nice to offer water, but this overall was a waste of time and money for me.

It was my first time going here. Love love love the pedis I get here! The women are so nice and are great at remembering their customers. The women who did my nails were patient and sweet. The service is friendly and courteous. Results were PERFECT! Ill definitely be back the next time I want to treat myself.

Today was the perfect day to make Time for myself and Nails. The lady took a lot of time perfecting my nails and was very polite. Place was very clean and neat and didnt use any harsh products. I will definitely come here again in the future.

My girlfriend and I ended up waiting 30 minutes before we could be served because only one person working could do acrylics. While I was getting my nails done my girlfriend had to entertain her four year old who had free reign of the store, which is unprofessional within itself, and got sneezed on twice and all mom said was cover your mouth. When she painted my nails, she didnt tell me that gel would be an extra $20, something as a first timer I didnt know, so my total was over $50. Most of my nails look like they are lifting around the edges and you could see the edge of my real nail underneath the paint job. The store needed a good sweeping as there was dog hair and clippings all over the floor, because not only her four year old was there, but a small poodle as well! The only reason Im giving two stars is the fact that all my nails are still on, they didnt break and the paint is still on them, but thats more product selection than her skill I think.

They are expensive for no reason!!! They literally charge you FOR EVERYTHING. A simple balance and polish was $40. No it wasn’t gel and my nails were short. They’re work is no better or worse than the shops in the hood for them to be charging that much. And to keep it 100 my nails were mediocre. Try another shop before you spend your money here!!!

Got a fill done here and nail tech had no idea what he was doing. Laid the acrylic terribly thin and had to redo the whole thing over five times. Took over 2hrs for a fill and was charged $43.

The man cut my thumb and made it start bleeding. He didnt even stop he proceeded with buffing my nails as my thumb still bleeding. Made me wonder how many other ppls blood has been on their tools?? The side of a couple of my nails are not even polished all the way One of my nails i had to make him redo all the way. It was just a horrible experience. I went here bc its close to my house however from now on i wont care to travel

This place is absolutely horrible!!!! I have gotten my nails done there a couple times and I have never been satisfied. The most recent time I asked for matte and they only put a matte top coat on which in the end only made the color on my nails look worse. The nails still does not look anything like matte should look. They continued to charge me extra for the top coat even thought the nail tech asked her coworker why it didnt look matte. Afterwords the nail tech never massaged my hand or arms, she just put oil on my hand and told me to wash them. They also charge for tax even when paying in cash. They scam you and take advantage. It looks like my son couldve painted my nails. NEVER GO HERE IT IS AWFUL..... WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! WASTE OF $50

Came in on a Monday morning a few weeks ago as a walk-in and was taken in right away to get started on my pedicure. I felt so nice than other any nail shop Ive been to. Pretty affordable if you ask me. Overall: I really recommend this place!

This is such a beautiful nails salon. I like their decoration, look like a royal nails salon with light pink curtains separating the pedicure chairs. I love it every time I sit on one of those chairs, I feel comfortable and relaxed. Employees here do talk to me but in quiet and I feel private, it’s a good thing, very polite. I want to thanks for the wonderful service and the great massage chair that I could enjoy while getting the pedicure.

My first time here and I was helped by Heather and she is skilled, 10 years experience and great attitude. And also Jasmine was also a great nail tech a well. The techs I experienced here are quick and do an exceptional job. The facility is clean and they offer a glass of complimentary wine as well if youd like more $6.

I normally do with my sister at the nail salon and always happy. They were VERY skill- cute. Super happy about my acrylic nail set. Will be back time and time again.

Terrible experience! Got a basic manicure and pedicure and all they wanted was to get me out of my seat for people who were getting more expensive things done. Made me bleed when cutting my cuticles (which was fine) but got polish in the cut and blood on the brush and then stuck it back in the bottle with my blood on it. Didnt take the time to file my nails correctly so I have jagged edges. My nails arent fully covered but I still have polish all over my fingers. I will be taking the polish off because its embarrassing bad. I am incredibly disappointed as I had been looking forward to this but cant afford to have it done again

Heather B does a phenomenal job at making arcylic look like your natural nails! If you go to Lily’s nails go to her! She knows what she’s doing and taps into exactly what the customer wants even before the customer realizes what they actually want. Great service from Heather B!

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!!!I went here with my boyfriend about a week ago right before we were supposed to house sit for his parents out of town. The day before, we went in to get him a basic pedicure and myself a set of acrylics. Never in my life have I ever had an acrylic set done SO poorly and SO heavily. The next day my fingers hurt so bad. After my boyfriends pedicure, he had a super bad hangnail which he called in for the next day inquiring about the pain we both experienced after. WHEN YOU GET YOUR NAILS DONE IT SHOULD BE PAIN FREE!!! They told him they were too busy and to come into the store the next day. We were leaving out of town so that was not an option for us. Per usual, my boyfriend decided to tough it out since we were house sitting but over the passed week his pain has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse. His toe get so infected with pus and redness/ irritation. He had a hard time walking around the house let alone putting shoes on! We just got back from our trip and I went into Orchid Nail Spa in Powell, OH which I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

Sylvie is AMAZING 😍🥰, I started going to her when I first moved to the campus area witch was 2 years ago. I found her salon by just walking past. I’ve always gotten my nails done and they pop off easily or polish messes up or they drill to hard and hurt me. That’s NEVER happens here. She’s gentle but quick and always perfect 👌🏽. I’ve never been disappointed with her work or with time. She provides water a charger for my phone if I need it . I recommend everyone go to her. I also cut my cuticle and it for infected it healed but was very sensitive and it hurts anytime I touched it I was scared to get my nails done but I went and another lady older did my nails and she did perfect as well and didn’t hurt me at all considering my injury it. I love this shop ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went in to get my eye brows wax. IT WAS HORRIBLE. The woman did not wash her hands beforehand. Then would reuse the waxing paper she already used on my skin again. She did the bare minimum. Even though its convenient to go here I would NOT go back

Great service for affordable price. I got manicure with pink and white nails. I like their pink color, it’s darker than other salon and looks much better. My nails were so clean after the manicure, no cuticle left and the nail’s shape was perfect.

Kind of shady establishment, but yes it is inexpensive compared to other places. Bought a friend a $30 gift certificate and when it was redeemed the staff at Lily claimed to be under new management and refused to honor it. They focus more on being quick, than doing thorough and quality work. Id warn new customers to instead try one of the numerous salons in the Short North or Grandview. Youll get higher quality and more professionalism.

Sylvie she wonderful, she specializes in acrylic, I wear long coffin nails she make it perfect every time, very fast and look very natural, she very kind and price is reasonable too, make sure you make appointment if you don’t want to wait long because seem like she always busy

I can’t believe they let Heather go she was awesome! She do great nails and excellent customer service. I’m not coming back unless Heather is there I’ll follower her everywhere she go!

I come here to get my brows and lip waxed and they do a great job. Its always very quick and my brow shape is awesome! The service is a bit standoffish and quiet but they do their job well which is what counts. I also docked a star because every time I come in with cash, they never have change. That stinks because I like to give cash tip if I can. Overall not a bad place to get your face waxed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting my nails done here. This is the only place I consistently get my nails done!! My nail tech is Heather B is my gir! She listens to what you WANT and to me besides having the skill is the best quality to have in a manicurist!!

I had a terrible experience at this salon and I am still dealing with the effects more than a month later. I went in to get a gel change and the tech absolutely ruined my nails in the process of taking the old polish off. She admitted to me that she didn’t know which drill bits to use and that she could “never tell when the drill is accidentally in reverse”. She also told me that she lied about knowing how to do gel during her interview process and just watched some YouTube videos about it. I am posting this review a month later because I have left my nails unpolished since this happened to let them heal and yesterday one of my nails finally broke halfway down the nail bed from where she DRILLED A HOLE IN MY NATURAL NAIL because it got too hot from the drill being in reverse (my nail bed bled when this happened and she had to stop the bleeding with liquid glue). Even though I politely asked her not to put new gel on my nails that day because my nails had become so fragile she still had me pay $20 for the service. I would highly not recommend this place.

Worst gel manicure! Never have I had a gel mani not last past one day! Came in the next to get one nail fixed after a couple hours and the next day it still peeled completely off! Not sure if they are using old polish or the application is not correct but for the price it should last at least two weeks! Would never recommend!

It was fast, and not expensive, it was a good experience and I love my nails so plus there. I would go again.

I dont get my nails done here but I get my eyebrows waxed by Cecelia. It is well worth the $12. Salon is ALWAYS clean when I go. Will not go anywhere else

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Asked for gel gave me acrylic charged for gel. Didn’t have the color of design and design was done terribly yet still charged 62 bucks. Fuming at prices and quality. Also 3 ladies left with nail polish all over fingers. HORRIBLE went back to explain one of the same nail techs was there and the one who did my nails. The lady was very rude yelling at me and basically saying there is nothing she can provide for an unsatisfied customer. Also addressed me as “People like you” establishment looks clean but their equipment is used and abused overcharging as much as they do you’d think they have better equipment. RUDE HORRIBLE I’d give it no stars if I could

Ive had manicures here before and was happy but had a gel manicure last week that didnt even last 3 days. I wasnt hard on the nails at all but they were all peeling in no time. Very disappointing! I wont go back!

I had gone here awhile ago and had a wonderful experience. thats why i took my daughter there for her before school mommy daughter day. but i will NEVER EVER go back. the acrylic nails she put on were way tooooo thick. they broke my salon grade nail clippers and i couldnt trim them with any of the different sized nail clippers we have. the colour i chose was a purple black and blue magnetic polish but i walked out with green and yellow nails. and since the lady had done a good job on my daughter i was POLITE and didnt say anything so not to cause a scene. but not only that i was overcharged! its so bad that i dont want to go back to ANY salon to get them off. so Im stuck here chipping away at 3 layers of extra acrylic that not even industrial craft scissors can cut through them. *ACK!!!! i will never get nails again because of this experience.
