Probably one of the best salon visits I’ve had in Columbus. Today was my first time going and everyone was so nice! I went there as a walk in for a full set and waited maybe 25-30 minutes which is way faster than I thought it would be since there were already people waiting ahead of me. Phillip is amazing! He was so sweet and I don’t think my nails have ever turned out so good. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that. He made me feel so comfortable and made sure everything was how I wanted. Will definitely be coming here again. Highly recommend this salon and Phillip!

I absolutely love this nail salon. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon for a while now and I’ve finally found one that I like. Phillip did my nails and he did an amazing job. I showed him a picture and he did exactly that if not more. My nails have never looked so good! I definitely will be coming back again!😁😁

I came to Q Nails and Spa today for the first time and left a loyal customer! I arrived as soon as they opened and was greeted by friendly staff. I was sat with Phillip to get an ombré coffin shaped full set. Let me tell you from the get go, Phillip was fantastic! He sat me down and pushed my chair in for me then got right to work. He was so friendly and wonderful to talk with! After, I went and sat to get a pedicure which was fantastic and so relaxing. I didn’t catch the mans name but he also did a wonderful job and was so nice! The atmosphere was very calming and not once did I feel rushed. I 100% will be returning and highly recommend their salon!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got there she was busy but made sure I didn’t have to wait and got exactly what I wanted. Loved all the staff!!! Super friendly and good quality work. This nail salon was seriously one of the best nail salons I’ve ever visited. I called this morning to make an appointment for 4 people (including my 4-year old daughter for a child manipedi) and requested an appointment for 4pm. We were running an hour late and called to let them know and they were still able to accommodate all of us! My daughter and I were blessed to have our nails done by Tuan. He was very kind and listened and cared for my daughter’s experience. I can tell he genuinely cares for his clients. I can’t say enough about this place other than you need to try it out! We’ll definitely be back.

Like that when busy youre asked to come back in an hour so you dont have to wait. On returning I sat in pedicure chair awaited to be serviced. Im appreciative and happy with the services received and cost. After over a year, selected a nail salon I like and will return.

I stopped in today for a nail fix for a set I got last weekend out of town. They matched the color almost exactly. No fuss, no hassle. Will be back!!! Thanks guys for saving the day.

Went this past Sunday, and the polish came off the next day. Mondays they are closed so I have yet to get it fixed. Not thrilled with the work.

First time coming here..just relocated to the area. I was skeptical at first but I was happy with the service. Showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted and she did just that. I have found my go to nail salon.

I went to Amy today and she was very Rude and told me she didnt want to do my nails anymore to find some were else to go I sure will from now on just because I told her one of my nail didnt have chrome one them all the way!! I never been treated like this in a nail shop before !!!

Workers were friendly and the place was clean a d bright. Mimi did a fantastic job with my pedicure and my finger nails color change. Im gonna ask for her every time!

Clean business with reasonable prices and friendly staff. I went here for the first time recently and I think I found my new go-to nail place - my nails look very pretty and the polish is holding up well. :) I even received a Christmas gift after my manicure.

I love this place Amy will give you bling bling. Very professional and they do awesome pedicures to.

I was hesitant but I kept getting turned away from my usual place bc they were too busy or closing too soon. But they took me no issues along with several others up until closing. I was pleased with my manicure and gel polish. And they had tons of colors. Will go there again.

Good service... Just overpriced for my liking... I dont have enough hair on my chin to pay $12 for a wax. I feel like the price should be according to the amount of hair. Then again, Im used to paying less 10 & Im taken into a room for privacy. I had no privacy here. However, I will return to see if they do good pedicures.

A friend recommended this place to me and I absolutely love it!!! They are all so kind, patient and they take their time! I go to the the woman (owner) in the front row Amy but I’ve had others there do my nails as well. 💜 Bring a picture in of what you want and they will make it happen!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (They also have glow in the dark in gel and dip 🤣)

When I go in for a full set I pay 45 for my nails....so how can the fill in be 40...a gel pedicure usually cost me $30. They literally charged me for a full set. Super disappointed. This was my last time going there. The tip Im not counting because ant did a great job on my nails and feet.RESPONSE TO OWNER:I DID NOT GET A PEDICURE ONLY A COLOR CHANGE ON MY TOES🤔 None of my nails had to be fixed. I came on for a color change on my toes and a fill in!!

I can’t understand how this place got so many good reviews...I’m guessing because of the prices but 2 half a** pedicures(my daughter & myself) & a full nail set later, I WILL NEVER again go to this place! But I guess you get what you pay for 🙄. They barely sanitized any of their stations between customers(a quick spray of alcohol here & there)🤢 and the young lady that attempted to do a pedicure for my daughter polished like a 3 year old. NEVER AGAIN even if it was free! I’d pay to not go there again!

I truly love this salon, I travel out of town from Athens, ga for them to do my nails and everyone in the salon is wonderful. I used only Amy for a while but I started getting them done by everyone else and I can’t tell a difference in the work at all. The prices are great and the work is phenomenal. They are extremely friendly, professional! I was looking for a salon in Columbus over a year ago to fix a broken nail and I traveled to 5 different salons around town and I came here and never used anyone else. I love good service and this place is truly amazing. I’ve been in numerous salons on a Saturday where the wait is over 2 hrs and on a Saturday at Q nails, I probably had 6 other people in front of me and the wait was not long at all.

Amy is the best. I wish I would’ve known about this place beforehand. She’s quick and neat. The gentleman (I didn’t catch his name. He’s the bald one) who did my pedicure was amazing. He was very gentle and kind! Definitely would recommend.

Ive been going here as a back up for the last 3 years when my normal tech isnt available. But I always go here for my pedicure... however this time a new person did my nails and feet and I had a few issues. They corrected it with no problems... great customer service no questions asked.

Definitely will continue getting my nails done here!!!I normally get my nails done here but this will definitely be my last time! I am very disappointed I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and she put completely different colors and when I said something she painted over the color she already put on, itS very thick and its not even really adhered, I dont have a choice but to keep them as i have something planned! This is my favorite nail salon. They are always friendly and professional. They deliver the services you come for and if you are not satisfied they try their best to make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Amy and Cherry are lovely people w/ great personalities. They engage you in conversation and make you feel like your services are really appreciated. They never disappoint me. I have been going to this nail salon for years and I do not see myself switching up any time soon.

I just moved here to Columbus and when I discovered Q Nails, everyone here is very welcoming and has excellent customer service. They’re also one of the only reasonable priced shops here in Columbus. Tuan is the absolutely best! But you will not be disappointed with whoever’s chair you sit in. Trust me.

Havent gone here in years so I thought I would give another try.. Loved the look of the nails & blending of colors, no bumps/waves in nails.. All in all great except around the cuticle was/is so built up it almost looks as if I put on press on nails & theres a slight gap between the cuticle & acrylic nail on each one.

I am very particular about my nails but Tuan did an outstanding job! I will be back he had good conversation and was very polite.

Awesome service! I haven’t loved my nails this much in a long time. Amy did a great job, overall great service. My only con was that we made an appointment and still waited about 15 mins. Service made up for the wait, I cannot complain. I will be going here from now on.

Of all the nail salons Ive been to, Q Nails has proven to be my favorite. They do an excellent job on my nails, and I dont have to come back for about 3 weeks. The pedicure feels great too. Absolutely terrible customer service and my nails are definitely not worth $35 for a fill-In .I literally left there with nail polish on the tips of my nails from my last set ? He was rude and very ruff.Everyone else working there seemed very nice, but definitely not him you could tell he didn’t want to be there. Also told him I didn’t want gel polish and he still gave me gel polish. The salon was dirty, and extremely hot they didn’t run the ac they just had the back door open . So just imagine how strong it was in there . Definitely won’t be returning.

Did an excellent job on my nails. The owners of the ship used to be at John nails and him and his wife took excellent care of me and my mom and they moved so we stopped going to a nail place. They finally found us and we went back to them at q nails and as always they took care of us I will never change again thanks for finding us guys

I was pleasantly surprised at this nail salon. The location is not were I would usually go. I had a pedicure that was the best of any nail salon in Columbus. It is very clean and the service is friendly. I found my new best nail salon.

Tuan and Amy were outstanding! I definitely recommend them to anyone! They were very polite and didn’t rush with reasonable pricing! They also open at 11 am on Sundays unlike the other nail services which don’t open until 1. If I could give a 10 Star I would.

I switched from overrated VIP to them and never planning on looking back...I love Amy and her husband they take there time with your nails, if it messes up they will fix it..they even got all of there customers new years gifts .the salon is always decorated in each season holiday I would definitely recommend them...I am 20 minutes away and have long natural nails I will pass millions salons just to come to them

Found Tuan and Amy, formally of John Nails. They have opened up their own shop. The shop is nice, clean and comfortable. I am very sensitive, Tuan provides great customer service and is always tender with me. Also close to my neighborhood which makes it even more convenient. Prices are very reasonable. They always keep their shops nice and clean and recently, I got a reg mani which came out just as perfect, he didn’t cut me as much which I think the man and the woman are both a couple ( sorry if ur not ) But they are an outstanding team especially the lady, she does amazing work and is very patient

Phillip was extremely professional, polite, and personable. He thoroughly explained the process and products during my visit. He had to remove acrylic nails, which, in my previous experience at another salon, was painful. He took great care and TIME to ensure my experience was pain free! I have two teenaged daughters and the three of us will definitely be return customers!!! HIGHLY recommended!

Three stars because Ive been once before and they did a great job.Also, three stars because on Google it says theyre open on Mondays. I took an Uber ( $10.00 fair ) only to pull up and discover a sign that says Closed on Mondays.Please, update your business hours on Google.
